Been here a couple of times in the Summer now. Consistently great. Walking distance to the Goat, the snake, and Dos Locos, and nice trails to walk in the morning. Great breakfast and friendly bartenders.

I played golf at both Keystone courses and this hotel was a perfect location. It was clean, comfortable and the breakfast was nice. My only complaint was the lighting in the room. The lights were small, dim and there was no light over the coffee/refrigerator area.

This is my second time staying here and I have been impressed. The staff members have been so welcoming. The facility is clean. The have great outdoor options to dine and relax with great views of Keystone.

I was there for a family wedding at a basin and other activities for three days, this was a perfect location for my purpose of visiting. The first night I was in a handicap room which I didn’t need so I asked if I could switch and they were more than a mineable and then I had a very nice room on the fifth floor. Very accommodating efficient, pleasant staff, was tasty mini choices.

This didn't feel like what I have come to expect from staying at a Hyatt. The room was fine and had a nice view but the aircon was noisy and the low fan setting was ineffective and blew strongly all night. Breakfast was extensive and of good quality. I needed to use the laundry and was told it was free but they charged me a $40 "resort fee" for other services I didn't use. I booked it on Wotif and paid for rooms for myself and a colleague in advance but have now discovered they charged him again for the full room as well as his "resort fee" so we have to go to bar too get a refund!

We had a wonderful experience at the Hyatt! From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive. Our room was clean, and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The hotel's location was perfect, offering easy access to the Keystone ski resort and dining options. Overall, our stay was exceptional, and we look forward to returning in the future. Highly recommend!

It was comfortable and clean. Someone had left their dogs unattended from when we checked in until after we went to bed, they were barking the whole time. Thankfully the walls are well insulated, but not completely. Disturbing. Hope they were ok.

This location was convenient to an event I was attending. I did not have a car, but shuttles are available. The daily breakfast was hearty and all areas seemed very clean. All staff members were very helpful.

The AC and temp control in the room was worthless and the unit ran very loudly. The room was very small with barely area to turn around in. The gentleman at the bar who served us dinner was great! The breakfast was marginal.

The only think I did not like is that the hotel has a small parking lot and you might not find parking at all.

Our stay was very good, with one exception. The thermostat was locked out so that we couldn't turn it down below 70 degrees. That was fine during the day, but it was too hot at night. The air conditioner was also very loud when it was running. We didn't sleep well because of the temperature and noise. Other than that, very nice place with a nice view and good breakfast.

When we arrived and went to check in we were told that they didn’t have any Mountain View rooms available even though we had paid extra for that when booking. However when we got to our room, not only did we have mountain views, but we got an upgraded suite with a separate living room with a pull out sofa and additional bathroom. My favorite thing about this hotel was the view of the mountains from everywhere. They had a nice hot tub on the side of the building with an incredible view of the mountains and creek below. They had a patio where you could eat breakfast or have a snack/meal from the bar with amazing views of the creek and mountains. Their breakfast was great with so many options! They have access to a walking trail by the creek behind the property, so after breakfast I enjoyed a stroll while listening to the rushing water and taking in the view.

The rooms are big and nice. The location is horrible. You gave to pay over 50 bucks to have your vehicle valeted or 20ish to park across the street. Only one main entrance very difficult to unload baggage. 6 out if 10.

The most friendly and helpful staff. We had a nice view of Keystone from the room. We hadn't realized how close the mountain would be. It's a six minute walk out the back of the hotel to the chairlifts.
