The tv remote didn’t work correctly from the very beginning of our stay, our room didn’t get cleaned the second say we were there and our door didn’t lock unless you picked up on the handle. Other than that our stay was nice.

Very nice hotel courteous staff and helpful friendly front desk. Catered to all of my needs and made my stay more enjoyable

The staff was very helpful. The TV in my first room didnt work, so they moved me to another room. The Dish Network TV system is not good. The picture kept freezing and it would change channels on its own. Strange.
The walls are a little thin and I could hear the shower in the next room. The bed was comfortable and clean. I would stay there again.

It was great for the night we stayed. Beds were comfy and very clean room.

The room was clean and comfortable.

Stairs a bit creaky, and loud. The provided breakfast is okay, however the tables are right in the pathways between 1st and 2nd floor and it’s tight space for both. Room service kept providing new towels except would forget to take previous towels behind the door. Also the shower curtain bracket always felt like it was about to fall of the wall. The shower head not suitable for anyone over 6ft tall, plus just moving around the shower, felt and sounded worse than the stairs, so much creaky and cracking sounds like was going to fall through the floor. Otherwise was good stay with many options to eat in surrounding area.

Friendly and helpful

Micro room sufficient. Towels too small, shower head improperly installed. Stayed at Hampton Inn 2nd night. Room much larger and cheaper.

We are handicapped and had requested a ground floor. When we arrived, we were on the 2nd floor with no elevator to carry us or our luggage up. We were told we could not swap rooms and were shown the message to the desk clerk that she was not to swap rooms. Nettie was at the front desk and was very concerned and wanted to help us. She could not get in touch with the manager to change our room. Nettie suggested we book a ground floor for the next day at a more expensive price. She only had one room left so we booked it. She wrote a note to the manager about our problem. The next morning the manager refunded our second floor room and only charged us the amount we had paid when we first booked.
All that being said, I will never book online again because we spent over an hour on the phone with them and never got any help. Thank God for the desk clerk and the manager at this Microtel. Still can’t believe they had NO ELEVATOR.

Pleasantly surprised. I hadn't been to this facility before and although directions to get into the property were somewhat confusing, the staff was helpful and pleasant and the stay was good. The breakfast was typical but clean and stocked. I was able to do some running around in the arra and the staff was very helpful with that.

I have to say that when you book through hotels.com, it seems like you get the worst room that they have. Our room was at the end of the hall next to the outside door with no lighting at all in that area.
We wanted to iron shirts for going out for dinner. The ironing board was ancient and both of us could not figure out how it works. Even the clerk at the front desk couldn't figure it out. It took 5 minutes to make it work but it was still far too low for a 6-ft 2-in tall person. Sounds like a petty complaint but it shouldnt be difficult to modernize the ironing board.
A coffee machine was offered with supplies to make coffee however there were no plugs near the desk at all. The only plugs in the hotel room were on the wall about 6 ft from the bed and on the other wall and one plug by the bedside, one in the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and we slept very well. When we woke up in the morning our luggage was infested with ants because we left our luggage on a bench that abutted the window sill. I reported it to a bewildered front desk clerk who didn't send anyone to look at the situation while we were there.
The bathroom is very large with one light near the toilet. No light near the shower. The holder for the shower hose faced the room, not the tub. It was laying in the tub. You had to wet yourself first then find the hose with a soapy face to rinse off. For a Wyndham hotel, this was inexcusable. We deserved better. And breakfast, just poor. Enough said.

Annette “Nettie” on 2nd shift was very unprofessional. She wanted to argue with guests, refused to call a manager when asked, and had her husband, a non employee, doing things. She also couldnt help with the door key that wouldnt work.

Housekeeping folks were very friendly and helpful.

Roomed smelled of strong cleaning solution, but floor seemed sticky. Tub faucet could not be turned all the way off. Staff said they could have the plumber turn if off harder, but it would still drip. Found two ticks on me within 12 hours that I do not believe I brought in. Staff said they could not have been in the room. Overheard someone else complain of roaches. We moved to another room that seemed somewhat cleaner. When the coffee ran out, staff said "Do you really want more coffee?" Only three small tables for breakfast diners. Mediocre breakfast selection. TV & Wifi cut out about every 5-10 minutes.

Stayed as a stop over one night. I was expecting a run down terrible place but that is not at all what we received. Our room was clean, the outside are is very clean, the breakfast area was clean. The hotel staff was very friendly. Checkin was easy, I would rate this above the normal choice hotel findings.

Quiet clean place

this stay was not a good experience. There was a dripping faucet in the bathroom dripping from the bathtub. There was a man snoring in the room next-door very loud that kept me awake for hours. There was no one at reception in order to complain. The following morning the receptionist told me there was nothing she could do, but she would attend to the bathtub.

The room smelled so bad that after we checked in and went to the room,we turned around and checked right back out. I have been teying to get a refund.
