I like how they little apartment type hotels and you can stay as long as you need that's dope a fully equipped kitchen very quiet and safe.

Decent room… wish it was cleaner when I got in there. Will definitely book again but will also say something if it isn’t nice. Lovely staff. “Homemade” ashtrays outside rooms & laundry sitting outside 2 nights in a row.

They took my money and would not let me check in and then wouldn’t refund me.

i tried to cancel my reservation and they wouldn't give me a refund so my money went downhill and didn't receive my money baby. The general manager is rude poor customer service and has absolutely no people skills, trash is on every floor and infested with rays. I don't recommend this place to nobody or people with children

Overall: Highly sketchy and dirty motel. Almost all of the rooms are rented by long term residents (i.e. homeless individuals). A ton of sketchy things happening around, prostitutes, etc. Many of the cars in the parking lot are barely functional and missing windows, etc. Not worth the slightly cheaper cost to stay here compared to other motel/hotels in similar ranges within the Detroit area. Service and Cleanliness: The room looked nothing like the photos. The motel office is only open a limited set of hours Mon-Sat. Our room was obviously not vacuumed or cleaned thoroughly, and we’re pretty sure the sheets were not washed because they had hair everywhere. There were piles of dirt and dust in all corners and under the table, bed, etc. The room reeked of cigarettes and had obviously been smoked in long term. The pillows didn’t have protectors, and the duvet didn’t have a cover on it. There are stinky piles and piles of trash on each level of the stairs of the motel. There are no clear instructions provided regarding check in, check out, or for concerns after hours, all the way to what to do for trash disposal or toilet paper replenishment. We were scared to both leave our cars overnight in the parking lot, or sleep in the bed in our room in case of bed bugs. We did not sleep the entire weekend.

I loved everything and the bed was soft

The room was horrible. It smelled of stale cigarettes, and beer. Front door looked like it had been opened with a crow bar at one point the badly repaired. Had to pull door extremely hard to close it. Bathroom door wasn't planed properly so you couldn't close it at all. Sheets were stained. I paid for 2 nights but after trying to spray air freshener, we couldn't stand the smell, we left room in middle of night.

Our stay here has been wonderful. The staff goes above and beyond to accommodate your needs and the room was clean,comfortable and afordable. We couldn't ask for better.

The horrible experience ever, I end up sleeping in another hotel. Dirty nasty bugs everywhere!! Unsafe!!! Not recommended!!

The staff is not there until after 11am so if you want to stay over and not come back to a locked room pay the day before. the lady at the front desk was very rude arrogant and cocky. locked out my belongings until the next day and I owed no money. its big ass rats hiding behind the staircase eating the bags of trash in the hall way and they stole my deposit

Worst experience with wyndam

Hospitality was a nightmare!!

Upon check in I first noticed how dirty the room was. Went back to office for help or even just a broom and no one is in office after hours. Left an email and called emergency number no one ever came had to go to Walmart at 9 pm with a special needs toddler just to get cleaning supplies so we can be comfortable. I spent two hours cleaning the room. Used every tower in room and all were horribly dirty afterwards. No accommodations were offered for inconvenience. Towards the end of our stay my daughter and I got locked out at 1am the key wasn’t working. No one in office after 7 pm no one answered emergence number. I called and emailed for three hours. We ended up sleeping in police station that night no one apologized or explained what happened with key. No one showed concern for unsafe situation we were left in at fault of the property. That’s no way to treat people. I will never stay her again worst experience

This was the absolute worst hotel I have ever been too the rooms were absolutely disgusting floors were dirty walls dirty the room smelled no hot water I asked for a refund and was told no didn’t even stay there the conditions were absolutely terrible and the staff unfriendly and lazy

Probably the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever walked into. If I could upload pictures I would. Walls were filthy, drawers were falling apart and stove and bathroom was just so unpleasant and non-welcoming. After I took the keys, she told me how to get to the room and that’s it, nothing about was included as far as breakfast if there was any or nothing about Wi-Fi. Also, what hotel doesn’t have 24 hour front desk services?? Yeah, during the week after like 6 PM the office is closed so you can’t check out if you need to… how convenient is that? I checked out same day because I wasn’t sleeping in those rooms. I called the number on the front door because they were closed. I spoke with a guy to let him know I was checking out. He said OK I will let them know your checkout date and just leave the keys in the room. He even asked for the room number He even asked for the room. But he DIDN'T let them know or he didn’t relay the message well because my receipt still says I checked out on Sunday not Friday smh. Then I waited for the front desk to open and I spoke with apparently is the manager and she said I should’ve called when they were open to check out. The guy spoke to when they were closed didn’t tell me this, But my point is she’s basically telling me I should've known their policy lol this place is pathetic and dirty, don’t stay here. Spend the extra money and stay somewhere else because it will be worth it

Terrible

NEVER AGAIN! CHECK IN ONLY FROM 3PM-7PM MON-SAT NO CHECK IN ON SUNDAY. DELAYED FLIGHT OH WELL! I had a 3 night stay booked and was looking forward to staying at this hotel because I like having a full stove and Fridge when I travel. I arrived to the hotel around 8pm on a Saturday after a7 hour drive. I was confused because the property was not well lit and the office didn't look like the typical office for a big chain hotel. The office was closed to my surprise and I couldn't get ahold of anyone. After a good while I was informed from A guest that check in is only from 3pm until 7pm Monday through Saturday and Sundays are not available for check in at all. I was very flustered and stressed out because my stay was from Saturday night through Monday night and was already paid for. It is on me for not assuming that a big 100 plus room hotel that's part of a chain keeps the same hours for check in as a cute little bed and breakfast. I think it's un-seen across the industry where the office/front desk closes for 40hrs from Saturday 7pm until 11 am Monday morning. Good luck if you get locked out or have an emergency you won't be able to get a hold of any attendant.

So much went wrong with our stay… the main and biggest thing was that neither the key card reader nor the actual bolt on the door of our room work. Someone could have literally just turned the handle and walked in. When I spoke to management about it they said they already knew (did NOT disclose that to us upon check in) and added that there were no other rooms available and that they were unable to fix the door at that time (we only stayed one night). We had to take all of our belongings out of the room any time we had to leave the hotel. They took our money knowing damn well that the room they gave us was NOT acceptable for a paying customer to stay in. Don’t waste your money here.

I will never stay here again. I walked into my room and the TV was on because the batteries were dead in the remote and i couldn't get it to turn off, the comforter was in a ball on the table, the bed was not made, the sheet was also in a ball in the middle of the bed, there were no pillows on the bed, and i had no towels or toilet paper. I had to go to the office 3 separate times because i didn't realize i was out of so many things. The front desk girl acted like i was bothering her when i politely asked for the items i was missing.

Was very dirty, floors were hardwood but looked never moped trim was falling off bathroom, no soap to wash hands, half roll of toilet paper, no tv and checked the beds for bedbugs found one and Immediately checked out and stayed somewhere else
