Good spot to stay prior to a morning flight out of DEN
5.0
When I checked into Hotel late night the lady up front was very nice pleasant and the cleaning staff was friendly as well.
3.0
1) Infrequent shuttle from the airport, no information on where shuttle departs from (different terminals)
2) Breakfast ought to start earlier than 6 am at an airport hotel
3) No glasses in room
4.0
My only concern was the plastic waste. No glasses in the room. Everything was plastic with no option for recycling. All trash went in the same bin.
6.0
I will like coffee in my room .

We were in a pinch after leaving an extemely sketchy motel. We were welcomed in immediately, breakfast was great, we signed up for airport shuttle services, etc. Great for a night or 2.
8.0
Free shuttle was nice and runs really early.
4.0
I think it’s a cut rate motel with premium prices, and 10 bucks a day to park, no coffee, no alarm in the room. I’ll never go again
6.0
Hotel is under transition but was disappointed that we had to ask for towels and were charged a $10 fee for parking. Never been charged by ANY hotel for parking if staying there!
6.0
I want to say the lady at the front desk was amazing. Couldn’t be happier with her. I wish I got her name. However, when I got to my room on the 3rd floor my 2 year old daughter discovered the window wide open. If I wasn’t closer she could have fallen 3 stories. This is unacceptable and should be part of protocols when making sure a room is ready.

Close to the airport and the shuttle was good too

Trip insurance did not cover me having to cancel due to weather.
*I did none of these things why are you blocking this

Don’t park under the trees. There are so many birds your car will be covered in bird poop.

We had to stay overnight due to the flight delay. The hotel was nice and clean. They have a shuttle service to airport.

ok

Clean. Good for my dog. Busy w many guests. Ran out of toilet tissue. My room phone did not have a dial tone. Had to go down to front desk to get more tissue.
Food was average. Flavor was inconsistent.

The breakfast was appalling. At 08:00 there was nothing left. No coffee - "we ran out". The toaster did not work and the attendant just shrugged and walked away. The one staff member trying to keep the food stocked was not enough to keep up. As a hotel near the airport you should be better prepared for an influx of delayed guests.
4.0
The hotel was very clean. Going downfall where there is not even a glass to get some water with or a coffee pot, which was strange.

Very nice

Idk if it’s because they’re under re branding but all around poor stay.

The lady that checked us in and the shuttle driver in the morning were fantastic

Nicely remodled. No drink cups in room. Would like to have had a complimentary coffee maker. Air conditioner quite noisy. Otherwise, a pleasant stay.

The Hotel has a different name on the outside, Spark by Hilton. Finding it was confusing. I ended up calling to be able to find it since it is in an area with tons of Hotels.

Beds are some of the best I've slept on. Newly remodeled.

The property is undergoing a name change to Hilton, so that was a little confusing, but they did send an email that said as much beforehand, so that was good. The shuttle was on time and free for us, but apparently it varies if it's free or not depending on which booking app you use, so be aware of that and confirm with the front desk beforehand. The breakfast sounded good, but we didn't get to try it since our flight was before 6am. We had to stay another night and the Microtel down the block had a cheaper rate, so we switched to them, and it was an inferior hotel compared to this one. However, they did have free toothpaste/toothbrush, which with High Plains, you had to pay for. Also, Microtels breakfast was inferior.
6.0
Under construction. Fee for shuttle even when you stay there. Don’t give complementary toiletries.
4.0
It was dirty and we didn’t feel safe. It was hard to lock the door from the inside and not at all from the outside. There were a lot of people around loitering. We had to lock our things in the car and checked out after our concert

Property was in the process of being renovated and was in flux a bit but room was great.

So, there was no pool which it showed on Expedia. Also, no bags in the trash cans. No cups, no ice machine. Paid $10 to park there, and birds covered my car in poop. All I all - I did not enjoy my stay.
4.0
The hotel was fine. They were doing construction in the lobby and had the check in desk in the dining area. Room was clean but did find some screws on the carpet. There were zero usable outlets on the wall where the bed was. No cups in the room either. When I went to check out I couldn’t find a worker anywhere.

Great customer service, rooms were updated and clean

The place was just remodeled, very nice. Was only there for a few hours. Check in at 1:30am and checked out at 6am.One little thing No cups inside the room. Overall beautiful and great. Easy check in and out. Would stay there again.
4.0
Nice compact remodeled rooms with space saving furnitures. Breakfast is below average considering other hilton group of hotels. Rooms are clean and well decorated.
8.0
The parking lot is very limited. Our car was covered in bird poop within the 4 hours we were parked there. Having to pay to park was unexpected. Possibly should have read more on that. They need to do something about the bird in the trees. Couldn’t even see out the windshield.
6.0
The property is under renovation; once done, it will be lovely! We were in room 101, and right outside our window were work trucks and other street noise. The walls are very thin, too. If you need a quiet place to stay before you leave on a long trip, this is NOT the place. However, it was clean and roomy, and the breakfast was decent.

Clean, affordable and comfortable
