There's a saying "Any port in a storm." which is what this was due to power outage. Room and hallway had terrible smell and toilet didn't work. They sent up maintenance person to fix it, which temporarily worked, but it ran all night and didn't work in the morning. Room was dated but clean.

This stay was due to massive power outages in the area. Thst meant a full house of grouchy people and their digs. Staffing was 1 person and that was pretty hard for everyone stacked up waiting to sign in. Really could have helped if some could have done this before 3 pm. The Wifi did not work and the TV choices were terrible. For example. The CW channel was NOT showing a football game many wanted to see that was on.CW elsewhere Staff not able to help with WIFI. It was warm though.

Reception desk was ANAZING during a difficult time of massive power outages. They did a great job of keeping the service level as if there were no unique circumstances. Personable. Room very comfy. Great place for work when office/home were both were without power. Lifesaver. Thanks very much. Will stay again and recommend to people visiting the area.

We checked into the hotel during the bomb cyclone and the computer systems were not working. The lady at the reception did an amazing job getting everyone in during the horrible conditions! The hotel completely lost power around 10:00pm and we were without heat and electricity throughout the night and morning. The seemingly staff of ONE should be commended!

Rude staff, no hot water…no power which was out of their control but they could at least have been polite. Guy next to me screaming at his girlfriend until 2am and started again at 6am. With zero help from the front desk.

Gross and dirty. Super uncomfortable beds. Visible mold in bathroom. Floor in hallways is sinking (subfloor damage) Enema kit in the bathroom SUPER GROSS.

Great location. Wonderful room, with kitchen and separate bedroom. Facing greenbelt on back of building, so very quiet. Breakfast is a bit sparse - made our own. Late check out would have made it perfect. Will definitely book here again.

Overall, a good stay! It's quiet and I had a suite that was more like an apartment set up. It was a little outdated, but comfortable! It also has good parking and is located in a private area. I rate it a 7.5 out of 10 for the property in Bellevue.

We requested a king size bed. Got a Queen. We did not request handicap but were put in one. The door was hard to close. The features were all tired. The kitchen stove top burners were greasy dirty, not cleaned. The wi-fi, TV kept pixilating. Paying extra for the king but receiving a queen was not acceptable

They don’t clean the rooms properly even if you ask them. Towels were provided upon request

The bed was extremely comfortable. I had an excellent sleep. The interior however seems VERY worn. Wallpaper was peeling off. Closet came off the track. The TVs didn’t work. We somehow got a disability room so the shower water would come out all over the bathroom floor. The space was great and not crowded like many other rooms. The breakfast wasn’t touched by me. Everything came prepackaged so I refused to eat it. There are enough foods out here that are bad for us I’m not about to eat more like it even if it’s for “free”. They also have a hidden $100 fee that I wasn’t aware of upon check-in. If you’re just looking for a place to sleep like we were, I guess it’s worth it but other than that, not.

Was a good place to stay. Not real fancy but clean and comfortable. Price was right through Hotels.com. No hot breakfast but a variety of options to choose from—hard-boiled eggs, assortment of yogurt and juices. Variety of pre-packaged cereals, sweet rolls, bagels, (toaster), bananas, oranges. Coffee and tea. The only complaint I have is we would get the TV running and all of a sudden it would shut off during a program. You could turn it back on, but then there was no picture as you were going through the channel? Didn’t report it because we were tired and didn’t want to watch TV anyway. Would stay again.
Very good location.

The tv connection was terrible. The signal went out every 20 minutes for about 5-10 minutes

The employee who checked us in was not friendly. The room smelled bad when we first entered and did not go away. It appeared that there may have been something stuck in the garbage disposal. The refrigerator made a constant, very annoying clicking sound. On check out I asked the front desk employee for a receipt. He asked if he could email it. I said ok and provided my address. Did not receive the receipt.

It was good, parking was spots were tight and garage only had few spots. But was good deal as far price goes.

Location was conveniently off I-90 in a quiet area. Rooms were a bit dated, but otherwise spacious and comfortable.

The check-in process was delightful. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the process was smooth, and there were cookies! The pantry/market area was well-stocked with many offerings. Though there aren't many stalls available, the underground parking was a nice amenity. Our suite was very well-equipped and very clean. The kitchen had everything we would need if we had been staying for an extended period (dishes, silverware, glassware, utensils, cookware, stove, fridge, dishwasher, sink). Our bed was comfortable and the hotel was quiet, allowing us to have a restful night. The shower had great water pressure. Breakfast offerings seemed a little slight, but my wife's milk allergy is limiting almost everywhere we stay. The coffee was excellent, though. The only negatives we found were very minor - the suite was a little dark with the lights on, both at night and in the morning, and the spray-type aerator on the bathroom faucet limited water flow. All in all, a very pleasant experience for us. We would definitely stay here again.

The staff were friendly and the hotel was exactly what we needed! We enjoyed grabbing breakfast from their complimentary offerings each morning. Convenient location that isn't in downtown Seattle!

Quiet location. Staff could be a bit rude at times. My biggest complaint would be the quality and cleanliness. Black mold was present in the shower and on the bathroom walls. Overall condition of the hotel was run-down. Also, prepare to pay a large amount for transportation as it is farther away from most attractions.

Staff was unfriendly and irritable for all interactions. Was seeing frequently giving out room keys without checking id. Breakfast was subpar and keys often stopped working.

This property is old and run down. We rented here to have a kitchen and cook meals during an extended stay. The kitchen was so grimy that we didn't cook a single meal. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. The charges on our credit card exceeded the invoice we were given. Would never stay here again.

It had been a few years since I had stayed at this hospital. It has definitely changed since my last visit. Front desk staff was very rude. Not friendly at all. It looks very ran down and the room that we stayed in was not the cleanest. Splatter all over the walls in the room. It was disgusting. Stains all over the carpet in the halls. And the housekeepers were harassing us on check out day because they wanted to clean our room. Check out time is 12pm and they were unlocking our door at 9am while we were still there to ask if we were checking out already so they could clean our room. Very frustrating!
