Booked 3 rooms for up to 7 nights.
There was no hot water on 3 separate days.
The hotel is very basic but well located for the Exhibition Centre.

This hotel was everything that I needed for my stay in Paris! It’s been a great stay and it was close to the center.

Hot. Hot. Hot. Like a sauna. Nearly had a heat stroke. Ended up paying full rate and stayed at a different hotel.

This hotel was completely unhelpful and very unfair. We booked some rooms for a team from our office and there was a mistake made and the rooms were double booked. This error was noticed within an hour and the hotel refused to cancel the booking. They also would not let us change the rooms to different people or dates. The rooms where non-refundable but this was very unfair and was a genuine error which is very unfair. I would suggest that anyone that wants to book this hotel thinks twice as they are very unhelpful and unfair

You get what you pay for with this hotel ! Room is very tiny , no air conditioner

Staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and very nice to stay in. I had no problems with my stay here. I would highly recommend.

white curtains were grey, furniture is old and really dirty, bathroom all broken and old tiled (though all implements worked). I have stayed in nicer your hostels. Price exhorbitant for the quality. Breakfast was ok though. Good location too.

The service was decent but as an english speaker communication sometimes didn't happen as smooth . as it could have. The room was rather small. As a person over 6 feet, I did not fit on the twin bed or had any room to move about the suit. The shower head was not adjustable and remained at 3 ft above the bathroom floor. The sink occasionally dripped from the bottom pipes with water. The elevator was uncomfortably small. The Wifi was terrible. The air circulation in hot weather was unbearable. The sun blocking curtain fell on the floor and the nails ripped from the ceiling. Overall I would say that the staff was not very focused on making sure our stay was as perfect as it could have been, and the room was underwhelming for all of my friends who checked into the hotel for our trip. Best thing about the hotel is that it is in a great location for food and getting to attractions by Uber for cheap.

Perfect location for tradeshow and rooms are ok. Not a lot of space to work on laptop.

really enjoyed our stay here, would recommend. Great location. Clean hotel and room. Not far from the Metro, bars and restaurants.

It’s was a pretty nice place to stay, the fridge in the room could’ve done with a clean as it was dirty and smelly, but overall we enjoyed our stay at the hotel good service aswell.

The hotel is very basic with limited facilities, however the location for the exhibition centre make it acceptable.

Rooms are very small, old and ill kept. Bathroom was dirty with a tiny shower. Fell down the stairs due to no light on in the staircase. Overall a very unpleasant experience.

I really don't understand all the bad reviews. My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay. Most of staff speak english and were very kind and solicitous. The hotel is well located (like 30-40 minutes from eiffel tower by walking) and few minutes (less than 5) from the metro station which will take you anywhere. The room, depending on your choice, can be a bit small if you are carrying big luggages, but we didnt think it was too much of a problem. The breakfast was basic, but we tought it was worth in an expensive city such as Paris ( they had options like breads, croissant, jam, honey, milk, cereal, cheese, ham, salame, coffee machine (espresso, capuccino, hot chocolate..), orange juice.). This hotel was the best deal we found matching our dates and we enjoyed a lot. At first we have booked only for 3 days, then we decided to stay one more day and then for more 5 days. They made an excellent price for these last 5 days and upgraded us to a bigger room. I would definitely recommend.

Got a room on the top floor and it was very good considering the type of hotel this is. We were in Paris for the Expo and the location of the hotel is perfect. Breakfast in the hotel is ok there is the things you need: bread, cheese, ham, eggs, yoghurt, coffee, juice its small but good. And very nice service all staff is very friendly and helpful.

A really worn down hotel with extremely high prices for the quality they deliver. No thanks!
3.0
The room was very small, and the staff less engaged than I'd expect.

Fine for a night on business to visit the expo exhibitions. Spartan rooms, lobby and breakfast but they will do the job. Location is the big plus.

We liked the location and cleanliness. However, the room was very small.

Happy with the quality for what we paid. Staff were friendly. Easy access around it. Nothing to complain about really

No A/C and the fan provided does not give enough air. The fan needs updating.

