Great location if you like quiet in the summer months. Great Pizza at "Pizza on the Run" which is just around the corner walking distance. Underground parking is a real plus.

If you enjoy the sounds of jackhammering and heavy duty impact wrenches on steel containers, combined with waiting in your car for construction crews to move, this is the property for you! We were prepared for buildings around the property to have some construction, but this property only had one lane open to get to the parking garage that was regularly blocked by construction crews. The only source of fresh air was the sliding glass door and there was an active jackhammer work ongoing outside that door. Additional work in the comdos being built was almost as loud as the jackhammer. Vacasa was awful to deal with, saying that they had no idea if the construction schedule. If they have visited the property anytime within the last 6 mos, they should have had an idea and disclosed it. We go to Summit County in the summer to relax, which was impossible at this property while some of the construction is ongoing. We finally got Vacasa to move us, but it took almost an entire day of trying to reach the “local team” and continually calling back. The local person I did finally speak with told me that they can’t be aware of what’s going on with a property, so scary to think that the get paid for managing a property and are unaware of what’s going on with it. FWIW, the studio seemed decent, just be aware of the construction.

We were very much looking forward to use of the pool, hot tub, and other amenities during our stay, but did not have access. There was no follow up to our multiple inquiries during our stay. These amenities were all pictured and noted in the property listing. Then to top it off, we had no hot water during a portion of the stay! We will never rent from Vacasa again!

I was traveling with my mobility limited, senior mother. We booked this unit specifically for the outdoor patio described, as we enjoy eating breakfast and playing cards outside in the morning, and my mother is slow moving in the mornings. The patio was unusable due to construction, and was not as described. Clouds of exhaust, jackhammers and heavy equipment working 15 ft from the door, loud noise starting 7am with no soundproofing. Vrbo said they could not honor the booking guarantee because the unit is run by vacasa.com and vacasa would have to handle it. Vacasa said they would not because there was not construction on that unit specifically. Even though we pointed out that the outdoor space advertised was not at all as described and was currently unusable due to bit of rocks bouncing into our legs, cursing men yelling at each other in the garden area described as being for the unit, and machinery being stored so close that the little corner patio was chocked with unmoving exhaust, they said the construction was not impeding use of the unit. A huge amount of back and forth with vrbo and vacasa, got told several times it would be handled - changed plans to be available to move - then suddenly it was "oh yeah, oops we lied".
To top this off, it took hours to get checked in, and the info provided was incorrect (wrong gate code, keys were not where described, the door to access them was locked). The elevator was also broken at checkout.

10 digit code instead of a key or something you could remember was a pain. The murphy bead 0 support and folded in like a taco.

No hot water in the shower, stove top burners did not work and a constant loud fan noise that prevented a good night sleep since the bed is in the living room. The Location was so close to the gondola it at least made these items manageable, but I would recommend staying in another condo if you have the option and extra funds to do so.

Loved the location, location, location, the pool & hot tubs (when we had a working key to enter the area 😉 - it took the staff two days to replace the one key that stopped working, but they left 4 keys). Overall a great spot, even with the pool key hiccup.

Property is in an amazing location walking distance to the lift. The building itself has some nice facilities, and seems well maintained, heating was good and not noisy.
Main issue was the sofa bed which I have reported to the owner as being very uncomfortable. I recommend throwing in an air mattress if you are considering any guests sleeping on the sofa bed.

It was a nice cozy little studio to stay in. The check-in process was a little confusing at first but I got it figured out. I wish the lighting was a little brighter, all the lights were so dim. I did love that it was literally a few min walk to the Gondola!

