Quick over night stay for funeral in the morning. Hotel was convenient but parking lot is sketchy at night. Keep your eyes open at all times!

It was surprisingly clean and comfortable. I really did enjoy my stay.

Staff very nice. Lobby nice. Room had a leaky faucet dripping. Curtain blinds broken. I had to jury rig something to keep closed. Cause light from parking lot very bright and on the first floor. Not sure if this is the trend but no phone in room to call front desk.

The remodeling that has been done is very well done. It will be great when it is finished. Please add hair dryers and one more trash can.

Check in was very pleasant and the evening was quite quiet. The floor was quite dirty because when I wiped the drops of water off the bathroom floor the towel was dirty and when I wiped off my feet after getting dressed, my feet were dirty along with the towel. In the morning there was no one at the breakfast bar and the only coffee pot was empty. When I checked out, there wasn’t anyone there and there was a note at the desk that said to call a number for any assistance!

This is absolutely the worse hotel stay that I have ever experienced. We arrived late in the evening to stay overnight a couple of days to attend my nephew's wedding. There was literally no one manning the front desk. We had to wait several minutes before a person arrived. She was efficient but failed to say, "Welcome" or give us any other information about the hotel. We did notice, even at that late hour, that there was no water in the pool, which we had planned to use because it is summer time and the temperatures frequently peak above 90 degrees. The flooring, which appeared to be fairly new, was cheap and uneven, and very slippery in the hallways and especially so in the room. There was no telephone in the room and the furniture was chipped. We could not get an additional set of towels for the two nights that we stayed. The room attendant literally told my wife that no towels were available. The coup de grace, however, was the allegedly free breakfast. When we got to breakfast around 7:20 am Friday morning, the coffee was like mud. There were coffee stains on the counter and the floor, with no sign of someone who was managing the breakfast. The selection was meager, eggs, sausage and bagels. We refused to eat the gruel that had been set out and went to a local diner about five minutes away, where the breakfast was excellent. I intend to write to management to ask for a full refund. Quality Inn has no business subjecting guest to these conditions.

Property has roaches
2.0 / 10.0
Absolutely terrible don’t stay here,
I seen two roaches in my room, no ice machines in service. No Iron Was available in the room, went to the front desk to ask for one and was told that they didn’t have an extra one to give me. The closet had a big cut out as if they were having plumbing Issues and they were trying to get to the tub water fixtures, the water in the tub did not drain out. You can hear all the noise from the hallway every door slam, every single time the elevator door opened, people talking in the hallway. It could be also that there was a 2 inch gap in between the door and the floor. MAJOR SAFETY HAZARD!
& A huge pool with no water in it.
I must say the staff was very Pleasant.

I find the five-star reviews for this particular hotel in Waldorf hard to swallow. Was told it was a full suite. When i got there the hotel was empty. Two cars in the parking lot. No staff available to speak of. Had a gal running from this hotel to another hotel a block away, so the front desk was empty when i arrived. The room was small and dark and had no resemblence of a suite. Found out there was no microwave when I went to reheat my food. There was only one lamp in the entire room. The toilet bowl leaked everytime it was flushed and partially flooded the bathroom during the night. It appeared people were living in some of the rooms towards the back where i was staying, as there were handwritten signs on doors saying "Do not knock or disturb". Was supposed to stay three nights but ended up leaving after the first night. The person that checked me out of my room barely looked at me while working with me. When she was done, she went right back to what she was doing without saying a word - I didnt know we were finished, so i stood there while she looked at her computer and i had to ask if i was all set. She said yes, so i left. No "thank you" or an apology, or anything that was related to decent customer service. This Waldorf hotel, with a lobby filled with "Absolutely No Loitering" signs, seemed like wasted structure that simply wasn't needed.

They gave us a room that they knew the tv didn’t work, there was a pool with no water in it, there was no air conditioning in the lobby or halls, bathroom looked dingy, breakfast was over cooked in warmers and too burnt to eat, management never called back regarding our issues, no telephone in room to call lobby. We would have never stayed at this dump had we known all the issues upon checkin. We immediately left upon check in for an affair in town and came in later on in the night.

The air was on at 66, but the room still felt hot. Couldn’t stay the whole night because of the AC not working properly.

