This was a reasonable place to stay.
If you want to get to San Antonio or Ibiza town then it’s a taxi ride taking 30mins plus. Fares from €25 for those places.
The taxi service is poor from around 5.30pm onwards, expect a long wait, the wait can easily go over an hour. Then you have to ensure someone else doesn’t grab your taxi!
Reasonable pool but I think a little small for the amount of guests staying.
Clubby music playing all day around the pool area which I don’t mind. May not be to everyone’s taste.
We stayed on breakfast only basis - a fair selection of cooked and cold options.
If you are a tea drinker, be prepared to go without, awful!
Snacks and drinks available from pool area all day.
We only went for 3 days and were out and about a lot.
Beds comfortable, air con good.

Located in a lovely area of Ibiza, by a great beach this hotel was just lovely. It is quite basic, but the food options were decent (I was only B&B) and overall it is value for money. I would warn that the walls are paper thin, so if you are a light sleeper, it might not be for you. Overall, I wasn't in the hotel very much but it was a good base -- I'd recommend it for that.

Staff at reception could not deal with booking enquiries. Guests smoking around bins near reception so other guests had to walk through smoke to get out of the hotel.

The staff weren’t friendly. A lot of stares and no greeting . As a black woman from the United States & a solo traveler, not welcomed there, it definitely felt a lil racist and I tried to make the best of my time but was more than ready to Leave. The food wasn’t great. It’s a family resort which I didn’t know. It’s far from many of the tourist areas , and clubs .

Lovely hotel with close proximity to beautiful beaches. The bedrooms and bathrooms were simple but we didn’t spend much time in them.

Most suboptimal hotel in my extensive travel experience worldwide. Stayed 3 nights.
Pros: proximity to beach.
Cons: staff unhelpful, they just don’t care, anything you need requires a 10 euro deposit at front desk, including a reusable plastic cup, beds are terrible, noise from the central pool area, every morning they moved furniture for 30 min just dragging it all over the floor above us, No parking, no easy way to unload luggage, no help either, no iron on request. I could go on.

Location was great, but Hotel was very basic. No soap in bathroom definitely a grade 3 hotel

Hotel really well located just 3 min walk from Cala Tarida beach!
Really nice staff
a bit noisy between rooms

I liked the fact that it was directly next to the beach and i was able to view it from my window in my room. I did not like the fact that also directly next to it, were a whole setup of homeless individuals and were laid out there like no none was around. I did not like rhat the staff was very slow at the reception when attending to a customer, it made the assistance needed take a long time to get completed.

Great location within Cala Tarida. Short walk to the beach and the beach bars.
I was visiting for a wedding with a friend that was taking place at Cas Mila so this hotel was perfect.
Food was very good quality. Rooms were clean and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

Great value for money. Location excellent for beach and touring island. Public transport links convenient and good.

staff very friendly and helpful especially ladies on reception nothing was too much trouble.

Likes: The decor was contemporary and bright, v clean and v good food. Small and compact resort.
Didn’t like: absolutely no storage, not one drawer in the room. Poor bar area, just a few tables so guests forced to remain at the dining tables after dinner, slow service. Main pool v loud with intrusive music. The quiet pool is just inches deep for children so no satisfactory alternative. Check out too early at 11.am .

48hr trip to Ibiza for a wedding, so had only 2 nights in this hotel. Lovely clean twin room with THE comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in. Can’t comment on food, was all inclusive but just had drinks (pay €2 to rent a cup which as an eco warrior I liked). Reception staff were a little slow & mainly spoke Spanish (obviously) & were very accommodating. Pool area is very nice, clean, with lots of beds & entertainment is engaging but not pushy. The hotel is stones throw away to get down to a lovey little beach & restaurant & only €25-30 (20/25mins) from the airport. Wish we had stayed longer & will hopefully be going back!

The hotel was decent for the price compared to others in the area. Staff are friendly, the hotel is clean and facilities are good. The best thing about the hotel is the location and proximity to the beautiful beach. One thing to note is that there is a DJ playing mostly house music during the day, so if you're looking for somewhere to relax in peace by the pool, this hotel is definitely not it. If you're looking for somewhere to get the party started this is the place.

Great value for money, super location for the beach and nice beach restaurants

Overall a good stay, clean hotel and a nice pool area with relaxing music to enjoy throughout the day. Quick access to the gorgeous beach just 2 minutes down the steps outside the hotel. The surrounding areas are quite hilly and may be difficult for people who find walking difficult.
Pros: Quick check-in, clean hotel, comfy rooms, relaxing pool area, good location for beach (accessibility may be an issue for others)
Cons: Food could’ve been better (not bad but at the same time not great - needs to be warmer), walls in rooms are REALLY thin (could hear next door talking as though they were just in the bathroom and the videos playing on their phone)
I’d return for a short stay but would look elsewhere for a longer family holiday.

