Could not get the TV in the living room connected to the wifi to watch anything despite our best efforts. Everything else was great!

It was freezing cold all night and I couldn’t adjust the heat. In addition, there was a constant beeping like a smoke detector going off my entire stay.

Small but nice
updated kitchenette
Garage parking right under building
Great staff

The unit was in great condition with an amazing location. Would definitely stay again!

Got stuck up in silverthorne area due to road closures. Hotels were booking up fast so had to book anything with open an open room. This place turned out to be amazing for the price and right on the slopes of keystone! Cant wait to plan a trip here next time.

Location and bead were awesome on a treacherous weather night. Good shower and walk out skiing. Parkin garage a huge plus. Only challenge was noise. Very thin separation from room above.

Had a great time here. Nice room with small kitchen; fridge, freezer, stovetop, sink, pots, pans and silverware. Bed was really high off of the ground in my room, it would be a problem for people with mobility issues. It was pretty much like climbing into a top bunk bed. Not sure why they went with this design, but it worked for me. Very close walking distance to the Peru Express ski lift and bunny hill. You just have to walk down some steps. I tried to eat at the Keystone lodge there one night at it was closed by 8pm when I tried to go. I ate there the day before around 4pm and it was delicious with a good selection of beers.

Lovely condo, nice scenic location, close enough to Keystone Village and other amenities! Enjoyed our stay very much!

Very clean carpet could use a shampoo and coffee pot container had coffee still in it. Everything in the room was fantastic.

Would have love to stay longer.
A little confusing if you check in late (after 11PM)
See sign posted - you need to drive to a different place to check in after 11PM.

It was an interesting stay. I was just driving through and there was very little available so I ended up here by chance. It was so nice compared to where I could have ended up! This condo is showing a little age but for the price, it is a great place to go if you love to ski. It was summer and very warm in the room and I dont think there is air conditioning in the room. I found a box fan and that allowed the cool air from outside to come into the room and the temp was fine after that but I had to have the curtains open for this to happen so it was easy to get up early that morning. The bed was very comfy. The room has a lot of amenities such as a fridge, micro, dishes and all that you would expect in a condo. It sleeps 4 with the Murphy bed and there is a locker for your skies in the winter. There is a charming little village about 15 minute walk where you can hear good music, eat good food, and do some shopping. The scenery is breathtaking and the fresh air is invigorating! I would definitely stay here again!

I would definitely stay here again!

This is in a very convenient location. We could walk to the Gondola, which was awesome. It also had a full kitchen, a bedroom, and a nice living room. The main disappointment was that you can't stay parked in hotel garage after you check out. We wanted to snowboard for our last day and had to move the car to the free parking lot. They also overcharged me for their daily fee. My credit card statement says I was charged for three nights, when we only stayed for two.

This "suite" didn't even have a real bed. It was a hideaway that I could hardly fall asleep on. And the temperature in the room had a mind of its own. The thermostat was set to 65, but at 3am it had to have been 80 degrees. By 6am, it was freezing. My nose, throat, and lips were so dry from the heater sucking up all the moisture, I felt sick the entire time. Oh and this was after we found the building. We arrived late at night and couldn't find the unit. It wasn't well marked, the help desk could explain to us how to get there, and the security guard didn't know where it was either. It took about an hour to find the unit. I hope you don't have an emergency because the security guard wouldn't be able to save you!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent but the room could use updating and thorough cleaning. There is laundry on the first floor but no where to get change to operate the machines in the same building.

Great location, but outdated and needs some maintenance and cleaning.

Room was much smaller than a typical economy hotel room

The hotel room was a studio condo and right at the base of our mountain. We stayed two days and enjoyed the hot tub and romantic snowy mountainsides. It was easy to get to the lifts and we had a really wonderful time.

The reception office was closed after 8 pm and had to call a number to get directions to another reception office.
The cobdo was in a building that was hard to find especially at night.
No AC.. you had to open the windows and ceiling fan.
You had to be familiar with the tv and reciever to operate them .
NO VIEW
No town...
On the other hand,
The room was spacious and we'll equipped.
The reception girls we helpful.

Two beds but one was a Murphy bed and when it was in place there was no room to move around. Tiny little kitchenette. 2 burners. Room not big enough to enjoy staying in to cook and eat inside. Nice grill and tables out on the shared terrace but not covered to protect you from the rain.

We stayed for one night and it was a great location. The room had great amenities as well. Perfect stay over for skiing.

Right next to slopes! A little outdated. Needs new carpet. Expensive for what we got.

Stayed 2 nights and both nights fire alarm went off falsely. Each place is owned individually, 1st room we went to and it was slope side but yet we opened the curtains and all we could see was a big tree in front of it. Then the bed was a Murphy bed and was hard as a rock! Requested another room and they gave us one. Bed was a little better but not great. We were told there was a hot tub on the roof and there was not just outside the building but it was nice. It is close to the slopes which is great. But I don't think I would stay again because of the hassles in the rooms and being woken up two nights in a row with the fire alarm

Very comfortable and the fireplace in the bedroom is a nice feature!!

The mountain house neighborhood is part of the entire Keystone condo area. The Mountain House area and the River Run area are the two closest to the slopes. In fact, our condo was right next to the lifts and base area. You could actually ski up to the door if you carried enough speed from the slopes. Free shuttle busses take you around if you don't want to drive or walk. The only confusing part is that you have to find the main condo check-in office to get your key and find out where your room is. Our room was a Studio suite which had a small kitchenette and very small balcony. The kitchen was handy as there are a few small stores around where you could buy food if you want to cook yourself.

We came for the first time to Keystone we also stayed in the Mountain House Neighborhood, which they put us in Key Condos they were nice bed was a pull out of the wall unit not too comfy but the fireplace was excellent after they got it to work. The view was spectacular! The bus picked us up in front of the condos and took us to the lifts or to River Run to shop, great place to stay.

This was really close to the slopes. The room still wasn't ready an hour after check in time and they credited our bill 25.00 for the troubles. Overall a good choice for the money - wasn't very plush, but not bad.

To initially find the place was very difficult...The mountain house neihborhood is just that, a neighborhood. We first had to go a mile away to the "check in" house and then they gave us directions to which condo house we would be staying in. We stayed in Slopeside...it was fantastic...the slopes were literally right out our patio door. Hot tubs were nice, and not crowded, the mountains were beautiful and very friendly staff. For a first timer, it was a little overwhelming, and some of the staff weren't all the accomodating, They all assume you've done this before. But overall...great place for the prie.

I was nicely suprise with cleanness, decoration and equipment in the room. What I like the most of it was the distance to the ski lifts and the underground garage.
1.5
Beautiful location, and great overall hotel, but it the room was extremely hot when we got there and the 1st night was very uncomfortable. The staff is very strict on policy, which is more important to them then working with their guests (the customers) to establish a worthwhile resolution. We wanted to talk to the manager about the possiblity of leaving a day early, but they wouldn't even give us the time of day.
1.5
Room did not match the pictures in the lodging information. Room was pretty small, wouldn't not have wanted to stay more than a day or two. The plus of this location is the location, very close to the ski lifts.
