Got away for my 40th Birthday, so glad I choose to stay here!

One knock--- there is no bar to sit down and watch weekend football. You have to leave the property entirely with rental car or taxi. Disappointing---

Hotel room was great, staff mostly on island time.
Couldn't get fried fish, food was ok, nothing great,
Very expensive, 32.00 + tip for breakfast buffet
Small steak was 50 bucks but every place on island was extremely expensive.

The hotel experience was amazing I will stay here again!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The West Spa Resort, and it was nothing short of fantastic. The overall atmosphere of the resort is incredibly relaxing, making it the perfect getaway. The food on the property exceeded my expectations—every meal was tasty, showcasing a variety of flavors that left me eager to try more. The drinks were equally impressive, perfectly complementing the dining experience. Whether you’re looking for a place to unwind or enjoy some culinary delights, The West Spa Resort is a top-notch choice. Highly recommended!

Beautiful new property. Very noisy lobby and lounge area, someone thought it would be a good idea to have a karaoke party in the lobby which absolutely ruined the otherwise beautiful ambiance

I highly recommend staying here

The property was beautiful. Staff was helpful.

Property was great and the view was beautiful

Hotel is beautiful. Very updated. Check-in was several hours past time, given a very nice, ocean view room, however was next to the main garbage which we heard the trucks every night and view was blocked by trucks

The outside pool bar is not open late enough. The restaurant staff are not in a hurry and some were very unfriendly… yeah, we were without air conditioning for 24 hours when we first got there due to the storm. It was very hot and very inconvenient.
5.0
The property was very nice. The first day the air conditioning was not working due to a hurricane and it was miserable because it was 90 degrees in the room. Service was good. The pools were nice. Shops were closed because they didn’t have power.

The only thing i like about this property the view. Everything else was ridiculous. The property itself for a newer resort lacked convenience and ease of access. Literally got locked out of our room multiple times and received nothing for the inconvenience. The last time they literally had to cut the wall next to the lock to get in.
The fact that their was no life guard on duty at pools is not safe at all.
Also the staff was rude and ignoring a ton of people at the edge bar. Hate to say it but anyone of color definitely wasnt getting a drink immediately. It was so hard to watch.
Never staying at the Westin again.

Views were amazing, place is was modern, shower drain was extremely slow. Overpriced

Staff was extremely on island time

Beautiful view. Pools were gorgeous!!!! The private beach was closed but there was readily available cabs to take you to beaches

The property was very nice but the pools could have used more thorough cleaning. Checkout was also 11am and we went to try ice at 10:45 am and were already locked out of our room. 1 out of 4 people that worked at the hotel were very nice. Restaurant and convenience store are outrageous. Only 3-4 options for lunch/dinner for adults. The kids had more options than the adult menu. I can understand that everything is more expensive however more options would have been great!

Beautiful hotel! Beautiful island!! Staff was friendly and helpful. We will be coming again!

It did not handle a slight hurricane very well at all. My bedroom was soaking in water, and there were not efforts to clean it up fast enough. They kept on handing us towels and there were not enough towels to sop up all the water.
It wasnt handled very well.

Witnessed they applied different rules to different guests. Staff did not provide accurate information on excursions. The hotel does not provide water inside your room despite the costs. Housekeepers will not clean your room. The room had some disgusting black mold or bacteria in the shower. The online reviews are accurate and the 5 star reviews seem false. We didn’t listen to the reviews but experienced everything the reviews mentioned from staff seemed miserable, overworked and the mangers all unhelpful. Great place to visit for food and views, but not a place to stay!

I went to this resort for my birthday with my spouse and another couple. We arrived after a hurricane had passed and the resort Was still trying to recover from it. There was no air conditioning at the resort for about a day, but the staff was very accommodating and the issue was resolved within a reasonable timeframe for the severity. Our room was not cleaned when we arrived, and we were advised it would be a while before it was able to be cleaned due to shortage in staffing also due to the storm. The front desk staff did upgrade us for the inconvenience at no extra cost. The upgraded room which was a Suite was very beautiful and had a great view. All staff extremely nice and helpful. Will stay again if I ever go back to St.Thomas. Amber the bartender at Luna Mar was amazing and gave great recommendations on what to do around the island.

What I didn’t like was the additional $75 fee per day for amenities. If you are staying as a guest you shouldn’t have to pay additional money to use the pools at the resort. The resort is beautiful and the staff is nice. But do not recommend it because of the $75 fee per day for amenities.

I had a wonderful stay. The hotel is beautiful and the views from different points of hotel was gorgeous.
The staff were friendly and helpful. They have a shuttle that takes you between the two sister hotels, this was helpful. My only complaint is the hotel bed was hard. So my sleep was not the most comfortable.

We had an amazing vacation! The restaurants gave great variety with relaxing, beautiful ambiance and no waiting. The facilities were clean and luxurious. The private beaches were perfect for our family with minimal crowds. It was just a laid back, fantastic time at a beautiful resort. I would recommend and I would return again without hesitation! This has to be one of the best, if not the best, resort on the island.

The hit is with 1700 in fees at the end that they said was in small print.

Enjoyed the pools and the beach and the food. What’s lacking is service. All but a couple of servers were inattentive and super slow. We’ve traveled a lot and to many islands over the years. They give a whole new meaning to Island Time.

Beautiful hotel. Wonderful staff. My only small complaint would be there was no body wash was available and it was next to impossible to get and a beach towel. However, these minor issues will not be a deterrent from me patronizing this hotel again. I highly recommend!!!

This was an amazing hotel the staff was exceptional and the convenience of everything was a plus. Will definitely be back soon.

Staff was horrible. The A/C would not cool the room 76 on the first night, and then 72 degrees the next 4 nights. The staff seemed put out to have to do their jobs.

Had an amazing time here. Staff is super friendly. Concierge was missing a bit when we tried to make reservations but that’s ok, we ended up just calling and being fine. I would definitely stay here again! Amazing views and good size rooms. Our room was next to Sugar Fin and the outside patio area and they Had a DJ one night and we couldn’t hear it in our room!

Was a nice property. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Need to keep up with amount of towels needed for guests