Good Ibiza hotel. Value for money . Nice beach

The hotel is situated in a quiet part of the island. The facilities are good. The food is very good with adequate choices. The resort is a bit noisy especially if your room is located next to the dining room or night entertainment. The sea is a a few steps away from the hotel. I recommend it but please make sure your room is not near the dining area

We were attending a wedding at casa mila, so stayed at Hotel Playasol which was quite near. The hotel facilities were extremely good, the food and the staff were excellent. I would recommend the hotel and definately stay here again.

We stayed Playasol hotel due to our flight arriving late and their 24hr service. We were pleasantly surprised with the style and newness of the decor as we entered the hotel. Room was clean, facilities were good but beds were stiff and uncomfortable. However, our view to the sea was a lovely way to wake up. The most upsetting thing about our experience was that my husband wanted to purchase a ticket for Hi club's opening night and was sold Ushuaia ticket telling him he could get in to Hi club for free afterwards. He asked the receptionist three times if he was absolutely sure before purchasing the ticket and was reassured that he would get in, so he purchased £35 advance ticket. Turned out my husband went to Ushuaia to get into Hi club and was told he would have to spend another £40 to actually get into Hi club and that the ticket he purchased in advance would only get him into Ushuaia. When we called hotel to explain what happened and that we were 30mins out of our way heading to hotel to refund ticket they said it wasn't refundable. That there was nothing they could do, even though he was falsely sold ticket, having confirmed it with the receptionist a few times. Then we were put on hold for over 10mins (long distance) and she never picked up again so we hung up. We were extremely dissapointed with the customer service and lack of responsibility the hotel took in supplying false information to its customers and ensuring quality from begging to end. Never again!

I booked a double room for single use, but received a very small single room. After two days I could change into the room category I booked, which was really much better.

Really good location, 5 minutes to beautiful beach on foot. Hotel was nice and modern with 3 pools. Only had breakfast but was good quality. The only aspect that let the hotel down was the reception staff. The reception staff were so unorganised there was constant long waiting times even when it was not busy. We had over an hour wait just to check in and once we had we were given no information about the hotel facilities. Deposit money was left for an ironing board which when checking out, the hotel receptionist refused to pay us the deposit back, despite us handing back the iron and ironing board due to the fact they had made know record on our file. We had to argue our case for 15 minutes just to get our 10 euro deposit back. Overall this was a good hotel in a great location, however due to our experience with some members of hotel staff we would choose another hotel in future.

Although near the beach it is a dangerous walk down steep steps and slope, totally unsuitable for pushchairs, heels and unfit people. The price for a sunbed and umbrella is excessive and the beach becomes overcrowded. All the restaurants and beach bars are good, but again overcharge for G & Ts.The rooms are small and there is nowhere to put clothes away apart from a small hanging space. Sheets arent changed unless requested and the room is only surface cleaned! If you are not fully inclusive the drinks are expensive and in plastic tumblers.

it was fine. The hotel is out of the way but next to a beach. It has 2 looks so you can join the party or avoid. reception staff are hit and miss. I had a taxi booked to the
airport to make my flight and the staff allowed someone else to take my ride nearly making me miss my flight.

This was the most expensive hotel on our trip to Ibiza and unfortunately it did not live up to our expectations. The room was clean and newly refurbished and it had a balcony but it was a bit tiny for 3 and the lack of counterspace in the bathroom made it a bit cumbersome for the females in our party. The shower did not have any rack for shampoos and other items either. Moreover, the water temperature went from cold to scorching hot in seconds so be careful when taking a shower with kids. It was a surprise that there was no fridge so cold drinks had to be bought at the bar for a steep price or in the nearby supermarket. After paying about 220 euros per night for half board we also expected the food to be edible but it was a major letdown. The fresh ingredients consisted of grated cabbage and sliced vegetables that had no taste because they had no dressing or marinade. Pasta and meat sauces and dessert puddings á la Maggi and Dr Oetker tasted horrible. The only items that were good were beef, cooked rice, warm vegetables (bell peppers and peas) and swordfish but they too would have benefited from some seasonings. Luckily we had a car so we could drive to other restaurants and to better beaches (Cala Tarida is beautiful but there were waves which made swimming impossible at least on those days). If you like eating french fries and being able to drink an unlimited amount of beer and wine from the tap as well as loud entertainment at nights this could be the place for you.

Only down for me was the evening entertainment 2200-2300, it was a bit loud for the time. Id asked for a room away from this, but could still hear it
