Do not book this hotel. The images online are deceptive. The bathtub was dirty and had mold, and overall the room was not clean.
2.7
I was terrified to take a shower because of the mold in the shower there was hair in the sink. The TV did not work. There was toenails on the floor. I was completely disgusted.

We chose this hotel due to its proximity to Metlife Stadium. You can see the stadium from the hotel. Crazy thing is NJ has made it so you cannot walk there which defeated the purpose to booking a hotel so close. We had to Uber the 1/2mi at game time rates. Hotel staff was super friendly and helpful but unfortunately the hotel is pretty run down. The rooms were rough and not what I would consider clean. The freeway noise is loud and the "breakfast" is a prewrapped muffin and coffee. Kitchens in the room are old.

I did not get to stay because the hotel gave away my room even though I notified them throughout the day that my flights had been delayed. They had a room available but could not give it to me because it was after midnight. Then they charged me a no show charge while I was standing in their lobby. It took me until 2:30 in the morning to finally find a place to stay the night 10 miles away in a sketchy neighborhood .

Went to a Giant's football game and the. Cleanliness of the entire facility was Disgusting when we first arrived we seen shady people hanging around check in scoping out your belongings then we seen a mattress in the hallway. Walked into our room it had a very uncomfortable smell i took a shower and it backed up on my feet with black grime garbage bags left overnight in the hall from the so called cleaning staff i tried to tell someone at check out but no one was at the check in counter ......the website won't let me leave photos because i have plenty

The hotel had a great location and was close to American Dream so we gave it a try. The room was very dated and the ceiling paint was peeling but had basic amenities like a refrigerator and microwave. The included free breakfast was a joke as they only served muffins, cereal bars, and coffee. Overall you'd be better off spending the extra $30+ and booking at a Hilton or nicer hotel if you want luxury/comfort. We also had 2 small toddlers and they didn't have cribs or pack and plays.
2.7
the first room we checked- in to was so dirty the floor was sticky there was hair in the drain food in the refrigerator from the last guess so they switched me which didnt make , there was throw up on the steps and I was even scared to sleep on the bed , I checked out a day earlier because it was really nasty and i couldn't finish my stay due to the hotel conditions

It was so close to MetLife Stadium and American Dream mall. The staff was very polite and helpful
2.7
We went there for a football game. You had to pay for a ride even though the stadium was across the highway from the hotel.
The place was not clean. There was a smell coming from the dirty hallway carpet and the floors in the room were sticky.
The free breakfast was muffins and coffee. Not at all what was advertised.
2.7
This Hotel is lucky its located beside Metlife stadium, that is the only thing going for it. Air conditioning bad, Breakfast is a joke and on Day 2 they did not make any coffee. Room was barely clean and there were no glasses, dishes, nothing. Will not stay here ever again
2.7
Hotel in really bad condition. Not a great surrounding area. Paid 319.00 for 1 night. We were going to a concert at MetLife . 60.00 round trip for us to take transportation.
2.7
Very dirty I want my money back
2.7
Rooms wasn’t really clean very dusty
2.7
The room was filthy and smelled. The bathroom smelled like urine, the cloth shower curtain was covered in black mold, the sheets were dirty and I had to change them myself. Check in was a nightmare. Asked for a call from manager and it never came. Will NEVER EVER stay at extended stay again. Worst experience I’ve ever had at any hotel.
2.7
Run down room. Window shade was in need of replacement and the shower was one of the worst hotel shower ever. Previous occupant's garbage was still in the garbage can....which makes me wonder how well the room was cleaned. Very disappointing.
2.7
One thing I liked was that there was a pillow that was comfortable for me. It was also convenient (albeit very confusing) highway access.
2.7
Its old cabinets in room were falling apart. weed smoking everywhere smelled all hallways. Closet doors were all missing grab to go breakfast was terrible and so on
2.7
Correct
2.7
The room looked like it was about to be renovated. The drapes and pictures were off the wall but the hooks were still there. The closet doors had been removed. There was no blowdryer. The kitchen cabinet doors didn’t close. The blinds had rips in them.
We booked this hotel because it said within walking distance to MetLife, but it is across a highway so you can’t walk.
2.7
Poor breakfast
2.7
The hotel is so dirty. The location is across from a mall and met stadium but it’s like surrounded by a freeway. It costs like 90-250 usd to get a taxi or Uber to stadium during games. It’s so inconvenient actually only thing good is the room big and has a kitchen. One lady was really nice she helped us out to print something we thought that’s very nice. Room so dirty. Poop in the bowel after a very long check in at 6/7 pm.
2.7
Good rooms. Easy check-in.
Ok staff.
2.7
We picked the location because it was really close to the MetLife Stadium. The staff was very friendly and helped us find transportation to our event. The only downside of this location is its cleanliness. Our whole room smelled dirty and upon inspection of the bathroom and the room, it was extremely dirty.
2.7
Not walking distance stores nor restaurants to get a quick meal. Property surrounded by highways.
2.7
the room wasn't clean and very old. The bath tub is so old the color is close to brown.
2.7
Bad place to stay
2.7
Good conditions, clean,
2.7
Face to highway, room have very bad smell, can’t sleep, also noisy
2.7
I was disappointed when I arrived in the room it looked like it had been used, the TV was on, there was a strong smell of food, the bathroom was dirty and I found a cockroach and the furniture was full of dust! I even asked for another room and they said they couldn't accommodate it. Breakfast is coffee and cereal bars.

