This was a weekend stay so we could attend a local event and Worcester. We received a very friendly and helpful reception. The accommodation is beautiful decorated, high quality and very comfortable. We stayed in the Lodge suite, thank you for the upgrade.

There were so many positives about our stay, from the courtesy call from Angela the day before arrival, the check-in where we were personally shown to our room, the extra touches so often missing these days e.g. bathrobes provided, the standard & variety of welcome tray options and complimentary flapjack/fruit. The dinner and service was as amazing, as was the last time we dined. So refreshing as a nut allergy sufferer to have personal information and a dessert option adapted to suit. The only minor negative if I had to find one was the carpet in the bedroom was stained (teabags missing the bin from previous occupant at a guess and needs deep cleaning), but otherwise perfection - well done!

I can't express how wonderful our stay was here. The hotel goes above and beyond in every instance. It's an absolutely beautiful building in a picturesque part of the country. The staff were extremely polite and gave a top notch service throughout the entire stay. The food, both dinner and breakfast ,was delicious and high quality. We were given a free room upgrade and placed in accomodation that was beyond expectation. The bedroom and bathroom were huge! The room was pure comfort and very exquisitely decorated. There was a special turn down service as well, so that when we returned to the room, the bed was prepared for us to climb into, cups were laid out with chamomile tea bags at the ready, slippers were by the bed, and soft radio music was playing through the TV. I've never experienced anything quite like this before and was just overwhelmingly happy with the detail of service. We also were able to use the conference room facilities during our stay and were provided with everything we needed. Checking in and out was a smooth experience. I would highly recommend the venue. It has many beautiful rooms, from the bar and restaurant spaces, to the library. Truly an enjoyable stay that I'll remember for a long time to come!

Everything about Brockencote is absolutely excellent: which is why I stay regularly for the simple pleasure of staying there. The rooms are stylish and immaculate. The service is polished, attentive and appropriately friendly. The training is very clearly evident.Staying is a complete pleasure in every aspect and my frequent return is assured.

Revisiting for our wedding anniversary, our favourite hotel and continues to be so. Lovely staff, wonderful surrounding area (nice to go for a walk). Dinner in the restaurant was brilliant & lunch in the spa also.

The hot tub was unusable due to being pre heated to over 40 degrees. We initially though the gauge was wrong, it was so high it was off the chart. However the water was so hot we couldn’t even dip a toe in it. We kept trying but it didn’t cool down. When we finally went to bed at 11:30 it was still above 40 degrees.
The milk was mouldy so we couldn’t make any coffee in the morning.
Initially I thought all would be ok as the receptionist on checkout insisted a refund would be issued but due to booking through hotels.com she would need to wait for her manager who would be in touch the following day.
I was never contacted back, despite ringing twice until I left a review.
The manager has refused to honour the refund and told me that the hot tub would have cooled down if I’d have waited! Not sure how late into the night he wanted me to wait but this is unacceptable for a luxury stay of this expense to not be able to make coffee or use the key feature of the hotel.

The waitress who dealt with us on both breakfast mornings was probably the most attentive and polite I had come across and also had a wonderful sense of humour, she made our visit very pleasant.
The hotel was a beautiful building and the most gorgeous surroundings

Lovely Hotel in a stunning countryside location. Bar Food Menu was delicious. It is wise to book breakfast when you book your stay as it was double the price if we booked it when we arrived. Very friendly waitresses and bar staff.

There was a huge dead spider in the bath plug to greet me and marks on the bathroom mirror, and cobwebs,
my room details on booking stated Dvd in room if you would like to watch a movie so we bought with us a dvd, popcorn, & ordered a drink from the bar (man and room service was faultless) but we sat down to find we don’t even have a dvd in room! I called to ask reception and was told oh that was the old tv’s it must not of been updated on the website.
It could be made more clearer how to call through to reception, as that took me a good 15mins to find online as it was no where on show in the room.
Breakfast I felt was overpriced, for room service we had cold toast basket and cold hard butter! Also a Cold poached egg on toast which consisted of one egg on one toast - 1 box of mini cornflakes 1 orange juice one little pot of jam1honey 1marmalade small bowl of chop fruit salad and small natural yogurt and a pot of tea and milk cost £20.
I booked online and paid before arrival..
I was then told I had to pay another £50 as a deposit that I get back in the morning! Why?? If I steal or break anything call the police it’s a crime you have all my details! Slightly confusing!
when I went to get my money back the next morning I was charged again for my stay and had to spend the next couple of days looking to see if my money went back in which it did not and I had to call the hotel,a lady took details said she would get back and didn’t the next lady put money back in my acc

Beautiful surroundings and attentive staff. Rooms were comfortable but had the occasional scuff (ie bathroom sealant splitting).

From the outside the building and the approach is great however upon closer inspection you are left wanting. The price tag does not match the experience. Breakfast was £20 per person which is for everything, even if you have a piece of toast, that’s £20, e were not done correctly and sausage was under cooked. After mentioning this we did not pay but regardless, for that price you expect better. The room was incredibly dated. We required a room very early and the hotel accommodated however the bathroom smelt of vomit and was very cracked and dirty. I couldn’t work out how to call reception from the room as there was no instruction on the welcome letter nor guide to what number is reception so had to call on an outside line which is odd. I think this hotel is more accommodating for the older generation.

Slightly more expensive than some but worth every penny.

Lovely hotel and excellent service

The feature room was lovely, however the sash windows rattled and the room door shut was not tight allowing the light from the hallway to shoe around the edges, the room could have done with a touch up and the bathroom shower lacked pressure.
We ate in the restaurant, in the evening, it was nice, but not exceptional, it certainly does not deserve 3 AA rossettes, it needs to be re-rated, possible one would be more appropriate, the restaurant manager was exceptionally helpful, but the staff need more training.

We booked Brockencote Hall to spend what should have been our wedding weekend (postponed due to current restrictions). It was a last minute booking, but managed to book a suite and it was wonderful. A beautifully appointed room, lovely views, superb service and a really feeling of luxury. We ate dinner in our room, which was delicious and breakfast the following morning was first class.

Has great potential........we had a superior room the bed was very comfortable ......though some attention to details that make superior are needed.

Great hotel with friendly and professional staff.

Lovely hotel in a beautiful location. The hotel was really nice. The shower was odd as you have to be 5 foot or lower to fit in. Breakfast was great and so was tea and biscuits on arrival.

Peace and quiet, relaxed and chilled.
Excellent food, nothing to do but enjoy.
