We enjoyed a garden terrasse room which was perfect for enjoying sitting outside and enjoying the great weather . Friendly staff , nice breakfast and good location made for a great shirt holiday

Best Western Patio is on a quiet street but close to everything. Two elevators. The roof terrace and patio added to the pleasant experience. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Staff always pleasant. Room has just enough room and bathroom is modern and clean with walk-in shower. Will stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay in a nice clean new room with very kind staff. Breakfast was also relatively rich for France. They didn't agree to supply towels for the beach which would have been nice since we didn't have any room in our luggage to bring any with us.

Hidden gem of Cannes, cosy hotel with plenty of activities, such a rooftop with jacuzzi, spa with saunas and jacuzzi, patio, balcony, the sea in 5 minutes walk, a shopping street in a 1-minute walk, the room is spacious, clean and cosy, we had a balcony with a great mountain view, personnel is very friendly and helpful, I would definitely stay in this hotel next time.

This hotel is in a great location, close to main shopping and a few blocks back from the seafront! It was one of the few hotels open during the COVID restrictions. The staff were really nice and helpful and the hotel was nice and clean.

Hotel was ok, nothing special. Rooftop hottub was nice. I specific requested a parkingspace, in my reservation, and Inwas told they did not get the request. that is not possible! but public parking was nearby so not the biggest problem. A/c did work, but very poorly. It did not cool very mich and the maximum level was not strong. so my room was to hot to have a good sleep. That should be fixed.. Breakfast was good. Fresh and adequat.

Hotel was smashing - just felt a little underwhelmed as I stood waiting to check in for 5 minutes whilst I watched two staff member talking in the back office. Similar poor experience at check out. Front desk was on the phone. That’s fine. I was acknowledgement and was happy to wait. I wasn’t happy to be forgotten when another guest came to the front desk to check out. On seeing this client appear, they put the call on hold and proceeded to check them out in front of me. Little thing I know, but it’s the little things that make a great stay just become alright.

This hotel is a little hidden gem tucked away on a back street near to some great shops, cafe’s & restaurants around rue d’antibes. It’s not flashy like the big 5* hotels on the Croisette, but I liked the fact it’s on a quiet street as I was there for work & wanted a good sleep. The rooms are spacious and really clean with big comfy beds. The front of house staff were really helpful & the waiters super friendly. There’s a pretty terrace at the back with a water feature where you can have a drink. For me the highlight was the hot tub on the roof, where you can relax and enjoy the view of cannes from the rooftop. It’s less than 10 minutes from the Croisette which is useful if you’re working at cannes festival, which I was: I would definitely stay there again.
