Our room was on the 2nd floor in a section not connected to the main building and there wasnt an elevator. The hallways and stairwell had a bad smell. When we were lugging our stuff to the room 4 employees were gathered in this narrow hallway and didnt move as I tried to get through to my room. The ice machine was in the lobby area so we had to go downstairs and across the parking lot to get ice. The pool was also a walk outside and at the end of the parking lot. The only convenient thing was we were within walking distance of the falls and clifton hill . The casino was directly across the street. It was definitely not worth it for the price we paid. I was very disappointed in the quality of the hotel. The only rooms that had a view of the falls was on the far side of the building we were in and unfortunately we didnt have one of those rooms. They advertised queen beds but they were only full size mattresses on queen sized frames. The pool was actually very nice if you dont mind freezing walking to and from in your swimsuit.

Our room has no carpet, all hardwood, the floor was very cold to walk on, old furniture, room was clean, overall below average

ceiling was crumbling plaster onto the floor which got worse over the two nights , seemed there had been a bad leak and the damage was never fixed . Inside the bathroom the fan did not work and there was mould where the wall met the ceiling . Went to the desk on the second night of our stay when we noticed the mould and no body was present, tried calling the desk and it rang out. Will not stay again.

The lady at the counter was very ignorant, we also selected to pay at the hotel upon arrival and they took the money off my credit card prior to arriving. When I called to let them know I would be there around 6:30-7pm as my wife and I worked the gentleman on the phone was ignorant and hung up on me. We didn’t even stay because of how they were and we weren’t happy when they took the money off my credit card before arriving to the hotel. My wife and I will never book at this hotel again.

Called and asked about if all rooms have fridges. Yes, every room has a fridge is the answer from front desk staff. Indeed, there was a fridge, a non working warm fridge. After turning fridge to coldest setting for 4 hours it was still warm, not 1 degree cooler. The sliding door to the balcony had a broken lock. Well, not even a broken lock a missing lock. This missing lock left a hole for bugs/insects to fly in and join us in the room. The hole had to be stuffed with tissue to help fix the problem. If you expect to have decent lighting then this is definitely not the place for you. No light from the ceiling and instead 2 poorly lit lamps. The location was good for us being that we were going to OLG Stage which was across the street. That is the 1 and only thing that was good. However, I will be staying elsewhere on our next visit. I would rather walk 30 minutes and have a decent hotel instead of the grimy Quality Inn. Lack of Quality would be much more fitting.

On arrival I noted all external windows were dirty. The property looks tired. The restroom close to Reception was dirty. Our room was quite clean but in need of a refurb - the aircon was noisy, the furnishings were dated, the wall-mounted tv hung at a slant, and the bathroom ceiling was peeling.

We booked a standard tower room,(in the properties hotel) instead got a room outside on the 3rd floor. Unfortunately couldn’t prove the tower room because didn’t show on the invoice received by the time of booking. TV not working in the room. Reception fixed it, later in the evening again not working.

Floor was dirty, didn't walk anywhere in the room without sandals. Door wouldn't shut unless you pulled it hard to shut it. Toilet was broken, which they did fix after several trips to the room and 3 different employees coming in/out. Shower was awful, water somehow got under the tub liner and it was like standing on a surfboard. Shower head was pretty low too and I'm not a tall person. Great location though, close to everything. Free parking and breakfast included which was great! You get what you pay for. Looked like the rooms on the motel side might have been nicer. Only one elevator and it's slow. Bed was comfortable.

We walked into the room where the door didn't shut all the way and left immediately. The room was dirty, the linens were stained, and you could hear the people next store very clearly. We ended up taking getting refunded for the second night and left to another hotel right away.

Property was very old and dated, carpets stained, rusty areas in bathroom, all you could smell was overpowering aif freshner to cover musty smells . It says designer rooms but unfortunately designed in 1960's.

Our room had an amazing view of the falls and was bright and inviting. The air conditioner could not keep up even at the lowest setting. The mattress was uncomfortable and sagged toward the middle. The shower was nice.

Good location, convenient to go about other attaractions, Breakfast was good, otherwise we got what we paid for. Rooms below are dated, but beds were clean and washrooms were clean. Floors are hardwood which needs to be mopped. Otherwise not bad.

Had to change my room because the loud music from the restaurant next store was too loud. Glass sinks that were clearly dirty and gross the way the water flowed over a glass dish. The sink had a very slow drain making it difficult to wash up. Car lights flashing in the windows, back up noises from vehicles in the very early morning. Old worn bed sheets. Never again!

The location is awesome. The room was fair. The tv was melted on one side and wires hanging down. The drain in the tub was slow and filled up while showering. The air conditioner squeaked and when we shut it off the room smelled really damp. The hallways smelled like it was mopped with dirty water. All the doors in every unit on our floor were sticky and made a loud noise when opening. Not many slammed shut which was good. No CAA discount on the weekend. Bed sheets could have been nicer and pillows sucked. Now if we paid 400 bucks a night I would have made a big deal. So with that being said I suppose the hotel was a fair deal. As I said..great location..walking distance to everything and a secure place to crash.
