The front desk people were great! Doors and wall are dirty. is good. The carpet in the whole place is dirty and stained. They allow animals so who knows what the stains are. Walls dirty going down stairs. Our room was not clean. Dust on microwave area, bathroom shelves, mirrors were either streaky or not clean. The sheets seemed to be too small to cover the mattress. One of our mattresses was stained with something. The parking lot was too small, no where to park, the columns took up too much space only room for compact cars. The price was right for our trip but we will not be returning or reccomend to anyone.

People stomping on floor above late at night did not recede after several calls to front desk. Loud noises from pipes also made sleep impossible during the night. Next morning management would not authorize any compensation for poor conditions because reservation was book on Hotels.com.

Hotel was overall great. Staff was super friendly. But the carpet throughout the hotel was gross. Stained everywhere. As well in the room. I would walk around without shoes or sandals on. Really grossed me out.

The motel is on the older side. It was a bit stuffy, like it needed to be aired out. The room was clean and functional. The pool was nice. Staff was okay.

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful time staying at the hotel. The room was clean, the staff was amazing and we were close to the beach. Shout-out to the front desk guy!! He was so helpful and was really nice. My only complaint is the parking. It was hard trying to fit our car in the parking spot,lol Either way, thank you for making our anniversary trip special.

Great experience. Nice staff and comfy beds. Only minus was the lack of parking and the paper thin walls. There were some rowdy folks slamming doors above us that woke us up a few times at night. Will definitely stay again especially for the kite festival next year.

Hotel was fine. I especially appreciated the staff's help in finding a charging device to use with my phone cord. Our room did not have a way to charge unless I had brought one from home.Even the TV did not have a port to charge a phone. Might tell the hotel , the ability to charge devices in the room is a big deal for most.

The staff here goes above and beyond helping even when understaffed a night. We stayed 7 days and had a great time as we were in walking distance to many things. I will miss these great folks at Comfort Inn and surely will be back! Thank you staff at Comfort Inn Lincoln City Oregon.

Worst stay ever. We woke up and the mattress cover was moved revealing a disgusting vomit or blood stain on the side of the mattress. Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night so we didn’t get good sleep.
