Check in was at 3:00. We waited for 2 hours for our room to be ready. They said they were short staffed. We finally got in at 5:00 and the room was filthy. Hair in tub and sink. Toothpaste splattered all over sink and mirror. Crumbs on the floor

Very restful exactly what I needed

We arrived at the hotel after a 7 hour drive to check in before a concert. We were told they didn't have the reservation and were full, couldn't offer us a room, even though I had multiple confirmations of the reservation. I was immediately told to call the booking agent. The booking agent said the hotel made the mistake. Regardless, my 2 daughters and I had no place to stay, i missed part of the concert with them trying to fix the problem. Ultimately, i had to fix the problem on my own. The kid working at the front desk was extremely polite and made any suggestions he could. He was the only thing close to a positive about the entire experience.

Pretty worn down and dirty. Service was friendly but t.v. didnt work and only one outlet in the entire room worked. Outlets missing covers, alarm clock not working, hair dryer missing, no coffe pot or utensils in the full kitchen. Lights near bed not working. Our whole floor smelled like weed.

The hotel smelled of weed from the lobby and in the room. The lobby was dirty carpet stained. The room hasn’t been updated ever I mean everything was old and the whole room just looked like something from a horror show. The bathroom light was so dim I thought it was just a nightlight. I guess they do that so you can’t see how gross the bathroom really is. The floor is sticky tiles so I was standing In the bathroom looking at the sticky tile floor and noticed water. Everytime I take a step my foot was pushing water out of the cracks in the tile. It was so bad after a 5 hour drive there at 10 pm we started searching for a new hotel but nothing available for under 300. So we went to Walmart and bought new blankets and pillows. The breakfast the say they have is prepacked muffins and nutrigrain bars. Hanging out around the door was a few people that looked homeless, staff never said anything to them. Do not stay here

I would avoid this property unless you do not have another choice. The only Pros are that is in a good location, it is pet friendly and is affordable. We stayed here for a few days when we lost power and maybe since the property was overbooked that made it worse than normal?
The rooms were outdated, and staff was rude. Upon checking in our room was lacking the basic amenities: only 1 pillow between 2 beds, and missing blankets, no toilet paper, and no shower curtain or towels at all. No soaps or shampoos were provided either.
When we asked the front desk for toilet paper we were only given 1 roll and told to ask again the next day (we had booked this place for 5 days).
AC did not work well. There is no pool and no ice machines. the kitchen area is nice to have but was filthy. Also the breakfast is only prepackaged muffins, granola bars, and coffee.
I would not stay here again.

This hotel room was extrememly dirty. There were cobwebs dust and dirt everywhere. The toilet and shower was obviously not cleaned from the previous tennant. I will never stay there again.

Toilet was broken and ran all night. Had to wait to flush. Took forever to fill . Bed was hard and the people upstairs rain all night. My husband was up all night.

Good location for the price condition of the walls made it look pretty run down, other than that I recommend it for a nice place to stay when visiting downtown as it’s not a bad commute

I had called 3 times saying we would be there but later they said they were noting it and it would be fine. We get there and they cancelled my reservation and we had no where else to go with a young family! What’s the sense of having a reservation if you don’t hold the reservation! They claimed my card didn’t go through that’s funny it worked the entire weekend! This is a price gouging situation as the city was completely booked, will be following up with the state

I like the prices of the room for the extended stay that was necessary for me at the time. However the room had a very distinct smell as if it needed to be disinfected completely. I got sick staying here with a viral infection and as soon as I left I was much better.

Room smelled, room was dirty, my socks were filthy from walking on the floor. Peeling caulk, bathrooms nasty. Door had to be pushed or pulled hard to keep closed. For the price i expected Better. Limited breakfast. I stayed at a hotel the night before that was the same price, but it was clean and the breakfast was wonderful!

There was a change in the room I booked, I wanted and paid for two beds for two people, but I got a room with one bed!! I was uncomfortable sleeping in the same bed as my friend. I went to the front desk and was told to take it or leave it. The hotel had a right to change it!!! I had paid a higher price for the room I booked!!! I was not reimbursed for the difference.
There was food left in the fridge from previous people, sippy cup and garbage in the room. Surfaces were not cleaned. Door wouldn’t work properly. Curtain in room was broken.
And not even a trash can was available for us!!
I requested one more pillow for my friend and never got it.
When I checked in to the hotel, I had to wait until the man finally finished his cell phone game and then acted like he didn’t know I was there.
Outside of the hotel was littered and garbage cans running over with trash. Doesn’t give a good first impression at all.

The shower in the bathroom was moldy.
I stood on the clean towels so I could shower. Thanks God the linens were clean, and I was too tired to try and find another place to stay.
There was a drawer missing from the bedside stand. The screen was in the closet for the window. The window was dirty and had cobwebs.

I won’t recommend this hotel to anyone especially with kids and family. First of all the checkin process was horrible, with kids we have to wait for an hour. Once checkin was done, we got room on 3rd floor but the suspense was awaiting for us. They had broken lift, with luggage’s and elderly parents it was not safe to walk through the stairs as they went through major surgery 2 years back. On top of that staff we unpleasant.

If we hadn’t been in a hit in run accident and stranded in Cleveland for the night, there’s no way in hell we would have stayed in this hotel!! Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I wish I could share pictures on here because I have plenty to share. The worst was hearing a small child run around screaming and slamming doors until 4am. We got no sleep!!! Don’t book here!!!

It was ok, we did not have a shower curtain they gave us one to put up ourselves that had hair all over it. Tim was really nice about it and gave a few more things we needed like towels and other pillowcase because the one we received has stains on it. The floor in the room was not full swept they missed a lot of spots but it was manageable for two nights.

The room floor was filthy to the point where we had to wear footwear while in the room. When we walked barefoot, the bottoms of our feet were black from the hard, uncarpeted floors. The floors had not recently been mopped. The management personnel would not address our request for partial compensation due to it being booked through a third party (Expedia).
Also, the hotel listing was advertised as breakfast included, but that consisted of coffee and breakfast bars/muffins only. We spent every morning needing to go elsewhere for breakfast.

Would have been nice to know there was an Extended Stay about 1/4 mile down the road. Went to wrong one. Got a call from the hotel telling me I would not have a king size bed and sofa and getting a queen bed no sofa. Checking in and seeing someone elses info clear as day on my check in monitor. No shower curtain.

There was no shower curtain, no hair dryer, no stopper in the sink. The air conditioner was not working properly. Went to get a coffee and there was none. Expensive stay. Would not recommend this place.

I love taking bubble baths. So I brought my own sanitizing wipes to clean out the bathtub. Other than cleaning bacteria, the tub was spotless. My wipes were perfectly white as I cleaned the bathtub. The bathroom was spotless! There were no bedbugs on the bed. I brought my spray just in case. Remember to stay at the NORTH ES on Orange Place do not stay at the south one on the same street. this one is corporate owned. There is a difference. Location is perfect for going to Browns events it’s fine!

My room reeked of urine. There wasnt any staff available after a.m. the sheets were not cleaned, the beds are madevup after guests leave. Very surface level cleaning. Blood/feces on bathroom door handle.

Upon arrival the room was not clean. Very dirty. Therefore, we decided immediately not to stay at the property. We were informed that nothing was going to be charged since we were there for 2 minutes. But we were charged for a full night of stay anyways.
