Room was very comfortable and clean. Hotel is also located close to a number of restaurants which makes the stay convenient. Good service by the staff. Value for money

The hotel is low budget and the queen room is incredibly small. We were put in a suite the first night and that was great. Both rooms had very comfortable beds. The hotel really needs to replace the cleaning supplies used on the floors. The overwhelming smell permeates the entire hotel and ruins the experience. It made me dizzy and we shoved a towel by the door jam when they were cleaning the hallway. Is it possible to use a different product that is not so toxic? The people were very friendly and for the price it was ok. Just be aware the queen room is tight and there is no where else to hang out as the lobby is very small as well.

The hotel was clean, simple, and setvice was good. Water pressure was good and bed/pillows were comfy. Room was clean. Nothing crazy to write home about, but great price and accommodations that met our needs. Would recommend.

Room was damp and the A/C did nothing to dry out the air. The shampoo in the shower was empty. Price was good, but we will not be back.

The hotel was nice, breakfast was good, bed was comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure. The only issue was that it was very humid in the room, even with the air conditioner on.

I was very satisfied with my stay at the Quality Inn. The quality of the continental breakfast was excellent. The staff were polite and respectful and the hotel is easily accessible and close to several restaurants. Good location for getting to many destinations in the Twin Cities.

Good experience overall, the only minor issue was the AC unit blowing up the air straight to the pillow in one bed (like, side by side, 2 foot apart). We ended up having to cover it to be able to sleep and not get our head froze. Aside from that, very clean, quiet and the location is great. I’d would definitely recommend it and I would stay again.

The tub would not drain in the shower and the water faucet would leak because it was loose. We let the front desk know but never got any one to come look at it. The hotel and surrounding hotels were booked full so we ended up putting a plastic fork in the drain so the tub wouldn't fill up with water while showering. The worst issue was you had the leave the toilet sheet down because feces would splash up into our toilet when someone else in the hotel would flush. It was the most disgusting thing I have ever had happen at a hotel.

Convenient location near restaurants and mall ..walkable. Room was extremely tiny. Bathroom miniscule. There was a disgusting odor in the room…musty/urine smell. I would not recommend.

Check in was fast and easy. Requested a room on top floor, away from elevator and got an amazing room. View was good, beds were really comfortable and close to Bethel University! Will definitely stay here again.

Everything about this place was fine. The only issue was our room had a bad odor. We were only there one night and we knew they were sold out so we didn’t make a fuss, but the smell was off-putting to say the least. The breakfast was actually not too bad and the staff was constantly restocking, rotating, etc.

I like the location because there was Target, restaurants, and other stores nearby and some in walking distance. It was easy to find and close enough the the airport. Their continental breakfasts offered a lot of choices and saved us money. We would stay again.

It was very near where my hip replacement surgery was going to take place the next morning!! It was quiet, staff were so friendly and accommodating and bed was comfy!!

Great stay and location. Not a huge room but for only needing a place to sleep it was super comfortable and cozy. I like the laminate floors as well.