Property average, I had to close the drapes with hangers that wouldn't close

The room upon walking in had a "musty" smell. Had double room with only 2 bath towels and 2 washcloths in room. Washcloths ripped and yellowish. There was a tag from their remodel for something under bed. Shelf under sink dusty and water stained. No hand towels. No sugar packs to go with coffee. The girl at front desk upon check in was BEST thing about stay. Very friendly and checkin flawless. Parking sucks

The shower was dripping all night. The toilet seat was broken. I checked out early and Instead of giving me a credit they charged me an extra day and still have yet to credit me the differences. Not a good experience at all

Worst quality of a hotel ive EVER stayed at. People literally live here and thats not disclosed info at all. The outside is extremely DIRTY and DATED as well as the inside. This hotel is definitely not worth the price. This place should be condemned. I dont understand how this plsce is allowed to be open

Walking through the hall there's a strong odor, like cat urine that hasn't been cleaned up for a long time. The entrance door way had a smell of cigarettes even if they have signs that there's no smoking allowed. Looks like they are trying to improve the property, so it is a work in progress that may take a long time to improve. Curtains do not block the light. I believe my room was missing the black curtain as I saw there was some in other room. Breakfast needs more options as the milk was an unfamiliar brand. Milk poured thick and I didnt want to try anything else after that. I would not book this location again.

Big Room, Love that there’s no carpet but they need to sweep and mop floor was too dirty. The door needs extra security lock inside.

No trash can on room, Queen Room only 2 big towel, floor dusty in room window with bullet hole and not secured, closet was broken and hangers all over the floor.

The building is completely unmarked and a whole different color than the pictures which made it very confusing. Also didnt find out until check in they only accepted debit/credit cards. No cashapp cards, venmo, etc. Theres no signs telling you where the rooms are so we had to wander around till we found it. Upon entering we discovered our view out the window was just a wall. Theres also a LOT of trash surrounding the property. The room itself was comfortable and mostly clean. The bathroom had a nice lighted and heated mirror. The shower was clean as well. Overall not a bad stay

When I pulled up to the hotel there was no Quality Suites sign or any kind of sign to identify the hotel. I stayed in Room #116. It smelled like smoke and cigarettes. I cleaned the bathroom myself. There was sweaty lotioned butt crust on the toilet seat and the bathroom vanity looked like it was wiped down with a dirty wrag. There was mildew on the curtains and the window was unlocked and this room is on the first floor...made me worry if a squatter had been sneaking in at night. The curtains don't close all the way so the security lights right outside the window kept the room lit up like it was daylight out all through the night. So I didn't sleep well at all. Also, right outside the window was two huge bulk dumpsters overflowing with trash from the construction and remodeling going on at the hotel and it was blocking the view to the parking lot. The room right across from my room was being remodeled all through the night and I could hear the workers talking and listening to music while they worked. There was no phone in the room to call the front desk. I never complained just grin and bare it. It was definiteley not worth my hard earned money.

This was one of the worst experiences I ever encountered the service was horrible rooms weren’t what they looked like on line they should’ve informed customers they were restructuring the hotel before they booked their reservation

Looks like they’re under construction or something. Front desk staff was incredible. Breakfast was mediocre. Room was nice But had baby roaches in the bathroom and in the living area of the room

Room had no refrigerator or microwave but they were listed on the website as included. Checked in too late to resolve it that evening. Request partial credit.

Property was not a Quality Suite stand yet. It was still in renovation stage. Rooms did not have amendments like fridge and micro wave, tv not programed, missing light bulls, no phone or trash cans. No sighs up showing to even be a Quality Suite Hotel.

When I arrive to check in with my kids? I was sent to 2 different hotels. The first one told me they had no rooms available. When I got to the second one they told me. I was at the wrong spot when I got to the third one. They tried to make me pay for an extra 3 days. There was no hotel phone or Bible. People were okay and kind of friendly but overall it was Not something I would stay in with my kids but had no other choice after the first night. Housekeeping Told me that the front desk said. I had to repay for extra 3 days. It was a lot of back-and-forth between hotels. I know I won't be saying it again.

I was t actually able to stay here. The hotel is under construction and is infested with bugs. I reached out to hotels.com multiple times for a refund and no one was ever able/willing to help. I will not be recommending hotels.com or that hotel ever.
