When I got there, I asked the lady where to park. She didn't really give me a great point of view on where I was supposed to park or even how to get to my room. There was no map to show me how to get to my room just said tier 2. The curtains didn't really close so the outside light was on all night long and the room was not dark. there must've been 10 kids next-door and they left the door lock across so the door would constantly slam when they went in and out 24 seven till 11 o'clock at night movie night was cool. You couldn't get any TV for some reason, just stayed on commercials you can't get breakfast till 8 o'clock or 830 said the desk guy at Perkins who the hell eats breakfast at 8 o'clock I'm up at six so me and my son had to go back up to the room get the keys for the truck and drive two blocks to Denny's waterpark was excellent was in decent shape, but obviously aged, but taken care of 16 or older to be in the hot tub. That's not even 3 feet deep and 60 feet wide. I thought it was awfully strange, especially if you're accompanied by an adult while your five-year-old can't be in the hot tub with you every hotel I stay and does not have that rule six out of 10 for me. I think price was all right. Wasn't a rip off like great Wolf Lodge.

Me my daughter and my grandson spent a night and we had a blast. The only thing that really sucked was the water park hours. Opened way too late and closed way too early. We didn’t use the water park for too long due to the hours. Noon till 8pm. We wanted to go back after our dinner out and by the time we got back it was closed and we also wanted to go back before we left but it was too late when it opened.

Great place to stay so close to waterpark

It was awful, there is NO handicap accessible parking. The air conditioner did not work, other guests complained about the same issue. Limited plugins that, and outlets were unsafe and the plugs would not say plugged in. This is a huge fire hazard in my opinion. I will not book at this hotel ever again. But the only good thing I can say is that the staff was good and agreeable about the deplorable conditions of the hotel. I would like a call back about this awful say here. My number is 705-262-7127 thank you

It was ok. Nothing fancy. Room overlooked an interior courtyard. Good location close to Clifton Hill and Falls. The waterpark was CLOSED for annual maintenance.

The air conditioning did not work, and it was not easy to sleep well because of it.

We stayed in one of the large rooms big enough for 5 people with 3 queen size beds. Bathroom and shower were clean. AC was fine. However, the property is outdated and there was a strong bad smell inside room.
3.0
I wish I knew ahead of time that a movie was going to be played in the courtyard and subsequently come blaring into my room while I was trying to sleep, otherwise I would have requested another room. And
“extra” charges are always frustrating to find out about once you get to the hotel.

Too much noise, you can hear everything from the room next to you.

Room was adequate and quiet.

Room was dirty bed sheets and curtains looked like they had blood splatter on them I took pictures and sent it to guest services they gave us a new room but we probably won't return to this hotel again for the price it should of been clean!

First the AC didn’t work. Advised the desk. Said they’d look at it. Came back and the room was hotter. Both beds sounded like they were gonna shoot springs through them at any moment. 2am was woken up to what sounded like someone being forcibly removed from their room. The toilet would periodically run throughout the night. Then 6am was woken up to kids running around the courtyard. When we went to checkout. We waited 10 plus minutes for someone at the desk. No one showed. Wouldn’t not stay there or recommend anyone to stay there.

The waterpark staff were completely unprofessional. The hotel rooms lacked air conditioning. I will say the in hotel staff were nice.

They stole my nephews shoes at the water park. It wasn't a good experience.

I chose this hotel because of it’s location and the fact that it had a waterpark in it. It’s located in the heart of the Niagara Falls. Many attractions including the ferris wheel are all in walking distance and finding a good place for a meal wasn’t an issue.
The hotel itself was a bit of a problem. Firstly the entire hotel is carpeted. Including parts of the waterpark. A few times we came back to the room to prepare for dinenr and saw that room service had yet to get to our rooms. On one of the days they didn’t come at all. While I know this is a hotel catered to families, children could be heard at all hours of the day running about (including the wee hours of the morning).
I suggest bringing a pair of shower slippers. I found muliple pieces of hair left there from previous guests.
The size of the waterpark was exaggerated. Maybe it’s 3 acres on paper, but it didn’t look like it once inside. We spent one afternoon there to check it out. If you have younger kids, it may be appealing to them, but overall I didn’t use it much.
Even though this hotel was great for it’s location, I don’t plan on ever booking a room here again. There are much better hotels in the same area with much better amenities.