First, the good. Check in and communication were great. Very explicit instructions on how to retrieve key, park and how to gain entry to apartment. The location was fantastic. It was less than a 5 minute walk (summer time so no ski boots) to River Run Village. Winter time would be an easy walk to gondola. Price was super reasonable and no outrageous cleaning fee (other places wanted $400 for 2 nights). Plenty of towels in the bathroom and extra linens in the closet.
Now the bad. The apartment was hot (we are aware there in no AC up in the mountain) and we did not feel comfortable leaving door open to sleep as we were on ground level. The listing stated the apartment was on garden level and 2nd floor so at time of booking not quite sure where it was located. The obstructed view is a giant electrical box and construction. There were construction workers right outside our sliding glass while we were sleeping and getting ready so we kept shades shut and it was super dark in there. Other notes: terrible smell coming from kitchen sink which is about 1 foot from the Murphy bed so not pleasant when sleeping. The mattress was not comfortable for two middle aged people (younger people who aren’t already falling apart may fair better then I did). Toilet seat was stained and should be replaced. We never did find the TV remote (only the Dish remote). Maybe we are too old to figure it out. Fireplace falling apart. Screen door ripped.
Priced right, needs updates.

Cozy studio
Steps to the River Run Gondola (walk through the parking lot area). Murphy bed was comfortable and pull out sofa was okay for my 11yo and 13yo. Nice touch with the fireplace to warm ourselves after skiing.

Great location!
Great rental and you can’t beat the location! Very clean and had all amenities we needed. We really enjoyed our stay.

The suite had several areas that were unsatisfactory.
I am completely disappointed with my stay. The suite had obviously not been cleaned thoroughly. There were food crumbs on the counter and the sink. The floor had not been vacuumed. The sheets had human hair and dog hair on them. There was a used bar of soap by the DVD player. The list goes on.
More than likely the owner isn't aware but hopefully they see this post and can ensure the extra money guests spend for the cleaning fee is used to provide a clean place to stay. I will not stay again and am pretty upset with the amount of money spent to stay in such poor conditions.

Great location!
We loved that we could walk out of the condo and straight to the gondola! This location is very convenient to the slopes. There are some things that need to be updated, repaired, and deep cleaned, but the location is wonderful.

No property manager on site. Condo had no pots or pans Vacasa got the items delivered to us.
I would rent again. Location is great. We were allowed a late check out which was helpful.

Close to River Run base area.
Nice for 3 of us. Clean, homey, close to River Run. Could use more silverware, and pot holders though. Thermostat was hidden behind a heavy armoire. Mattress on pullout is uncomfortable. Maintainance came and fix a problem right away.

Thanks for everything!

Great condo steps from the gondola
The condo was a perfect size for a couple and had everything we needed. The location was amazing, about a 200 yard walk to the gondola. The only negative was the extremely slow operation of the elevator and the lack of stairs accessing the parking garage.

"Cozy" Stay, killer location
Stayed here last weekend with 2 friends. I gave a 5 star review because the room was more than great, but want to list all my cons to help management out and to let you know before you book.
Cons
-TV was small and seems like it might need to be replaced. It did the job fine, but is starting to fade and was really wobbly on its base. My guess is its on its last legs.
-Fireplace did not work. I checked it out and the pilot light was out. I was going to light it, and there were instructions to let management know about it, but we didn't want to mess with it so we just left it off. We were 3 dudes who didn't really need to sit around by the fireplace together, but it would have been nice to heat/dry gloves after snowboarding. No big whoop
-Directions to the actual room were just a little vague. We figured it out just fine, but a couple extra lines on the instructions could have saved some backtracking.
-Bathroom fan is pretty loud. Probably more of an issue to the room above us!
Overall, the place is great for a small group. Family with 2 or 3 small children, or 3-4 adults is about the max I would want in this room. The booking, check in/out process is top notch and the location is about as good as you can get. If you don't need a ton of room and just need a good solid place to sleep and hang during your mountain adventures, this is a great choice.

Roughly 75 yards from the River Run Gindola and Village. Pretty quiet building with nice amenities. The place is so nice that we're looking into buying into the building

We would definitely go back!!!
The room was beautiful, quaint and the perfect mountain lodge feel. It was clean, instructions were clear and very peaceful. Other than being put in a unit that had a heating unit blocking our view of the mountain, it was perfect (this was the only one that had the unit in front of it).

We loved the location...
It is a 5 minute walk to the slopes! The room is exactly what is shown in the pictures... It can be a little squishy with 4 people however it was very cute and the pool and hot tub were a nice little bonus after a day of skiing!
