I've been there for 2 nights on a working trip - booked last minute.
The hotel has quite of history and the outside looks very posh. Howeaver inside you'll notice it clearly needs some renovation. At least my room was a bit poor on maintenance and cleaning levels (considering how the hotel sells itself).

The best hotel in the area

Another lovely stay at Oatlands Park. Very well looked after as always. Hotel was very busy due to an event, so was not quite so relaxed as previous stays, but staff were excellent. Bed was a bit more squishy than usual, was a bit like sleeping on a trampoline (!) but we had a nice view out the back of the hotel over the water. Despite these little niggles, it's still the only place we want to stay when in Weybridge.

Lovely spacious room, nice and clean. Free parking, nice grounds.
Afternoon tea was lovely, Only downside was the restaurant managed tried to overcharge us for afternoon tea, then lied about prices to try and get the extra few pound. Was quite bizarre really so we decided to go elsewhere for dinner.
Other than that, lovely hotel and good breakfast .

incredible staff and great food. i did ask the different between the room i booked and the room one price point below that, and i was told it was size, and a nespresso machine. But when arrived at the room, there was no nespresso machine. So not sure what I paid the extra £50 for.

The perfect hotel for a business trip, I was only staying the night due to an early morning start for a work event. The hotel was beautiful and staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
I would definitely recommend to anyone going to use the local golf courses in the Weybridge area.

Amazing friendly service . Brought extra pillows and an adapter for the nespresso right away. Sink was clogged and not draining but wasn’t a deal breaker . Would visit again. Very clean. Very happy with the breakfast and the room!

Spacious room. Helpful staff. The only drawback is there is no lift.

Friendly welcome, nice room but no view. Small bed, but comfortable non the less.
Very noisy wedding guests late night on Saturday constantly knocking on each other’s doors opposite and next to my room. Would have been nice to have been put in a room not surrounded by wedding guests.
Treatments in the spa was excellent, the highlight of my stay.

We stayed at the hotel for a family wedding - booked an exec room - which was in the new part of the hotel - lovely room - however was a bit disappointed as the sink was blocked when we got there - but quickly sorted by maintenance- the staff were very polite and hospitable-
Had a lovely spacious room just needed a fridge as being an exec room - so we could keep some drinks cool .
Bar staff were great - and even though we attended a wedding they kept up with all the orders .
All in all a lovely stay .
Thankyou

The staff are what makes this hotel. Apart from that it wasn't great. We had an executive twin room but it looked nothing like the photo and didn't have a small table & 2 chairs. The beds were singles not larger like the photo. There were literally next to each other, you couldn't even walk between the two beds. The shower cubicle was tiny. There were long brown hairs on the top of the duvet & dust & hairs in the drawers. The tv looked as if it was going to fall off the shelf. It certainly wasn't an executive room. The patio outside the restaurant/breakfast room looked awful, very unkept, tatty & overgrown with weeds, not a pleasant view when eating. Breakfast this morning at 9am was poor, hardly anything left, no fresh fruit, yoghurts. We sat in the garden on Thursday when we arrived with a Pimms. Again tables, umbrellas dirty, stained & dusty. Gardens not well looked after, not a pleasant place to sit. Such a shame, wouldn't return.

I liked everything. The bed, the breakfast, the parking, the reception, the shower, the room but most of all...the staff. They were all superb. Full marks. Brilliant

Property was located close to local amenities and had great surroundings, however the shower in our room was not working and we had to wake up in the morning and go to another room to shower and back. This was very inconvenient.

Luxury hotel, excellent standard and room size. Lovely communal areas

Staff were very friendly. Rooms well furnished and clean. No gym at the moment which was disappointing. Frustrating they still use so much single plastic for toiletries and bottled water.

The hotel premise is lovely and spacious, ample parking. The entrance is grand and spacious. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The room is a little smaller but practical

On checking in at hotel, the receptionist was very helpful and attentive, a very good front of house member of staff.
Sadly the room we had been allocated was dreadful!!! I got my head on apex within minutes of entering room, so called through to reception, they upgraded us to much nicer room with no apexes 🙏
Breakfast was strong as they had run out of a lot of items!! Plates, milk jugs!!, I was given a sugar bowl with milk in to pour in to my coffee!! One of the waiters wasn’t aware what a pot of tea was!!

Hotel is very run down. Hotel has no lifts. Room had almost no furniture and was dingy. Bathroom was updated and nice.

Displeased with the stay, certainly not value for money.
Positives: Warm and welcoming environment, at one with nature with lots of green around. Food was good quality.
Not so positives: I was initially given a room in the newly refurbished section but that was a really bad experience. I could perceive so much dust in the air, the room fittings were loose hanging, and half the room lightning non-functional. Rug was worn out.
Reallocated a room at another section, it was 2 notches down in quality. Checked online and it indeed had a lower price to the previous room but was told otherwise. Thankfully i stayed just a night. Poor value for money.

Oatlands Park is a decent, older hotel. The staff are great.,, all very professional and kind. The rooms are pleasant and clean. Both times we stayed there, weddings were underway. The property is large enough to accommodate wedding guests as well as other travelers. The bar is small but has the basics. The formal dining area is lovely. Breakfast was just “ok”. Wb nice if an omelette station or daily specials (like quiche or breakfast casseroles) were added to the buffet. Whilst the grounds have amazing trees and areas to walk, the gardens themselves are in MAJOR need of grooming and upkeep. The property would truly be transformed if the grounds were tended to!

Awesome stay

Not much interaction with the staff, so cannot comment, the room badly needed decorating

Decent hotel. Gardens/grounds In need of some TLC to restore them to what was clearly former glory. They should make more of the fact that the hotel has river frontage - maybe a riverside bar or VIP huts they could upsell. The decor could also do with updating. It's clearly popular with weddings/function groups which made it a little busy and overstretched at breakfast. The bar was well stocked, we had a very good bar snack which arrived quickly and was decently priced. The only disappointment was an unnecessarily small bed, as the room could have washing accommodated a King and bizarrely the linen was King. Sleep quality was good with decent pillows - personal hotel bugbear of mine! Really lovely toiletries. Very nice staff. The chap who checked us in - W Mostert - was very thorough and friendly. Overall a good stay for the price.

Beautiful hotel set within stunning grounds. A quiet location that is easily accessible and with excellent parking. Large rooms (executive) but it didnt have a fridge. I'd happily return for business or with family.

Lovely property with amazing staff, but disappointed in how the grounds are so unattended they could be so magnificent!