Convenient to all the activities

Front dest staff have attitude. They don't like to provide answers to simple questions just want you to check in, pay, stay and check out Even the manager has no sense of customer service. I asked for a detailed bill to see what I was paying for since the bill came up more than expected and the unwillingness to describe a bill and attitude from staff was unbelievable. There was an extra tax which I didn't know about. Which is fine I had no paying just wanted to know what I was being charged for.

Fantastic. Loved the waterpark and so close to everything. Super clean and the staff was very helpful. Everything was walkable

Old school rooms. The room my family and I slept in, the air conditioner in our room was leaking so it made a wet / drenched spot on the carpet beside the bed which was not good.

The room looks clean ! But I found Bedbugs on my blanket in the morning it was so disgusting we packed up and left. The hotel Needs work. Don’t waist your money. The pictures make it look super nice. The rooms need updating the wallpaper was coming off the walls the carpets are stained and the Ceilings were so dirty where the bunk beds were.

The general property is okay. All the carpets are old and need replacing. The rooms smell like a pay-by-the-hour motel. My kids spilled something on the carpet in our room, and i got on my hands and knees to clean it. The water was DARK GREY, ALMOST BLACK, that was coming out of the carpet. It was disgusting! Also, they never gave us washcloths. I had to request them. I never could get a decent cup of tea there. They said the nearest place was to go down to Perkins, which is on the property, not connected because you have to go outside to get to it. Also, a BIG THING IS WE HAD TO PAY 150$ FOR THREE PEOPLE TO HAVR ACCESS TO THE WATERPARK. THIS WAS NOT INCLUDED WITH OUR 700$ HOTEL BILL (FOR 3 NIGHTS). It was not worth it! Please, if you can, for your enjoyments sake, book at the higher end hotels. They have better amenities! They have better beds, air conditioning, toiletries, coffee/tea, bedding and breakfast! This place is a tourist trap, READ REVIEWS. Do not book here! Their pool isnt even on the property! They also ran out of parking, we had to pack across the block. I would add more but this is too long already.

Country yard is very good.

Close to everything. We walked everywhere which was great. Def quieter than being on the Main Street where everything is going on. Property and rooms are very out dated. Beds weren’t comfortable IMO… No microwave in room (have to go to 2nd floor to microwave food). If you can, spend the extra few bucks to stay at the Sheraton (newly renovated) or the Crown Plaza. (Cost more because of view of the falls. this hotel is right behind them so you do not get a view of the falls at all, but it is connected to the 2 other hotels). Otherwise, the people we encountered were friendly and helpful.

I had to pay random fees on top of 515 I paid for one night. On our way with our young kids to the parking garage there was a man stalking us from the moment we got out of the elevator he followed us to the car and stared us down, we stared back and he ran away to the garage across the street. No sense of urgency from the staff. The room had dirty sheets and had the most awful smell. The water park also felt really dirty
The slides were brown and icky. We couldnt wait to get out of here. Our kids enjoyed it though.

The room was very dusty, the mattress covers were dirty, the bed was uncomfortable and made noise. The towels were very rough. They should provide better service in relation to the price. This is the first time I have had to pay for parking at a hotel.

Old school hotel with decent water park. Good value but everything is a little dated which is fine given the price point

Great budget hotel for families. The hotel is a big run down and no direct access to neighbouring hotels or the strip, which requires an unsafe walk around the parking lot or a long walk around. We appreciated the link to the water park. Price point a bit high for the caliber of the hotel. I’d rather stay in the neighbouring hotels that are linked to the waterpark.

The staff is more than helpful. The hotel is amazing waterpark Everything is nearby my kids and me had enjoyed the moment we will definitely come back. Little pricey, for the breakfast not to be included..

The water park was a nice amenity.
No reading materials to inform clients on what the hotel offers. The linen and rooms are very outdated. Rugs were dirty. No shuttle service. The lines at the front desk for check in were just too long, every morning. No breakfast area, complimentary coffee/tea would have been nice. The hotel offered not amenities other than the waterpark.
