The hotel manager was very nice and gave us a room that cost more for no extra charge because of the issue that we had when we first arrived. There was water coming in our from another room. The receptionist that was there at checkout was nice and fast, unlike the one from check-in

When we got there, it took the receptionist over 30 mins to check my daughter in while I was outside waiting in the car. I walked inside to see why it was taking so long, she seen that I was bothered by the look on my face because i felt like she was giving my daughter a hard time purposely. She had sent her to the car for irrelevant info twice. She looked at me and smiled and said she's coming and started hurrying it along. Which took another 10 mins. This particular receptionist was annoying at check-in. We finally got to our room after a long drive, and our room had water coming in from another room. Someone left the water running in the room above ours. Wasn't the hotels fault, but it was an inconvenience because we had to move all our things again to another room. The next room was an upgrade, but the smell was horrible. Room 116, ugh. It smelled so bad of urine that I could not sleep. On top of the cleaning crew being super noisy really early in the mornings, cleaning the rooms.

Rochelle the Manager is amazing, she makes extending your stay easy and very friendly service

Didn't eat breakfast, location is good close to stores ect

I was quite surprised that the room was very clean and so was the parking lot. The receptionists were both helpful and efficient.

In a world where credit card numbers are stolen and sold, I was flabbergasted that the hotel policy requires the receptionist to make a copy of the guest's credit cards. It felt very uncomfortable, and I asked the receptionist not to make a copy since a $60 cash deposit policy was already in place.

Everything I expected from the website and more from the people working there.

The coffee maker was for one cup. I went to the office and the woman gave me two more. And sugar.

My neighbor at the time was trying to get his truck fixed and got frustrated late at night

The location was great. We were 5 minutes from Front Beach Rd and Thomas drive. We had stores within walking distance (Dollar general, gas stations, restaurants, etc). The staff was super friendly and our room was exceptional clean.

Our room was cleaned while we were out! Bed was made and clean towels everyday! Easy check in and check out! The location was close to every thing we wanted to do! We will definitely be staying here again next year!

Overall the hotel was nice. The staff was nice.The hotel seems to have been recently remodeled. I would definitely stay

The staff was very nice. The room was clean and the pool was nice. My boys enjoyed the pool.

The coffee maker needed to be cleaned. Before making coffee I run water through the maker first. My cup had water with chunks of nasty in it.

Floor was dirty like there was never mop the bed it was dirty the sheets were wrinkled like another person I had already had that room and they didn’t change the sheets the water in the bathroom was not hot… who wants to take a cold shower not me. If you have a guest you had to pay for them and lose your $60 deposit
