Rooms wasn’t safe room 227 the bolt was loose screws hanging out and it smelled like urine so my room was changed to 200 the shower door wouldn’t close or the bathroom door stains on chairs and bed not happy

Overall good.

Location convenient, just off the highway. Room was a good size, bed was comfortable. Front desk staff was very nice, had a speedy check-in.

My reservations said breakfast included and served from 7-9 am. There was no breakfast unless you wanted to buy a muffin but there was no one around for that either. The shower leaks as there is a gap between glass panels. So, the floor in the bathroom gets pretty wet.

Worst hotel experience ever.

Absolutely nothing

I didn't like the staff giving keys to our room to another guest while we were still in there. My wife could have been in the room by herself at the time. She could have been in the shower when this man entered our room. This could have turned out very badly. They endangered our lives and refused to do anything about it. Not so much as an apology.

We had breakfast included and it was a full made to order breakfast. It was delicious! The room was clean and the hotel was quiet. Comfortable beds too

The bed was comfortable

I wasn't able to get 2 beds even though I called after I made the reservation to confirm that I would have 2 beds. There was hair in the bed

Poor

I got a call 4 hours before check in stating that I had to stay at the sister hotel because of plumbing issues. I asked the lady at the front desk to send me a confirmation about my new hotel stay. The lady at the front desk got an attitude/upset when I asked for confirmation to my email. It took longer to get the confirmation so I had to take matters into my own hands. I waited on hold for 15 minutes between both hotels. Ended up staying at the Clarion and was treated with respect from the staff there!

We had a beautiful and romantic trip within a Clean, Safe & Friendly Environment! Thank you!

The moment I walked in the decor just took me away! We just had to have a picture in front of it. I liked the outdoor patio area & dining area both were cleaned and organized.

Cleanliness in general leaves a lot to be desired. The bed was not changed the sheets and the bathroom with a lot of previous hair and the shower box is very bad

Stay was fair. Hotel needs maintenance and more care.

Loved the lobby, decor and breakfast wete excellent but the actual room was run down and cheap. I stayed at a hotel indigo a few weeks ago in Traverse City do hoped it would be newer, cozy and cleaner just like that one.
