Overall experience

Everything else including, cleanliness, view, and all the staff was great, the room was amazing, breakfast was good, the later start time and later end time for breakfast was helpful. Late check outs are a plus (noon). I would definitely go back, kids had a blast.

The bathtub was quite slippery, my youngest son slipped and fell, we laughed it off, and I ended up putting a towel in the shower as a substitute for a bath mat. Pool hours were a little confusing at first, hot tub timing and slide timing for shut off was a little unexpected, cause it closed early. Breakfast was fufilling, but not refilled quite fast enough.

it was good for one overnight stop on our way home

breakfast was good . a little different with the french toast. I should have toasted it. Glad not to see fake eggs. plenty of seating bed was great

the light switches and handles in the room were not clean. towels were a bit thin

Breakfast was hot and clean, i would have preferred eggs. There were way too many carbs. Beds were comfy.

Bathrooms were cramped, no room to stand at sink without being on the toilet. Tons of family kids in the pool area but that happens. after 10 the pool area was quiet and i appreciate that.

Quoted price of room vs. online then to be told that booking through the Hotel would have been cheaper. Couldn’t use AAA !?!?!

Overall it met our expectations and we had a great time

The breakfast was great! The on site mini market was convenient and the waterslide was fun (although should be on more often as we are paying to use it)

It would have been nice if there was a lounge chair in the room (not only a desk chair). Instead of having to sit on the bed all the time

Superb

The staff here all show that they care about what they do. The room was great, and I really enjoyed the hot tub! I had remembered Marissa from a previous stay, very caring and friendly!

I really can't think of anything I didn't like, except for leaving at the end of my stay

Everything and everyone was wonderful.!

I didn't like that I paid for my stay in full a month before hand and the payment information that booking sent over to the hotel failed. The poor front desk lady spent an hour on the phone with booking and got no where because they were not willing to give her the info we needed to check in and we were trying to check in at 9pm and didnt get into our room till 10pm, which is way to late when you have small children. After an hour of waiting in the lobby and the stress of trying to get it figured out she checked us in under cash and her manager had to figure it out in the morning. It makes me nervous to even want to us booking again. THIS WAS NOT THE FAULT OF THE HOTEL.!! 1 thing I did not like about the hotel is my room didn't have a dresser. I don't like to live out of a bag I like to unpack and I could not do that here.

They don’t pick up dirty towels and trash daily, we have to be looking for cleaning lady or going downstairs to front desk.

Breakfast was amazing they have a mini waffle maker and everything you would need for Breakfast. And the room was clean and smelled fresh it didn't smell like bleach and the bed was really comfortable nice and quiet.

We have stayed at C I and S for many years. This was the only time we have had issues. Unfortunate.

The location was central to my required journies

Diufficult checkin. My documents and keys were left on the desk along with two others. Inadequate weekend staff. Price per night was much greater than the other C I & S where we stayed on the trip. Very inadequate breakfast for anyone with gluten issues. I made a request to the office staff but no one followed up.

Not much I liked. Location to our destination was only thing I liked.

Wifi service was awful. I was never able to establish a good connection. Kept getting booted out of Wifi. Also, did an earlier than planned check out but still charged full stay.
