nothing like at all. the front lady was horrible. (night lady, not day lady) day front desk lady was so nice. we arrived early before regular check in and she have parking permit with nice explanation. then, she told us just come back any time and check in. we were very salified with her service and we parked our car and went to my friend's wedding. only i did like of this motel.

after finished my friend's wedding and we went to this motel with uber. it was 2 am or little bit later. I picked up night time phone booth right next to front door and tried to contact night shift front desk staff. I spoke to her that i booked and reserved a room for night and asked her to get a room to check in please. then she said "no, you guys are too late!!" and hung up the phone. i tried to call her again asked her "what are you talking about, we booked this motel and i am willing to check in and get a room for a night" then i told her "don't trying to stupid way, i totally paid and get the service here" then, she said "you are harassing me and you trying to break the door (which i did not (never) trying to break the door), i will call the police. so, the police came to the motel and i explained everything what she just did to us. then, two officers walked in to the front and spoke to her and got out. they suggest to get another hotel, this motel happened shit many time. also, they would suggest sue against them. after more than an hour, 19F degree outside, one of the police gave us a ride to go to different hotel and I spent there. the police officer will witness me what happened that night. now, i am contacting lawyer to get thing right! just go to Hyatt hotel. if you book this motel, it is totally up to you but i will not recommend to you. it is gonna be happened to you too. lastly, sorry for all the staffs tried to help me and thank you for your support. however, you need to fired her that night lady.

Location was great

The girl that works 3 to 11 is always outside never inside the desk when you come to the office. I don't feel safe to have my car in the parking lot! lots of Sketchy people there! I woke up with this huge bug crawling on me not sure what it was. The bed has no Box Springs so it was very uncomfortable.

First room I got was not cleaned, bed was still unmade, no coffee pot, no utensils, and no hand towels.

There was nothing that we liked about this place.

It smelled wretched. Like someone had recently died in the room. The facility was incredibly dirty. We couldn’t sleep because all the people staying around us kept slamming their doors. We weren’t even given a small refund back even though we paid for 3 nights and only slept here 1/2 a night. What a complete waste of money. We were so nauseated by the smell we had to leave. They didn’t have a single room available to switch us to so we left and rented another stay somewhere else. We also won’t be booking through Booking.com either. The hotel tried to give us a refund back for the 2 nights (once they found out how bad it was and didn’t have another room available to move us to) but couldn’t because we booked through Booking.com. We filed a claim and never heard back. Won’t make that mistake twice.

The reek of smoke immediately hit you when you opened the door

Long wait at the front desk. one person does everything. Out of date interior. Air conditioner is very loud. One small sample of shampoo for 4 people for 2 days?

Check-in went smoothly. Room was on lower level.

the price and the hotel room was average for being in Bellevue. For the same price stay in downtown Bellevue nicer hotels and better location.
