Initially, room seemed great. Woke up and ate breakfast in room. As I was seated, two cockroaches appeared from behind the coffee machine. Took a shower to only have the stopper not work. So took a shower in ankle deep water. You could tell from the chrome that the room had not been cleaned properly prior to visit. Just surprised because location seemed good but hotel room was not clean.

The breakfast was great with hot food and plenty of selection. The lady doing the food and checking in with guests to see how the breakfast was, is a gem. Good stay and decent price for the area. Will be back.

There’s one guy that super nice but the rest we felt were staring us down every time we walked by or sat in the breakfast area. They were not kind at all. My boyfriend asked one guy if they had a knife and a plate and he wouldn’t even help. The weekend breakfast lady is nicer than the breakfast they service. Pretty terrible. The carpeting in the rooms need to be changed and the entire place needs a renovation. I’d probably give this place a 1 for the hotel where as the location is about a 3. If you want a comfortable place to stay I’d suggest not chancing it here but it’s my opinion.

The hotel is in desperate need of update. The rooms were clean but the bathroom looked like a bathroom from the seventies showing it's age and needed repairs. Very dark room, needs more lighting.The room that we had was at the end of the hallway near a 2nd entry. The door slammed loudly (which could be fixed) and we did not sleep well at all. The beds were hard and very uncomfortable. I originally booked for 1 night but added on a day before and after to ensure more family time. According to the hotel since we booked through hotels.com we would have check out and back in every morning to ensure we could have the same room. We were subject to the $50 deposit every night but was grateful they were refunded quickly. The 1st day I told the staff that I would be leaving at 7am and would not return until after the wedding. I was told there was an hour every morning that it was unattended but if no one was there it would be noted I would complete after return from the wedding. I received a call from my teenage son who told me the staff knocked on the door stating it had to be immediately. I was forced to leave the venue when getting ready to return to complete. This took 40 minutes out of prep time. There should have been an exception made to avoid this. I mean you had my id and card on file. I offered to let my son complete or that I could complete verbally but was told no. Stay somewhere else.

The bathtub looked disgusting. There were not enough towels in the room. It definitely did not look as nice as the pictures on the website. We ran out of toilet paper after only one night. We were charged an incidental fee, but then not refunded. I called multiple times and nobody answered. And for almost $200 for one night, I would not recommend it.

After my stay my rate was adjusted and increased by $50 dollars, without any indication why. In coming to the property I was concerned due to harsh smells in the hallways, however the room itself was very clean and smelled good. The morning service staff was very kind while I was eating breakfast and taking time to talk and converse with every guest, and probably the highlight of the stay. I will be calling the hotel to look into this additional charge, and if they are able to adjust and change this I may be changing my review.

The housekeeper Evelyn was very rude and when we asked the front desk about it he yelled at us that she was a very nice woman. Then we asked him a question and he just kept yelling at us until we left. Will not be back they do not care about the happiness of their guest!

It's not to far from shopping center so that was nice. My one issue. I stayed here 2 times and each time I keep getting a accessibility room for hearing impaired and what not and they wouldn't clean my room for the week I was there.. Besides that it was a great stay they're quick to get you what you need. ( Towels, toilet paper etc.)

I liked the property was close to where my friend lives. There are good restaurants and retail stores including Walmart, Sams club and other stores. The first night I discovered my sheets had a blood stain. Don't understand why housekeeping would put it on the bed. She had to have scene the stain. The other issue was the room upstairs was very noisy. I had to notify the front dext. It sounded like there were marching on the floor. Breakfast was good and the lady overseer was very nice.

This was one of the best stays that I’ve had at a hotel in a long time. Staff was definitely so helpful. The pool area was clean and it’s indoors which is awesome. Breakfast was both hot and cold options and there is a variety I loved that. I was able to check in with no problem. Bedrooms are nice. I would say the bed is more of a firm feel but I definitely recommend 10/10. Thank you guys for your hospitality.

Overall it was a nice place to stay. We had no issues at all. The only thing that was a little annoying was the low water pressure in the shower. However, that wasn't a big issue for us. I would certainly stay at this facility again.

For $160 per night, I expected at least a hair drier and a sink drain that would stay open, without having to stuff something underneath it. At the point I tried to make telephone calls, both the hotel phone system was not working, and neither could I get a signal for my cellphone! The location was convenient, however I needed more than some second rate breakfast items to make me want to stay here again. Nope!

Upon arriving we were given a room at the far end to an entrance to outdoors/parking lot which I thought would be convenient for my 85 yr old Uncle. However the door leading outside next to our door was not right. Whenever the door opened and closed it was scraping on the floor...waking me up consistently. The next day it was repaired (thank god). So the next 2 nights were fine. On another note I asked for a wake up call and they never called ...was late to an appointment. The 1st night I tried calling the front desk and anyone else on the room phone and all lines were busy. I'm used to better service especially with BW. I haven't traveled in a while so I guess I should keep my expectations on the lower side. The room was great as far as being very comfortable and clean. Newer hotel.

Property was close to familly. I didn't like the carpet. It looked nice when we came in the room but my feet were black from walking in the room. It was so dirty I had to wear my shoes after my shower.

Was a nice property, nothing extra special but more importantly nothing bad. Area was safe. Only issue was that their access cards to hotel and rooms would deactivate every single day. So after a day of being out doing things, you couldnt come back and go back to your room you had to go back to the front desk and get your cards reactivated. They tried saying it sometimes happens if you put the card next to your phone and then the next day it was if you put it near other cards. Didnt matter where the cards were kept. Total BS. Staff was nice about it but it was very annoying.
