Tv was not working. Concierge willing to help.

Have stayed few times at the Beverly terrace. The hotel itself and the rooms are nice. And even if there’s always somethings that could be updated the hotel itself is really cozy. The staff is always really friendly and helpful, and the restaurant is nice. The location is super with weho, supermarkets and great restaurants within walking distance. The downside with the hotel has always been that the you can hear everything from the street, corridor and other rooms.

Perfect 4 Night stay, walkable to Sunset Bvd, room is small but clean, does the job. Quiet area, nice cafe around.

Been here a few times before Sonder took over,so thought I'd see what had changed
Good points..Still a clean hotel and great location.
Bad points..breakfast has gone and worse, they dont service the room. 10days using the same bed sheets 🙁 You can pay extra for a change of sheets, but I'm paying enough already and that should be included. This is supposed to be Beverly Hills.

This hotel looks very nice and it's in a good location, the rooms are very clean and stylish modern. The walls are so thin, i could literally hear the other guests breathing. And it cost $30/night to park onsite.

Had issues with the pre check in which was frustrating. Then on arrival as we arrived before 4 we were told we should be charged an early check in fee (the only hotel in the US i've experienced this), but due to check in issues they waived the cost.
We had 2 rooms. Both were quite small but clean. The shower in my room could not be altered to have the water hit me any lower than the top of my chest.
You donot get a key or keycard, but an access code for the rooms. It isn't easy to remember (good for security) but meant I needed to save in my phone to remember when i got back.
Ok for a short stay.

The hotel was lovely and great location however, they did not offer a daily clean service and so the maid did not visit. Apart from this the stay was great

Great stay, no daily room service, but extra supplies are available 24/7 in a cupboard in the hall. Very friendly staff and I really likes the valet parking attendants, they were most helpful, courteous and efficient.

I paid for my stay months in advance through hotels.com. When I arrived, I gave them my card to be charged for an early check in which was $20 when I looked at my bank account I was charged twice for my hotel room and I even spoke to the hotel before I left and they still charged my card without my authorization

The location is good, but a bit away from the main attractions. It's safe and I walked the streets of the neighborhood at night, solo (single white male) - no issues. If you book here, you pay for the location. The rooms are barely checking minimum requirements, there's no room service, and the room is not made up during the sejour, unless you are staying for at least a week. So no service whatsoever. The furniture is bare minimum, a bed, a desk, two night tables, one (1) chair. No glass glasses, a small fridge with the freezer broken, the A/C broken. In the room you find ear plugs - the property leaves them for you - to try and cover the noisy rooms!!! Hilarious ... I would stay elsewhere if I were to go to LA again. But I'm not sure if I want that, the whole city has been a disappointment.

It was a refreshing adventure coming home to so California.. Sitting on the rooftop amazing. Pizza unbelievable. Location was great. Did the job for our 3 and 1/2 days

No phone in the room, so they sent hotel staff to our door before 8am on a Sunday looking for a previous guest’s passport. Terrible service.

I had a blast staying there. The room had everything and was very cozy; the stuff was very friendly and helpful. The location is also great. Highly recommended!

I liked the small boutique feel. I also liked the courtyard.
I wish they had fresh coffee in the lobby. Love that there was a pure water dispenser. Both AM & PM staff were so helpful and pleasant. It's a pretty bare bones kind of place, but clean and comfortable.

The room was quaint and had old charm. Loved the atrium and terrace views. Easy walk to the Troubador. We enjoyed everything. Parking was valet only.

it is a well kept old building. Only down side is no elevator but we are on the 2nd floor, no big deal. Everything else is perfect.

Close to Rodeo Drive, clean, and safe. Jesus and Kevin helped us with the luggage and information of restaurants and stores around the hotel. They are the best.
Café Amici restaurant is the best. It is located at the hotel and serves delicious breakfast, Italian dishes, and cocktails. The ambiance is chic and has a beautiful garden.

The beds are super comfortable and the hotel is in a convenient location to all of the trendy West Hollywood bars and restaurants.

Love the front seat staff, especially Shelly. This is the perfect boutique hotel and restaurant. Across the street is the beautiful Beverly Hill park.

They charged me twice for my stay and were adamant I hadn’t already paid. I had to show them a bank statement and Expedia confirmation to prove I wasn’t lying. Thankfully they refunded me, but had I not looked into it myself, they would’ve let me pay twice for my stay, so be sure to double check if they try the same thing with you! Also, when I arrived before check-in time to leave my luggage at the front desk, I hadn’t said a word before the front desk person gave me attitude and said “You’re WAY too early.” I said “I know, I’m not trying to check in. I just would like to leave my luggage here until it’s time to check in.” Then they helped me with that, thankfully, but I was thrown off by how unwelcoming they were. Another thing to consider is there’s no elevator, so I had to lift my heavy luggage up multiple flights of stairs. If an elevator is a must for you, I’d consider another hotel. All in all, this place was okay, but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Good choice for cost! No lifts and obviously not a luxury option but still you will have everything you would need during the stay and staffs there were friendly enough. Loved the cute patio and rooftop where you can see the Beverly hills view!

For the price this is hands down the most incredible location and option. It’s a shame they can’t clean the carpet in the halls and keep the rooms a bit cleaner. I’d recommend that and some more cleaners and this would be next level. Once carpet is cleaned or replaced make sure the hotel scent company is called to make the place smell like Beverly Hills. Overall it’s a great place that just needs those tweaks

Front desk staff is inexcusably rude. No one was at the desk when we got there, took 20 minutes for someone to show up and when she did, she acted like we were an inconvenience.
Our room was called “spacious king”. That was a joke. It’s the smallest hotel room I’ve ever seen and I’m a regular in NYC which is small room capital of the world.
Hotel is quaint, courtyard restaurant is charming but service there was also lacking.
It was fine for one night but I’d never stay longer than that and will likely never stay there again

Very close to the venue we were attending that evening. At dinner at the restaurant there on the property and it was delicious!

Amazing stay for a 2nd time in a great, safe location! Room was quiet and comfortable. One thing to mention - the shower curtain arrangement was not optimal as it left almost no room for me to stand. Super friendly staff & always happy valet managers. Will book again next month!

Great location, right at the border of Beverly Hills and WeHo, this property worked well for my 2-night stay. My room layout and condition were the minuses, with a very tight bathroom, worn fixtures, and some minor maintenence issues that took away from the overall impression and comfort. If you're larger than average, think of a smallish cruise ship bathroom to get an idea of fit.

This place was perfect! Walking distance from WeHo and there is so many places to eat in the area! After 10pm they do require a pin to get into the building which made me feel safe
