Hotel was on Carson's main street, not an especially pretty part of town but it was convenient to restaurants and stores. It feels like an older hotel but was okay for the price. Breakfast options were sparce and the eating area was small.

The back door was not secured after 9pm like posted. Large number of peoples "hanging out" by back door late including owner/staff member with her super cute dog. Again, not a big deal, but the need to accompany my nieces to and from our truck was needed. Just to ensure safety. Good room for a one night layover on our travel. The lovely lady who checked me in was great!

I have been asked for deposit during 23:00 check/in, and because they don't have proper pos machine, I had been asked to pay it cash, and surprise.... a room with a whole broken window glass looking to the street and I am a woman. It was fantastic to realize that Wyndham doesn't give a drope of interest for your security, their answer was we are fully booked and can not change the room soooorrryyyy with a smile.

The bathroom was old, I'm glad I didn't need to shower. Also there was a hair on the toilet seat that wasn't ours.:( The Room was clean and our beds were comfortable. I was in room 118. The employees were very nice.

The room was not awful and not exceptional, it was fine. Bed was good, pillows good, shower worked. The front desk staff was exceptional. Very helpful and friendly, that was huge to me.

Inside the room was clean but dated. Outside is very shabby and in need of maintenance and repair. There appears to be homeless people sleeping behind the garbage bin, and it is gritty and dirty all around the building. My main issue was there clean or grassy area to walk or potty your dog….yet they charge a $25 pet fee. The desk clerk, Brianna, however was efficient and friendly, and gave an excellent welcoming.

The rooms were very poor condition. We had to check in late do to travel time issues. The night staff at check in was friendly enough. The morning / day staff not so. Then I I look at the emailed receipt and was over charged.

Basic old room. We see more and more hotels that are in need of major renovations. The room that face the parking area had screens on windows that should have been replaced years ago. Terrible choice for free breakfast. Only good thing is it is inexpensive to stay.

Here's a suggested review: "Unfortunately, our experience at the Super 8 Wyndham Carson City Hotel was far from satisfactory. Despite booking for two nights, our first night was marred by a malfunctioning fire alarm that beeped every two minutes. Despite our calls to reception, the issue persisted throughout the night, leaving us sleepless and extremely disappointed. While the staff attempted to address the problem by changing the battery, the alarm continued until 7 am the next morning. This experience greatly impacted our stay and left us feeling frustrated and exhausted. We hope the management takes steps to prevent such incidents in the future to ensure a more comfortable stay for their guests.
