WORSE HOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED IN

The location was a 10 minute drive to where I needed to be, Y

At check in the front desk tell me they needed an additional $100 to hold for a deposit which was nowhere on the website. Several people voiced the same about an additional gold of $100 which most people budget their money prior to traveling. No HOT WATER IN THE ROOM…GUEST SMOKING MARIJUANA ENTIRE FLOOR SMELLED FRONT DESK WAS NOTIFIED NOTHING WAS DONE..SHEETS IN ONE BED WERE NOT CHANGED CLEARLY LONG STRAINS OF RED HAIR ON THE SHEETS AND IN THE BATHROOM…WORSE GOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED IN AND ALL I GET BACK IS A $20 CREDIT AND TD THE END ROOMS WATER IS ALWAYS A PROBLEM THEN WHY RENT THEM OUT

Deplorable conditions

I don't like anything after a couple hours and a trip to the. Store to get cleaning supplies asked for at least a partial refund they refused this place is deplorable We left without the refund

It was fine; nothing special. The price was right.

The room was fine, but I didn't have a real great sense that it was clean. The tub didn't seem to be completely installed, one panel was missing, so I was just left with the impression that the room / hotel didn't get a lot of care.

Didn’t have breakfast

Having a big bath tub in two different rooms and not being able to use it because it was dirty and no staff available to clean it and didn’t have any cleaning supplies so I could clean it really sucked

Front desk staff was friendly

Room was overpriced, after seeing it upon checking in. Asked for 2pm check- in time, as it asked when booking on line, waited over 45 for check-in. Continental breakfast started at 7am, was out to get it at 715, food that was left was cold and fruit was mushy.

Each member of the staff was friendly and smiling. Really ads to the experience.

Staff was great, always laughing and friendly. Breakfast was a nice bonus. Lots of great fast food within 1/2 mile: Panda Express, Jimmy John's. 2 2 restaurants within 1 block. Close to expressway to get around town quickly.

They are getting ready to renovate the property. There was a small tear in the beautiful carpet, smoke alarm was not properly attached.

staff was friendly and they accept pets

old and outdated mattresses need replaced while place needs a make over. they were not prepared for a full house. shut down breakfast early or ran out of food both days

The manager Brittany brown and her staff are very professional and make you feel very special when you stay the breakfast is everything you will want S/o to breakfast girl lol inside joke

The room was nice it was only a few miles from the venue.

They allowed me to check in without informing me that the boiler was out and my room didn't have hot water. After letting the water run aboutn15 minutes it got Luke warm. When I went to the desk, she said they knew there was an issue. Had I been told before I paid, I would've gone to another hotel.

should be called the Discomfort Inn.

water was only luke warm at best. reservation was for a spa tub and sofa bed room, went through the system as a standard room. got the spa tub, no sofa bed. requested a rollaway, but was told IT (as in they only had one) was in use. asked for an extra blanket was told they would have to look to see if they had any. never received. phone in room didn’t work. the lamp didn’t even have a light bulb in it!

At check in, someone else had been given a room with the last four digits of my American Express Car

I’m unable to write two sentences below. While the Registration Clerk called, we had to stand there and wait while he talked to someone, while I’m asking how could someone check without showing an ID. He was nice and explained that it was a mistake. I am home now and I am going to report this to American Express.
