The customer service was excellent. Very welcoming when we got there. Breakfast was lovely.

Ice machine in hallway beeped all night, keeping us up! The floor in elevator was filthy and was that way all weekend. The Highway is right behind the building and was noisy all night. The Pillows were the most uncomfortable pillows we have ever layed on. Needs a Remodel!!!

It was a nice clean property and well placed. Could hear the freeway during the night.

Pool and hot tub

Close to the outlet mall. Clean and quiet staff is very friendly

My 6 year old loved the pool and hot tub. Otherwise, this was one of the dumpier Hampton inns that we have stayed at. Staff was basically nonexistent, and when they were there, they didn’t know much. Remote for tv didn’t work. And despite calls, they didn’t come fix it. Coffee at front desk was cold. Pool area is dated and slippery. And pool is shared with someone doing lessons for kids. (He was super kind and helpful though. Actually more helpful than any of the paid staff.) Bottom line, It did the trick as we were attending a wedding in the area. But I probably won’t stay here again.

The hotel maid cleaned out our room before checkout time & removed the items many of which we found in the trash & are still missing several items

We arrived late and needed to get right sleep but the blinds were broken and wouldn’t pull-down. It was difficult to sleep with all the light from the surrounding traffic.

Hotel room was nice but sink was broken. Staff was great however and fixed it quickly and helped us print our boarding pass. Noise from adjacent highway was a bit annoying.

The part of the hotel where our room is located is on the side of Interstate 25 which has 24/7 constant, noisy traffic.

We did not get the type of room we had booked. We had booked a room to sleep 5. Arrived to a single king and a pull out couch. The room smelled of cat pee, the window was open, and apparently they must have known this because someone left their cell phone in the room I'm guessing after complaining and being relocated. We went to the front desk and was told there were no other rooms available, so we had to stay in it. The toilet also howled when flushed. The next morning after asking for the manager and they were off that day, the guy at the front desk said he would move our room that afternoon. Upon our arrival, that didn't happen and we were forced back into the same room. I was told by another person at the front desk they don't even have accommodations for 5 and was kind of brunt about it. The next morning upon our departure I again asked for the manager. Again they were not available. The first guy I talked to said he would refund our entire stay, I haven't seen it as of yet.

Helpful and accommodating staff. Easy check in and out process even when having to make adjustments due to travel plans changing. Breakfast had a nice variety of items that changed daily. Clean room. Property is close to many shops and restaurants.

Bathroom sink faucet extremely loose. Bathroom door needs paint touch-up. Shower WAY too small for bigger people. Elevators need upgraded. Mini-fridge needs a freezer. Bed was uncomfortable. Otherwise, everything was great.

An easy to get to, safe, well maintained property. Breakfast was awesome!

Had to request to have housekeeping and even then they failed to do so.

1. I reserved, and paid-in-full, a king bed... weeks prior to our stay. They gave away my room and I two queen beds I didn’t want. But had to take as nothing else was left. 2. I opened the closet and there was someone else’s leftover chips bag and empty pop bottle on the floor. 3. The window shade did not work. We had to hand roll it up to look out 4. We ended up on 3rd floor. Nose level of traffic was really bad and could hear walking of people above us. I had two nights of limited sleep The staff were very nice but it could not makeup for lack of sleep

Amy was great at check in, the process was smooth and easy, the room was great, and hotel was clean.

The gal who checked us in was. The FRIENDLIEST a person ever working a front desk check in. Wow! You do not get that these days. Everything was good, clean comfy beds and very quiet.
