Входные двери с щелями …. Из коридора слышно абсолютно все . На кровати пятна . Завтрак отвратительный. Кофе и булочки .

It was okay. But I would have stayed somewhere else if I known the pool was closed.

Convenience to where I needed to be.

Better amenities and discounts for not letting people know pool was out of service.

The condition of the building was very poor. It was visible rust on the pool doors, the lobby furniture was covered with sheets, paint buckets were everywhere, the walk paper was all torn off the walls, the room had tiles fall off the hot tub walls. I had a bad feeling soon as I pulled in the parking lot. There were humongous potholes with semi trucks taking up multiple parking spaces. Truly the worst hotel I've encountered. There was no way I was spending $148.00 for a place like that. I immediately asked for a refund from the front desk and made new reservations at the Double Tree in Warrenville.

2 bedroom! Never Again.

The location and the option for 2 bedrooms. Breakfast was the usual fare (fine).

The beds were hard and lumpy. The floor in one of the bedrooms was so uneven and sloped that you had to sleep at the foot of the bed or you'd get dizzy. The bathtub glass door were off the track and swinging (not kid friendly!). The pool was not working. I'd prearranged for a crib but was told at check in that I'd have to wait until the next day. They did come through with a pack and play that night, I just didn't appreciate the lack of communication and being told that my 1 year old was going to have to risk falling off the bed because of it. The whole place is super dated and old smelling. Don't expect any kind of living room. It's 2 bedrooms, 1 old creepy bathroom and a entryway with 2 closets.

This has to be the nastiest hotel in America!

The room was nasty, it was old, smelly, and needed updates badly. There were hairs on the bed where my pillow was, there was a thick layer of dust on the bathroom light fixture, the bathroom was so dark you can barely see yourself, it had one very dim light. The carpet was nasty and had stains, I could see nasty greasy fingerprints all over the microwave and refrigerator doors, the window was not clean you can see nasty greasy fingerprints on the window. The entrance was disgusting it had paint peeling and it was stinky. When I walked towards my room, I walked past the indoor pool, the water had been drained but the pool was nasty, it wasn't cleaned, there was a small disgusting pool of green water that was left settled at the bottom. This place was not fit for human lodging. To make matters worse they charge $100 or more a night for this place. I did not stay here, I got a refund immediately. You should not call this a hotel you should call it a dump.

Breakfast was a joke. There wasn't even any fresh fruit
