We stayed in a king suite and had plenty of room. Room was very clean. Kids really enjoyed the pool even with it being to cold for us adults. Lol. Very close to many things

Handle to microwave in room was broken. Refrigerator in room didn’t work and it had a pan of water under it where it had defrosted. The floor under the ac/heater dipped into what felt like a hole had been poorly patched. Our key card to the room needed redone 3 times in two days. Pool was ice cold. Tv remote didn’t work after replacing batteries and reprogramming it. Didn’t get full range of channels like room next to us did. Paint on walls was dirty. We will find a different spot for next year.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. Our problem was with the inside of our room. The towels looked very soiled,(they had yellow stains or brown stains on them), our shower curtain had blood stains on it along with one of the bedspreads. One bedspread had a hole in it. Someone was smoking in one of the rooms and the smoke floated in the hallway and in our room. The smoke was like this for several days. Our bathroom door did not lock. Everything always seemed very damp in it. Things were locked up at night that the staff could not get into until the next day. (like toilet paper). The handicap signs were nailed to a white board and it looked nasty and unprofessional. The carpets were really soiled and dirty. The breakfast was always the same thing for our 6 day stay. They never had any fruit, one morning they were out of yogurts and orange juice until the net day. This is our third stay in this hotel and somehow it seems to be going downhill.

There was a fire in the second floor air conditioning unit and we were evacuated for a couple of hours in the late evening on Friday. Staff did not keep us informed of anything had to hear everything second hand from other people staying at the hotel. Really gave my daughter a scare

The room was spacious and nice looking until you really look at it. The doors have veneer peeling and missing. The tub has finish wearing off and is different shades of white. Some staining on some of the furniture. It just needs a face lift

Rooms were clean. The staff member that checked us in wasnt helpful at all. My daughter and iI was charged twice for our stay and the manager was rude from the moment i started talking to her.because it wouldnt have mattered how nice we were wThe manager needs to learn how to be more professional and courteous. I wouldnt have lost my temper had she not been a whitch the entire time. ( i made a scene,) Im apparently not allowed back there, but i wouldnt go back anyway.

The bathroom tub needs to be reglazed, there was blood on the door frame of the bathroom. I had concerns about some of the electrical outlets and their integrity with electronics plugged in. The TV remote was missing buttons. The hotel was decent enough but the pictures were clearly taken immediately after. The staff were friendly.

Our toilet kept clogging. A plunger worked but had to be used more than once. Room was spacious and the beds are comfortable. Breakfast had a decent number of choices. Price was excellent!

My room had a BAD musty smell. Like to the point of it made me feel sick. The elevator was so noisy and I heard whenever someone was on it and that would wake me up and the 1st night I was there it broke down causing me to have to use the stairs and I have a bad back so that wasn’t any fun. I seriously don’t think I would want to stay there again even in a pinch. The staff was super nice but some renovation is in desperate need.

This facility invites pets. I saw a Hugh pet wet the floor at the elevator both first and top floor. No one at the reception counter. We got sick from the breakfast food. I will only go to the other Wyngate hotel from now on. Breakfast was better there.

The property was dirty and outdated. The elevator broke son the second day of my stay and the breakfast was not worth the money and it was free!

Building and room was dirty. Furniture had stains all over them. Pillows had stains. Bedding had stains. Bugs dead on floors. Refrigerator didn't work. Got new room no coffee pot refrigerator on the floor other one in cupboard but couldn't open the door. Hallways dirty. Will never stay again. Curtains half hanging. Very slippery bathtub. Overall not happy experience

We are traveling from North Carolina to Chicago. On the way to North Carolina we stayed in a Days Inn and we're super disappointed that they didn't have eggs for breakfast. We figured it was a budget hotel and that's the way it was. On the way home we figured we'd pay a little more and booked La Quinta knowing that they always have a hot breakfast buffet with eggs. We were super disappointed at check in to find out that they will not have eggs in the morning. Only cold hard boiled eggs in the refrigerator, waffles, oatmeal and yogurt. I'm not sure how they carry the LaQuinta name without having what the other LaQuintas have. The rooms smell, the show door slides open while showering and the shower floor is dangerously slippery. The towel reach was missing and the tile is cracked on the floor.

It was basically clean and comfortable. The whole motel is in need of updating/refreshing as things ae looking warn and dated and well used. Only problem we had is our room keys didn’t work on the second day which also happened to my brother & wife, who had to move to another room due to ants in the first one they had.

Toilet paper holder was gone. We told them when we left, but they already knew it and hadn't taken care of it! Breakfast was OK. Bowls for cereal were the size of a coleslaw dish. Overall it was clean and worked for an overnight on the road.

The cost of the hotel was a little high but was cheaper than the surrounding properties. My group did not like the breakfast of what it consisted of could have had more of better selection of items to choose from such as more fruit, scrambled eggs instead of boiled eggs, bacon/sausage, etc. Another concern was if paying with cash you needed to put down $100 cash deposit but not with a credit card. We stayed 2 nights and it made some of my people strapped for cash until they checked out to get their deposit back. Only good thing was our destination from the hotel was exactly 9 minutes away.

This hotel leaves much to be desired. First room we were put in reeked of smoke, had exposed wires hanging from the ceiling, and was quite run down. Second room was better. Lobby, stairwell, elevator, etc. were dirty, somewhat smelly, and not maintained well. Gym was dirty and had no water all weekend. Ice machine was broken. Nowhere to get drinking water except the tap. Public restroom had no paper towels. Breakfast was ok. All around, not great and would recommend looking elsewhere.
