It is a very nice hotel with beautiful scenery. The only problems were that I thought it was pet-free, and the dog was barking. The bath tab was too high to get into the shower, especially not good for pregnant women or parents.

The two bedroom apartment is great. We love the activities in the lounge. Restaurant was good. We tried 5 hot tub and 3 saunas, all were broken.

Great but no AC was tough!

I went for my daughter’s wedding. The location itself is beautiful on a mountaintop. Unfortunately they were doing construction and it was so loud I was awoke very early by banging and drilling. The staff was informed that I was the mother of the bride at check in and the bridesmaids were getting ready in my room. Knowing that they still put me in a tower that was definitely not walking distance to the venue so we had to take a few trips to the venue via car to drop the wedding party off. When I went into a the tower building it was so nicely remodeled compared to the building they stuck me in. I was a little disappointed by all of the construction vehicles blocking the entrance to the parking garage I was supposed to park in.

We were in adjoining rooms with our friends. Thanks for accommodating that. The room was clean but the refrigerator did not close properly and ruined some of our food. The rooms had fans which were loud when trying to sleep. No air conditioning made for restless and sleep deprived nights.

Amazing view! beautiful location.only drawback was room was hot with only 1 small window to open

Lisa in reception was awesome. place is stunning

Staff at check in was extremely helpful and informative. She went over all amenities available to us, including a shuttle to and from Stateline/Bally's. They were just as friendly and informative where we picked up our key/wristbands.
Happy to arrive to an extremely clean room and very spacious. It's a bit out of the way but that's indicated in the description (12 minutes from Stateline).
Problems:
• Extremely hot and stuffy on arrival, no a/c. We opened all windows and was still too hot to sleep upstairs.
• It's an older building, even though I was told it was the newest. Carpet is old, furniture is dated.
• Bathroom showers very LOW pressure
• Sofa bed was not made up (no sheets, no blankets on it)
• Attempted to call Guest Services on room phone, on two separate occasions, it was always busy and we never got through. There's a longer list of extensions downstairs but there isn't a phone. Not sure why that longer list isn't available in the rooms.
• Walked upstairs to the rooftop hot tub but it was extremely dirty.
All in all, it was an ok stay. We chose spaciousness over proximity to Stateline. I would choose proximity next time.

Ms. Lisa & her front desk team were awesome!! They gave us reccomendations on things to do & places to eat. She made us feel right at home. The maintenance guys were also great!! Mr. Elmer hooked us up with some portable AC's & a few bags of ice. He was professional & just like the front desk made us feel right at home. Our stay was great despite a few hiccups with local power outages etc...

It’s $300 per night hotel and it’s missing so many amenities. There is no AC in the room, no garbage can (not a single one) and no breakfast in the club (it’s away from the city, on top of a hill). No view of the lake. Price and what you got for the price makes no sense.

The property was very well maintained, clean, and easy to get around as long as you don't mind the hilly environment. It's only a 5-10 minute drive into town.

The room was ok, but the lack of AC made the night pretty uncomfortable. The room was quite dark with no lamps.

It was wonderful

It smells of a bit of urine in the bathroom.

Unstable bed. I change sides when asleep. Because the bed rocked when changing side, my partner's sleep was disturbed.

ROOM HAD NO AC DID NOT RELIZE WHEN BOOKED ROOM WAS 82 DEGREES WHEN I GOT BACK FROM DINNER SO I CHECKED OUT AND DID NOT STAY THE NIGHT

Amazing property, great views, great staff, but they don’t have AC. They need to figure that out specially when the rooms are 80+ degrees

I enjoyed my stay. One big issue, we did not have air conditioning in the room. The thermostats did not work, Another issue, in the cascade building the main elevator is right next to the main trash/dumpster area. The smell was pretty aggressive, and into the elevator. The room was clean, comfortable, and the stay was nice. I would come back for sure, just not excited about a few small ossues

The room was clean and well kept. Only complaint was that we were under impression that AC was included and that roomnwas quite warm.
2.5
The hotel was clean and offered plenty of amenities. It is less than 15 min away from Stateline but they offer a shuttle and bus all complimentary to get you there. Trust me this spot did not disappoint!

Lied about amenities, no ac room over 85 degrees dirty inside, no breakfast told at check in, long long check in…. Very inconvenient hours and terrible building set up to get to the one restaurant with way too many guests…. Horrible experience and will never go back.

