Disappointing
The cafe the have is very nice
When we were given our room, the door would not shut or lock. The staff attempted to fix this for over an hr while we were stuck sitting and waiting g as our things were in our room already. I was told, "We are fully booked and have no other rooms. So we will have someone sit outside your room if you need to leave. You can use the deadbolt when you go to bed. " Finally they moved us to another room. We were offered 2 king rooms, but we were 3 women traveling together. One of them being a 16-year-old child. So separating was not an option. We ended up getting one room with a fold up bed. The from desk staff had told me we would most likely be receiving a refund for our inconvenience. I was given a 30% ($77) discount after the prices of the rooms had already been hiked up for the weekend we were there for soccer districts that were being held in the area.

I enjoyed my stay very much. Views from my room were great.
Breakfast was the best of any hotel I have ever stayed at. Chili is available from 6am to 6 pm and it was DELICIOUS!
Room.did not have personal coffee pot, that would be a nice uograde to add.

It wasn’t planned. With the roads turning crappy and a sick passenger it was our only option.
The room was easily accessible.
Upon arrival I was in line behind an older lady who was being helped. As soon as the desk lady finished with her she turned and went into the cafeteria to start gossiping with another worker I’m assuming. I stood there for at least 3 minutes before she “noticed” I was there, even though she seen me standing there when I walked in. Her excuse was, “Sorry, I have a lot going on.” Didn’t seem professional at all. The toilet in 325 runs about every 15 minutes. I’m not sure if it’s maybe water running from other rooms too, but it was quite annoying and made falling asleep hard because it was so loud. The WiFi would work for 30 seconds and go out, we were unable to use it at all. The massage bed didn’t work, not sure what the issue was. There were spots on the sheets and the walls/mirrors were filthy. Couldn’t find a coffee pot in the room. It was a good stay, but not nearly as good as it’s been in the past.