Good

This place is disgusting.

This hotel has come a long way from when I visited a few years ago. Howe er there is still room for improvement.breakfast can be better. Try adding prepackaged sausage sandwich’s that can be heated in the microwave.
2.7
Rooms are not very clean and outdated. No carpet on floors, beds older and uncomfortable. What they call “free breakfast” is an empty coffee dispenser with no hope of getting it filled. Packets of oatmeal and a few wrapped snacks. Place is noisy and unkept.
2.7
It’s what I expected. Cheap I was disappointed that I waited for someone to check me in and out. A sign saying they would be back shortly as they are currently assisting another customer. Garbages around the property were overflowing for days and the grab and go breakfast was hardly stocked up. Ran out of items often. Our first room wasn’t cleaned as there were empty water bottles on the counter, garbage in the bins and the bed had clearly been slept in as it was not made. I know I could have stayed at the Hilton right next door (and I would have if it was pet friendly) and I was ok with the budget option. All they needed to do is have enough staff to be at the front desk 24 hours, someone to walk the property every day and empty garbages and someone else to monitor the grab and go breakfast and they would have got the review I thought they would have deserved …. A good rating. Sorry, not this time. Unfortunately I will not use this Extended Stay Hotel on my next adventure.

Never ever stay at this hotel. Upon booking it states that I will be getting a king-size bed. The bed was a full size. The room and bed were nasty. The sheets had stains on it. The mattress was nasty like someone bleed in the bed. They refrigerator was dirty. The floor was sticky myflip flops kept sticking to the ground. The tub was okay. It was really old fahion turn on the air conditioner it made the room smell like they never changed their air vents. I called to request new sheets and mattress pads when i came back from my outting they place the item on the table for me to do my self. What the heck i dont work here I am on vacation celebrating my family birthday with kids and all. The phone didn't work i felt nasty and violated. This extended stay should not be reserved for out of town people. People thats there stay long term and live there they should just us the extened stay for that reason only not long term people who live there out back BBQ with a bomb fire this is their home. Very disappointed 😞 not nothing I would ever recommend the manger wont be in until Monday need a full refund. They said they provide breakfast wrong just fruit. As they cant because you have long term people live there.as theirIhome seen a dog, someone had a cat and was walking downstairs. Not exceptable.please dont stay here.I will upload photo of my room.please beware not to mention i had to come in town on a weekend gateway and change sheets beds lift up the mattress and change the mattress pad.

I've never stayed in a hotel that was outdated. The hotels was not clean, the microwave was old and rusted with a foul smell, The A/C unit filter needed to be changed (smelled horrible). The phone did not work, the bed was uncomfortable, There was an ironing board with NO iron! No waters, No coffee/pot. Bathroom was not clean; hair was on floor with dirt and dust behind door. Toilet was broken, every time you sit down you had to push toilet seat back to the position. In order to receive clean towels you had to bring down the old washcloths/towels. Paint chips from walls, Doors and walls scraped and scratched up. Looks as if this hotels is a residential hotel, not to be advertised for outsiders, only for long-term stay. People were outside BBQ! Never Again!!!

This was the nastiest looking, dirtiest & smelling hotel I’ve been to! We walked down the smelly hallway to the room & opened the door to a nasty dirty smelly room! Dirty toothpick, toilet leaking water is allll around it! Oh I forgot to mention we had to wait @ 30 minutes for the maid to “clean the room”, there’s no way anything was cleaned & WHY would you not say the toilet is leaking and there’s a puddle all around it? Luckily, the lady at the front desk understood & refunded us the $ & we ran away from there as fast as possible!
2.7
Quick stop and convenient
2.7
I chose the hotel b/c Expedia noted a 15 min walk to MetLife Stadium. This is NOT true. You are legally unable to walk there because of heavy traffic. There are multiple signs regarding this in the hotel. The hotel itself is absolutely bare bones. It has a mini-kitchen (my room did) but you must ask for dishes, glasses, silverware etc. Holes in sheets, shades and questionable stains. The location was great and i would go again because of that but expectations will be lowered.

We booked this hotel for one night beecase we were headed to a concert at Metlife. It is listed asbeing a 15-walk from Metlife - perfect, right? WRONG. You cannot walk to Metlife and you must figure out transportation. I asked for a partial refund to cover what I ended up having to pay for parking (nevermind the traffic nightmare I had to deal with) and neither the hotel or hotels.com would give me a partial refund. Hotel was gross and overpriced. We didn't appear to be the only people tricked into booking because we thought we could walk to Metlife.
