The property grounds and main lobbie where very beatiful and well kept. The room was good overall. Only fee complains were the bathroom doors were like closet with no locks. Not ideal when there are more people with you. I could hear everybody from other rooms.

Very very quiet. Perfect. Also the place when you walk in IS beautiful… clean, comfortable. I was amazed how nice it was…. Cannot wait to go back again! Room was also good. Only small critique is the refrigerator did not have the best seal. I forgot to mention to the front desk. All employees were very helpful and kind. Pleasant atmosphere all the way around.

Definitely enjoyed having a coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave! Very nice staff. Happy they had some snacks and drink fir purchase also. .

Room amenities & style were nice. Room faced the highway, so heard traffic noise throughout the night. Bed could have been more comfortable too. Didn’t stay long enough to use all hotel amenities & try the full free breakfast.

Stayed here for my niece’s wedding in Chapel Hill checked in very friendly very helpful. Decided to leave a day early. There was no problem. Had a wonderful breakfast cleanliness. The only thing that kept me from giving it. A five star is the pull out. Bed was horrid, and since I was the one stuck sleeping on it thus the four stars❤️❤️❤️

There was a broken off plug (metal portion) sticking out of one of the outlets that could've electrocuted my young children (thank God we found it before them). The room smelled musty and all of the corners were full of dirt. The drawers by the bed had left over trash from previous people. Stains on the sheets, carpet, shower curtain, and bathtub.

The hotel was nicely updated and very clean. The room had all the amenities we needed - a desk, microwave, refrigerator and a nice big counter in the bathroom, decent breakfast. I would have given this hotel 5 stars if it wasn't for the NOISE. A very strange, loud, vibrating, grinding noise that occurred every single hour on the hour for one minute. It was coming from a locked door (not a room) two doors down. No one seemed to care or know what this noise was. It was very annoying as it happened every single hour even at night. So weird. I really wish I could have gotten into that locked room to see what was inside.

It was good. Clean bed was ok. Not the most comfortable bed and definitely not the least comfortable bed but suited our needs. Comfort of bed and cleanliness are my top 2 areas I specifically look for along with a king size bed and amenities.

Always stay here when in town. On major artery of Durham. Close to shopping, restaurants, and stuff to do. Quiet hotel. Well lit, ample parking. Breakfast is pretty good with lots of choices.

Quick overnight for business. Hotel was in good condition. Clean enough for me but wouldn't have passed for my wife. Breakfast was sub par to other free breakfast hotels Was certainly adequate

My stay was ok. I have two complaints to make with one being the toilets need to be upgraded; they need to be taller as I had a difficult time getting on/off the one in my room. My second complaint is with the TV; there was about 10-12 stations with none of them being the major TV networks. It was very difficult to watch TV due to limited stations.

Only one small cake of soap. One 0.75 oz bottle of each- shampoo, conditioner and body wash in a room for 2 people! And the in room coffee maker made minimal light brown hot water.

Just there for one night. Very nice hotel and staff. They accommodated us and our dog, we got in very late but checked in with no problem. Room was clean, beds were comfortable, and breakfast was good.

While the room definitely appeared to be clean it carried a very intense damp, mildew smell. The towels even had a mildew smell. On top of the air conditioner was a puddle of water. The noise is really bad, neighbors were so noisy we had to call front desk. Even when they quieted down we could still hear them, could even hear the toilet flushing and drawers shutting.

Charged pet fee since I accidentally clicked it. Told three different employees including the person who saw I didn’t have a pet at check in and still was charged. Have not been refunded and that was three months ago!!

The staff are great. The outside and inside was very clean. The rooms were clean, except the outside of the fridge in the king room. Also, the king bed is way to hard. My wife and i barely got sleep, because it feels like sleeping on bricks. Overall, our stay was great.

Very friendly and helpful front desk staff, clean room, and decent breakfast. Well lit parking lot, which I appreciated since we didn’t arrive until 11pm. Will definitely stay here again.