The frontline staff were excellent the hotel is not as good as advertised the bed squeaks and uncomfortable to sleep on they should buy new beds, comfortable chairs and bigger televisions. There was no satellite tv as promised and the lift was dirty the breakfast was good

We stayed for 10 nights and enjoyed the entire stay. The hotel staff are English and French and very helpful and accommodating. The breakafast we loved, we had always enough to be full until the afternoon which was great! They offered good tradition French breakfast choices. The coffee was fantastic. Our room was exactly like the photo advertised, it had two balconies and was pretty clean. Only recommendation would be for the cleaning staff to vacuum more frequently.
The location of the hotel is excellent, it’s close to the Metro line 12 which can take you to a lot of tourist places. They cafes around the hotel are all good we tried a bunch and it was awesome food. We are about a 10 min walk to a monoprix (grocery store) in a very busy happening area. It’s also located by the Expo Center literally a 2 min walk.
Rooms are small but that is what you get in Paris unless you stay high end, there was two of us and we found it just enough for the few hours a day we were in it.
Would absolutely stay here again!

Wifi was bad, mattress was bad.

Business stay for expo at PDV. Great location and the breakfast sets you up for the morning!
1.5
It depends on your requirements and budget. Apart from the great breakfast the hotel is not well maintained. Wi-Fi is very limited to unusable

It's more than amazing for what you pay, but the water came out of the shower because the glass curtain wasnt big enough.
1.5
Location wise the hotel is good as it's 2-3 minutes walking distance from metro. However, The rooms are very small. Lift is the smallest I have ever seen as it can accommodate only 2 persons. But the staffs were very friendly and helpful. Their information really helps how to roam around Paris.

Location was good, lift was the smallest I have ever been in, the room was basic but bed was clean. Wifi was poor on the 6th floor.

Near Porte de Versailles, hotel is functional, basic breakfast. 5 min walk from the expo fair.
Room are decent with basic amenities.
I will.recommend for 1 or 2 nights.

As we checked in we were given a room with dirty carpet, broken toilet, broken wardrobe, beds on different levels, smelly room. Told the receptionist who was polite - she tried to find another room like she was doing us a favour. She found another room and said this is one of the best rooms in the hotel. It was like they offer you a scary room so you do not complain when they offer you a better room!! Unfortunately the second room although was definitely better than the first, the carpet was dirty. The wardrobe was shaky and just about to collapse.
The carpet of the lift was extremely dirty. I was holding my luggage up while going up and finally when I was going down.
The staff was polite and helpful. They filled our hot water flask with hot water a couple of times.

Stayed here in May/2014. Nice hotel but not near the top, and hopefully not near the bottom (You get what you pay for). Very pleasant Staff and location. Comfortable and quiet for a small hotel. Needs a small investment of a paint job,new curtains, sheets, furniture for a brighter new look. Also needs to update their WI-FI to the ENTIRE hotel (very disappointing). Bi-lingual TV would be a plus, but I did not go to Paris to watch TV. These upgrades would make this place a 3-star!!! Unfortunately there is nothing they can do with the coffin lift/elevator (inhale)..

Great neighborhood wonderful staff smallest elevator I've ever seen

I was expecting better quality. Rooms are tiny and old.
1.0
To tell the truth it was my worst expereince I had ever. I wouldn't recommend to anyone, because the quality of the hotel is very low. The only positive thing that the metro station is close to the hotel.
0.5
The rooms would be ideal for very small people with no luggage, no drawers or room for anything. The only saving grace was the proximity of public transport.
2.0
Very close to Train/tram station, very co-operative staff/reception. Would like to stay in the future as well.
Good value for the price.
1.5
The hotel was relatively cheap and so we did not expect too much. The location was OK - near a metro and with plenty of restaurants and a supermarket nearby. Generally the room was dark, with chipped furniture and in need of a complete makeover, including replacement of carpet and bedding.
1.0
We are surprised and shocked when we check in the hotel. It seems to be smaller than our expectation, especially the tiny lift that can only fit one person with one luggage. When we check in, the receptionist has given us the wrong key as when we get into the room, there are someone else luggage in the room. We feel unsecured with the hotel’s system when we are informed that we must leave our key to the hotel whenever we are out from the hotel. We are tourist and we are not sure on the location of nearby convenient store. When we ask for direction, the receptionist told us that she is new and know nothing. It was quite disappointing for us.
6.0
Room was small but did not impede on the comfortability. Would go back. The staff was very helpful. Overall the room was well maintained there were a couple of incidents that I did not like: did not leave any toilet paper one day and did not make the beds another. the location was excellent and easy to get to from anywhere in Paris.
