We generally stay in 4 star hotels unless we are traveling and just needing a place to sleep. This hotel was an excellent 3 star hotel which was clean, friendly, helpful staff recommending restaurants, comfortable bed and good breakfast with eggs, sausage, waffles, friendly kitchen staff giving my husband cheese for a sausage, egg McMuffin. We were very pleased and would definitely stay here again.

Mattress was horrible. Hurt my hips and i didnt sleep all weekend. Had a huge bathroom. Big enough for a wheel chair. But the toilet was small enough for a todler and NO saftey bars. Never been in a hotel without them unless it was a tiny room and you could use the tub or sink. I had to take a chair into the bathroom so my handicapped husband could get up. And the sheets, seems every hotel has flat cotton sheets that you cant move around in bc your clothes wont move with you. Maybe consider putting felt pads on your dining chairs. We were in the room next to the dining room. OMG, all morning long, all we heard was screeching from the chairs being moved. Staff was great. It wouldnt let me add a photo.

Clean, comfortable, friendly and helpful staff. Busy road and some appliance noise may bother some, but it was mostly white noise that could be ignored or minimized with ear plugs.

The front desk person on check in was fabulous and very attentive. When we left in the morning neither person at the front desk spoke.. Room was clean but there was plaster chipping off the wall, Room was very quiet

Stunk when we got there. Smelled like someone smoked on the room. Front desk had no solution. It was like oh well. Had moving trucks taking up a lot of parking places. Had to walk in the dark quite a ways to the front of the building.

Great location close to Bay Harbor and downtown. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Room was clean for the most part but I was glad to have slippers to wear on the carpet. ‘Lake View’ rooms are a little obstructed by commercial buildings and tall trees, plus, no elevator to 2nd floor. Hot tub was disgusting!!! The timer for the jets had ‘out of order sign’ & based on the obscene amount of hair floating around, the filter wasn’t working either! I would not consider the pool & hot tub at this hotel an ‘amenity’ but we were not traveling with children, so it was not a problem for us.

This hotel is in a great location. It is minutes from shopping and dining. The Little Traverse Wheelway access is across the street. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Always a smile a hello and how’s your day going? Would def stay here again.

The property is located just outside of town so it was easy access to where we were going. The breakfast was good, the beds were comfortable. Everything was clean except the bathroom needed a little attention. The shower curtain was moldy, the toilet bowl had not been scrubbed for a while and had a water ring. The liquid soap dispenser did not work and when I opened it, it was 1/3 full but the soap had hardened in the bottom. We only had about 4 tissues and no backup box. Its sad that everything else was nice about the hotel except the bathroom.
