The hotel was great with great restraunts and ammenities - great connections to all the buildings next door, and nice and close to the walk and a great view. One issue, probably only specifically with our room, was the odd shaped bathroom where the toilet was angled and that put it partway under an over-large sink. Made sitting tight.

They have a wrong description of the rooms, I needed space for 4 people and the room just had a king bed, they had to provide 2 rolling beds and we had no space left in the room to walk

Front Desk Service was amazing as well as the Prime Steakhouse service. They are going through some renovations now, but should be amazing when finished.

The heat was not working properly so the room was cold. Water for shower took a long time to get warm, never hot. When shower was in use the smoke detector went off. Bed was comfortable and balcony nice

I do not ever write reviews. Sadly, this hotel was so disappointing. We had no heat in the room. We tried bumping it up to 80, but it didn't matter. The front desk said sorry and that they were renovating.

We were there for our 40th wedding anniversary. The hotel was older and the front entrance very hard to find. The lobby was pure class, reminiscent of a era gone by. We had to take two different elevators to our room. Our room was located in an older part of the building. The glass on the hall windows was wavy. The mark of old glass, which was kind of cool. Our room was tastefully decorated with a very comfortable bed. However, my husband laid down on the bed while I was unpacking a few things, when he rose he cut his leg on a bar that was sticking out from the box springs. Of course he bled all over and we didn't have any band aids. I went down to the lobby to get first aid. They did send housekeeping up to clean the blood off the carpet, but did not fix the bar on the bed. The sink was not attached to the pedestal and leaked in the back on the floor. The toilet was NOT attached to the floor in any manner and was a bit unnerving when you sat down as it shifted. That was just strange. There was the previous person's coffee left in the coffee maker. The view from the room of the falls was STUNNING and everything the website showed, which was why I booked the room in the first place.
For the cut on my husband's leg, the front desk knocked $8 off our bill-the parking. I wasn't too impressed.

Very convenient to the falls, we had a Fallsview room, which was nice, but was very outdated, especially the bathroom. Definitely needs a renovation. I did see signs that indicated they were in the process of renovating, hopefully they will finish sooner rather than later.
The paint on the door in the bathroom looked like it had about 10 layers of paint on it, there is no fan in the bathroom, no light over the tub/shower so it’s a bit dark in there and there was mold/mildew on the grout on the shower walls and around the edge of the shower.

It’s an older well kept property that was very clean and we had great view of the falls as I would recommended a falls view room as you can also catch the fireworks which are every night at 10:00. The staff was great and we did not encounter any issues . My only slight regret is not reviewing the whole bill as it seemed to have some charges that I was not expecting or understood. My bad I guess .

Everything was excellent, except the bar fridge, which still had food in it from the last person who stayed. The staff was excellent very helpful.

This property is at a good location. walking distance to clifton hill, casino, the falls and also the indoor waterpark. the rooms are good but it is outdated and for the price its charging i would expect more. In our room the AC stopped working and they had to bring us a pedestal fan but that fan was not working as well so had to bring another smaller fan where it was working. I would have expected them to give us a discount or something as for the inconvenient that caused and also with a baby in the room. but nothing like that. Only good thing about the hotel is the location. next time i would stay in a different hotel paying the same price.

Typical hotel in a large tourist area. Old and outdated. Rust on much of the fixtures in the bathroom including the door hinges. Needs an update badly.

Everyone at the hotel was exceptional!!! Hotel is a bit dated, but our balconey room was worth it. The hotel parking garage was mixed in with the casino Niagra, and the indoor water park.

We recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza Niagara Falls Fallsview hotel, and it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. First, the AC in one of our rooms was completely broken, and when we reported it, maintenance could only bring us a fan as a temporary solution. To make matters worse, we were downgraded to a different room because they couldn’t fix the issue, but this room was far from an upgrade. It smelled bad, the AC was incredibly loud, and the view we were promised was nonexistent.
Despite all these issues, the hotel only refunded us $400, which is nowhere near enough considering it was entirely their fault. The elevators were slow and overcrowded, adding to our frustration. The entire place felt dingy, gross, and unclean.Although we booked both rooms together, we were put on separate floors without any considerations that we were travelling with children which was clear at the time of booking.
Overall, we were very disappointed with our stay and would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Avoid it at all costs.

The hotel is very close to Clifton Hill, which is the main drag where the touristy things are, including Skywheel, mini golf, souvenir shops, etc. It also is across the street from the falls so you can walk down and take pictures. The breakfast at the hotel restaurant was not worth the price. Its a breakfast buffet but you're really paying for the view which is the view of the falls. The hotel room was smaller than your standard room, especially the bathroom. The bathroom had no counter space and a toilet you would find in a public bathroom. The room needed some updates.

I reserved junior suite Niagara fall view. But I could not see any fall from my room. Room was smelly. Sofabed kept creaking so I could not sleep well. I will not reserve Crown Plaza any more.
