What we liked: Gorgeous views of both the marina and the ocean (most places in Cabo you get one or the other). The building itself is very unique the architecture and gardens almost transport you to Europe. The pools are nice and the beach is clean. You cannot swim in the beach here but do your research as you cannot swim on most of the big resort beaches in Cabo. Easy walk to a public swimmable, a little longer walk (or quick ride) gets you to the popular Medano beach. The room and the property was clean. Comfortable beds. What we didn’t like as much/ things to consider: Beach is not swimmable. Food quality and flavour ranges from great to bad, overall it is very average food. I would skip the Italian restaurant, don’t do room service unless you must. It takes a very long time to arrive, was cold and just underwhelming. Bring white clothing for the Beach Party on Wednesdays (dress code is white but not enforced). The beach party was really fun and unexpected!

Sandos Finisterra is an absolutely beautiful property with a wonderful staff. Everyone from the front desk, restaurants, bars, and pool staff was very friendly and helpful. Don Diego’s for breakfast/dinner is a must! Arturo and Jorge were our waiters and some of the nicest guys I’ve had the pleasure in meeting. The hotel is also conveniently located close to many shops and attractions. Definitely looking forward to returning to Sandos again in the near future.

This was my second stay at this resort within the past year and for good reason. Beautiful place all around and very clean and upkept in every aspect. Very nice and helpful staff. Great rooms with great views. Food is just outstanding at any of the many restaurants. And there is 24/7 room service if you wanna just be lazy in a comfortable bed! Highly recommend and will be booking again later this year during whale watching season. A must do and experience for sure!

The property was absolutely gorgeous and clean. The staff was very friendly. The only downfall I have is the lunch options which isn’t much and dinner was OK. Breakfast was the best option with a buffet.

The hotel has a great location, it's centric from the everything such as all the shoppings, bay, the arch, etc. It has a very beautiful view. The only thing we didn't like was the lunch and room service. For lunch it was the same menu everyday, it doesn't have variety. Room service was very bad, they took more than an hour to just bring a cup of tea and when it arrived the tea wasn't the one we requested.

One of the most amazing resorts I’ve stayed at. The staff was all incredible and the food and drinks never disappointed. We came to Cabo to scuba dive and were able to walk to the marina. Perfect location to have both the beach and a view of the marina and city. The shows every night were so fun. Definitely recommend.

My stay at Sandos resort was AMAZING The staff there was so respectful and welcoming We felt very welcomed and most importantly Safe and worry free. The one person who stood out to us for his above and beyond customer service was Alvaro ! Thank you Alvaro so showing us around and giving us so much information about this resort and what to do out in the city as well you really help us so much. The resort had plenty of restaurants to choose from food was amazing and the views were beautiful. The resort was in a perfect location super close to the beach and within walking distance of many attractions and the city itself! The security in the front did there job they were always aware and check everyone coming in n out with no delays super quick made us feel very safe. We definitely plan to come back again! The staff there was super helpful but the one who stood out was Alvaro He was mainly our valet and baggage helper but he gave us so much information and recommendations about Cabo and the resort! 10/10 Sandos customer service was 10/10 We felt very safe and worry free The security there was on point they were awesome and super respectful The food was amazing! Lots of restaurants to go to in the resort . The resort was close to the beach and all the attractions around it we’re within walking distance! Definitely plan to come back again! Like: Location, views, property, structure, pools and landscape, decent rooms, bars Dislike: limited food choices, long wait times, under staffed and over worked servers All-inclusive should mean all-inclusive and not having to look up which restaurant choices are open for lunch or dinner that day and are not for Royal Elite club members only. Which we found out after checking in. We had lunch at Agave all 3 days, no other option was available. It took 30 minutes to get sushi or pizza for our kid. Dinner at Emilianos took 1 hour and 30 minutes. It was always crowded at the coffee shop with 1 person running the place all day. Overall it was an ok stay. I wouldn't recommend staying more than 2 days. There was a water dispenser in our room no cups so bring your own refillable bottles.

We booked this property last minute and got a one bedroom ocean view suite through Expedia which was well within our budget. Food was good and I walked to town several times during our stay to get essentials from Walmart and the supermercado.

Overall the property was great. Staff was very friendly and food was really good. The rooms are loud. You can hear everything in the hallway and in floors above you. The bar at the adult pool smelled like vomit due to a drainage issues and they didn’t staff it properly. The poor guy was doing drinks for all locations. The entertainment/shows were amazing.

The staff is great! Friendly and accommodating. Nice resort with several dining options. Rooms were always made up when we returned in the afternoon. Nice rooms, not spotless but nice. Something outside our room on the floor of the hallway had something nasty on it, which took a few days to clean up. Felt safe and had a nice view of the pool and beach. You give up a little in that location, due to no swimming at the beach. But, you are in walking distance to the marina and shopping.

My friends and I had a wonderful time here! Every single member of the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming the moment we arrived. When my friend's phone dropped down the elevator shaft, they did not hesitate to resolve the issue quickly and professionally. Plenty of food options and never had an issue finding a spot by the pool or beach. The resort is very close to the Marina if you are doing a boat excursion, but if you want to head downtown, you will need to taxi. We felt very safe as this resort is gated with a guard out front and it's located on top of a hill. We will certainly be returning to Sandos when back in Cabo!