Great view and clean.

Rooms are a bit outdated, bath tub/shower combo are extremely high and slippery which make them difficult to get out of even for a physically fit 30 year old. The rooms were hot with a window about 10inx5in and no A/C or venting which made for a very humid stay. Check out time is also earlier than most other hotels at 10a. Only one elevator was working for a whole building, and there was lots of trash built up in the hallways. At 300$/night, I expected a little more. All staff were generally nice and accommodating.

Love the pools and hiking trails. Craft activities for the kids, mini golf, movie nights, weight room,
Sad that I paid over$1000 more booking. Through Expedia than my daughter-in law paid for the same room.

We called reservations for several hours to try to get an early check in without success. When we did check in there were several people there doing the same. It took a very long time and so we were late for a planned dinner. Later, when we got into our room it was very hot and stuffy. Not knowing it did not have air conditioning we searched frantically for controls to get it on. Once again we reached out to get help without success for more than an hour. Eventually, we did get ahold of someone who immediately sent a portable air conditioner. Our only other complaint was that there was some dirt on the bathroom wall.

It was a terrible stay. It was a very disappointing and uncomfortable stay for us. Went with husband and 3 elderly parents. The rooms were sweltering hot and we realized there was no A/C. Even after running the fan on high and keeping the window open it was very hot. My husband got a migraine. One of the other guests told me I could ask for a cooler, which I did. Two hours later, they said there is a waiting list of 14 people ahead of us and we would not get one that day. We were leaving the next day. Two bags of decaf in the room, no regular. Calling the 'resort services' number on the room phone got me no answer. Dialing '0' got me an answer after 4 tries. Asked for regular and got 8 more bags of decaf 2 hours later. They do not have tea bags, so I had to buy tea bags at $1.15 each in their maketplace. TV didn’t work. A technician did fix it an hour later. no room service and no breakfast at this 'resort'. The buildings are far apart and there is only one restaurant, and one gym - in the main building which is an uphill hike that I did twice for coffe/tea and ginger ale for my husband who had a migraine the whole time. Restaurant and market closed at 8p. No breakfast available. Saw a mouse scurrying by in the hallway. I am sure I am forgetting some stuff, but this has become a very long review so I will stop now. Needless to say, I do not recommend it and will not be coming back.

The room is dated, furnature looks about 30 years old and no AC. WS not able to open window entirely. Room was hot. Bathroom fan was noisy and requires a replacement. Loud

We really enjoyed our stay. The facility was clean and comfortable. We plan to come back and utilize all the activities.
1.5
The only issue (which made our stay not very pleasant) was the lack of portable coolers in the rooms. The hotel needs to invest in a/c units for the rooms for summer visitors.

Next door neighbors partied loud until 3am. The housekeeper rang door bell and knocked on door 2 hours before check out

The room and towels were not super clean like you would expect. The AC didn't work and the rooms were incredibly hot. I tried calling the front desk and sat on hold for 15 minutes and then they hung up on me.
It wasn't horrible by any means, but I wouldn't stay here again.

Very nice hotel and accommodations. However no AC.
The bedroom upstairs was unbearable, very hard to sleep as it was so warm, We had a great view of the lake and a nice breeze downstairs
4.0
Comfortable place to stay, only down fall is not having pool near, gym was under construction.
5.0
I would have liked if breakfast was served on the property.
I would like to especially acknowledge a lady who works at the check in desk. There was some confusion about our reservations and "Bri" work diligently to help us solve the problem. She was so gracious and made us feel comfortable and taken care of. Please let her know how much we appreciate her.

Amazing. Bathroom needs a little upgrade as well as some of the buildings but great stay and nice rooms

Traveling one night stay. Reasonable pricing. Very nice staff and excellent accomidations

No air conditioner, portable ac did nothing and it was so hot all day and night. No cleaning for a 5 day stay. The only indoor hot tub was drained. Pool bottom was so sharp in areas it cut the kids feet. Overall for the price, we were very disappointed. In all there were 7 families that rented 7 rooms there for a family reunion and we all had a terrible experience and won’t be returning.
4.0
It was a great resort except for not having air conditioners. It was very warm in the rooms both day and night. They had portable evaporation coolers which just added humidity to the air.
1.5
Rug was so dirty in the whole villa. Couches were also very dirty and stained.
