The staff are incredibly helpful and personable. Our headboard was not secured to the wall which they said is intentional. It fell off the wall towards the end of the stay and we were physically unable to fix it. Staff said this is a common occurrence. Other than that, it was a comfortable stay!
The dumpsters are locked which is a little odd but staff encourage you to set your garbage out and they'll take it. Asking for linens can occur any time of day and staff are super kind about it! Located directly across from the airport, super convenient.

Paid an EXTREMELY high rate for a hotel of this caliber. When I checked out I found out another person paid about a quarter of what I paid. Shame on me, I guess.

Staff was super friendly & helpful. Even with a mix up with the room. Reserved 2 fouble beds. Ended up with 2 rooms, 1 with a king & 1 with a double. The king room was great. The double room was nice all but the bed. It was more like a double cot than a bed. Otherwise, it was clean & well kept.
3.5
The property seems old and beds are too bad in shape. The spring mattress was low quality or what, i never had seen such a bad mattress in a hotel.
3.5
The hotel is close to the airport, so it's very convenient for traveling. Rooms are clean and safe since the doors are inside the building.

Unable to check in due to audit in process.
Full kitchen but no coffee set up.
No hair dryer

The room hada really strong smell coming from carpet.

Anyone going to Juneau this is a great hotel..you can literally walk from the airport..there are city buses for 2.00 to downtown or the grocery store.. everything about it was great..they do not offer a full breakfast though ..only some coffee and snack cakes..but besides that it was clean..super modern and comfortable...it felt like home .they also have laundry facilities if you are staying a long time..I highly recommend this hotel..full kitchen..no stove..but a new stove top and new microwave plus a new fridge

Helpful staff, very clean rooms, spacious. Close to airport and area shopping and attractions

Cancelled by reservation after I paid for it, basically kicked me out and could not easily find a hotel that I could afford,

suggestions- bench outside for smokers. Some broken down and abandoned cars in lot should be addressed. happy it is pet friendly, use a fenced in area outside for the. Simple fixes considering the hotel prices in Juneau and for a week my room not cleaned at all. Not sure if yuu are recovering losses from covid but either add a few amernities or lower the prices

Room had broken fixtures in bedroom and bedroom and there was dirt in the bath. Overall hotel in need of a serious upgrade.
3.5
There were a lot of people hanging out in the parking lot at all hours.
3.5
Extremely poor complimentary breakfast. No key to door. Staff had to accompany us to our room and unlock it every time we returned.
We are being charged way to much for an extra day.
3.5
Within walking distance of the airport. Easy in and out for a quick overnight trip.

staff was nice and helpful room was filthy

I stay here when I am in transit to other locations in Alaska for the convience of location next to the airport. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, great air conditioning and heating with a fantastic shower.

No housekeeping, even during “extended stay” (it’s in the name, right?) had to swap dirty towels at the front desk. Pool closed, no doubt to save money. Coffee maker in room? No. But you could ask for one. But they didn’t have one. Convenient to the airport (walking), but that’s about it. Recliner in the room is terrible. Lever cranks the footrest up, but you have to do heavy leg curls to get it down. If you weren’t strong enough, you’d have to slide off the footrest. Or you’d be stuck in the chair. But they wouldn’t find your body right away because there’s no housekeeping.

rooms not deep cleaned for a long time, dog smell and hairs
resident dogs barking overnight

Good value hotel with kitchen and full size refrigerator, large room. No shuttle but steps from the airport. Security has improved. Very pet friendly facility, but if you don't like dogs then don't stay here. You will need to get to the ferry on your own. Clean and comfortable room.

We checked in about 10pm, the first room given to us was in very poor condition. The bed was VERY broke down. Scrape marks on the walls, just seemed neglected. After an hour my husband asked for a different bed. They were very nice about changing our room with no added fee! We were very thankful. The only problem then was not their fault at all, the airport is right across the street, convenient but noisy.

Did not feel safe. Hotel was loud. Beds uncomfortable.

During my stay at the place, they supposedly clean the room twice a day. But in almost 2 weeks that I stayed, not once did they clean the room. Bad service.

This hotel has recently been updated. My room was very clean. The halls had new paint. The carpets were cleaned, and there was new flooring. The front door was locked with key-only access or the attendant opening it, which made the hotel feel more secure from the night creepers outside. For a 3-star hotel it is very, very nice thanks to the updates.

I’ve never been to a hotel that locked its guests out of the lobby, so this was super weird and awkward. Hotel smelled like animal pee, but this is often expected with pet friendly hotels. Staff was friendly enough but in my opinion dressed sloppy. The room was clean and beds comfy. Overall I guess you get what you pay for and this was not an expensive hotel. However, the thing that made me truly upset was that I specifically searched for and booked this hotel because it had a pool. When I booked it I was assured that the pool would be up and running by then. When I arrived it was not. My kids were upset. The lady at the desk was kind enough to google the hours of the public pool for me but it made no difference as the actual open swim times at the public pool are strange and did not fit our schedule and furthermore cost extra money. It would have been nice to at least get a discount or a heads up a couple weeks in advance or maybe help in transferring the reservation to another hotel that had a pool. Not a horrible hotel, but I will not stay here again.

No hot water so no shower, no breakfast or coffee available in the morning but I was charged full price for the room & full price for my pet.
The bed only had 1 blanket & it was cold.
No coffee or any amenities in the room at all.
Sheets had so much starch on them that they were uncomfortable.
Worst hotel experience!!
3.5
I'd stay there again!

Rude desk clerk (both at check in and the next day), lobby smelled of pot smoke, no hot water. We’ve stayed here before because of convenience as it is across the street from the airport. Each stay has gotten progressively worse and this stay was the worst yet. Not the fanciest hotel, but we don’t expect that. We do, however, expect hot showers and at least a pretense of concern from desk staff.
3.5
The only thing good was the location and staff.
Elevator stunk like stale cigarettes, alcohol, and urine. Drunks all over, yelling at each other or begging for money.
The mattress was not soft at all. It was more like a kids mattress than a regular mattress.
The whole place needs cleaned and maintained.
The location is fantastic and the staff are very friendly and nice, upbeat people. Too bad they have to work in such a dump.

William that checked us in was great and friendly.

TV was full of static. Told front desk. No one ever came to check out. For a grab & go breakfast it left a lot to be desired.
3.5
Beds were very old, could feel the coils. Heater blew out cold air even if thermostat said heat. Outdated and dirty. No pool, no breakfast. Price per night was outrageous for an outdated hotel. It was a rip off.
3.5
The pillows and bed were terrible, the hallways smelled of marijuana and mildew, the area and residents of the area were super sketchy.
3.5
They didn’t have transportation. I
Know it’s not far from the airport to walk. But we had a two day old baby and it was snowing and raining outside. A 45 minutes wait for an Uber. Ended up renting a $120 car.
Place is nice and all in all I would rent from them again.
Thank you.

This is a good hotel for those seeking a low price. You get what you pay for.
3.5
The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was nice, up to date and clean. There was more of a home setup than i thought, i liked the comfortable feel of the room.
3.5
Convenient with pets, snowplowing and sidewalk was kept clear during the snowstorm.
Did not like the frequent smell of pot coming from roons as I walked down the hall.
3.5
The night manager was arrogant\rude. Needs a course on dealing with people. The general manager ( the next morning) was excellent.
