Staff was friendly and attentive. Rooms are very small and old. Rooms were clean. Noise level was high bc we were over outside bar. View of beach was good. Rooms were $$ but added resort fee and parking were expensive. Beach chairs additional also.

This was one month after the hurricane. Incredible job getting a limited number of things back up and running so quickly. Both pools and hot tub were up and running and spotless. Only one of the restaurants was up, but it was great. Everything on the first floor was under construction. Harry's does serve breakfast even though it says it does not online (prob pre hurricane). Beach chairs and umbrellas were only available 3 or 4 days per week, which unfortunately only lined up for 1 day of our 3 day stay. Understandably there is construction everywhere, unfortunately, you hear it all day long. If you're going there to relax....just one thing to note. Mattresses were a little stiff (nothing to do with the hurricane)

Very friendly staff. Loved the room and view. Minor details with broken coffee maker and light bulb not working. The pool and cafe here are wonderful.
Its 5 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

When I arrived I requested the best upgraded room if available. The room was fine, a little dirty but fine. The ocean view was blocked by an giant roof that to me would not be considered “ocean view”, but we still let it go. We woke up both mornings at 6 am due to construction going on above us, and next to us - it was MISERABLE. Hotel overall with a little cleaning and updating would be fine, great bars and fun areas/activities…but sleep is a priority for me on vacation. It was absolutely obscene.

Loved the amenities like biking, jet skiing, smores on the beach, two restaurants. We felt like we were at an all inclusive resort. Beautiful views and beach is exquisite! Rooms need some upgrades and basic fixes. Time for an overhaul. Great staff.

My husband and I just had a mini "stay-cation" from Orlando and we visit the area at least twice a year of not more usually always staying somewhere new. We both agree that we will be returning here again n are planning on being family with as well. From the facility to the staff everything was great. And a special thanks to Mark the front desk attendant who went over and beyond, with a great personality and sense of humor made us feel comfortable right away. Thank you again!

Grass needs cut in dog walking areas. Other guests need to cleanup after their dogs as well.

Parking was horrible during the day if u left the hotel good luck getting a parking space until night time

Staff did not help with accommodations. Also noticed friction between staff. Room outdate, I was placed in a handy cap room, I had to shower against the wall. It's an ok place.

Needs more parking available. I was told to park across a 4 lane highway to park my vehicle. I’m disabled and that was not acceptable even though there were 3 15-30 minute parking spots open.
Opening and closing the bathroom door was extremely difficult as the bottom door needed shaved to have accessibility with the door. Faucets are toooo close to the back of sink. I could barely rinse my hands off as the water was running on the back of sink.
Pillows and bed was excellent. Housekeeping were excellent. Front desk staff excellent. Pool, music, Rum Runner dining great!

Great place to stay in St. Pete Beach. We had a very good experience at Sirata, and probably will be back.

The location is perfect, very friendly staff, walkable to the beach, rooms are comfortable and clean. Beautiful sunsets! Parking is a challenge and you have to pay a fee.

Things have changed since new owner, not only do they charge a resort fee but now they charge for parking and beach loungers and umbrellas which they didn’t used to. Employees were friendly and helpful… prices high at the beach bars. Liz at Harry’s Beach bar made awesome drinks . The same drinks at Rum Runners did not compare. This resort has lots of potential if owners would update and clean it up a bit.

Service was slow--at check-in we were sent to out room and the lady did not give us the keys. Went all the way back and then they told us it would be 1-2 hours more to wait. 3-4 times the keys failed to work. No dish soap, scrubber or paper towels in the room, took them 3-4 hours to show up, tv did not work, took 3 calls and 3-4 hours more for someone to come... Poor service. Nice people though. They need to learn to work with a sense of urgency.

We’ve stayed at numerous hotels on gulf blvd and usually when we stay, we get beach chairs, parking, and towels included. We paid a separate resort fee for the amenities and didn’t get to use any of them. There were no towels anywhere, extra fee for parking, and we paid $60 a day for two chairs and an umbrella. When we ordered food at the bar it took over an hour to get it. Would not stay here again.

Check in was easy and quick. Staff was very pleasant and friendly. Two cute bar areas, one by the big pool and one more beachside. Fun atmosphere. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy. They are upsetting some of the wings, but the noise was minimum. Would stay here again.

Mark at the front desk was super helpful and friendly. Thanks Mark!

The hotel is a little dated but in good condition. Room and facilities were clean. Great view of the beach from our balcony. We stayed in what was considered a suite but wasn't all that spacious but good enough for the two of us. Our only negative comments are that the prices of alcoholic drinks at Rum Runners were a little high and the afternoon female bartender wasn't friendly. She clearly was having a bad day or hated her job. The rest of the staff throughout the hotel were great 👍

The view is unmatched

They were in the process of renovating the floor we were staying so construction started really early and it smelt like paint but other than that (necessary evil) everything else was fantastic.

Very nice room. Only complaint is the hallway carpet really needs a good cleaning. I wouldnt walk barefoot on that carpet.

The checkin process is very slow. There was a long line it took me around 45 min to check in.The buildings are old, the bathrooms very old, no maintenance of furniture ir looks like a motel room and the price is high for what they offer. The restaurants dont offer any variety , 2 of them shared the same menu. I requested a coffee maker and had to call twice to get it. We use the sofabed and when opened there was trash and leftover food under it. Very gross.

The place was very clean and lots of onsite activities. The only negative was the air conditioner was set to 66 and the room was as warm.

When we got to the hotel we had a run around regarding if our room was clean or not.
The pull out bed had dirty sheets still on it with Cheetos crumbs.
We had 5 ppl in our room and only received 4 towels. We didn’t get room service on 2 of the days so had to go get towels.
Our room door key was deactivated twice (and it wasn’t by a cell phone or credit cards).
My sister and mom stayed as well. Their room was still occupied when they arrived. They were then moved to a different block and not facing ocean. They didn’t have room cleaning two days either.

We arrived late at night. Immediately were asked for $79 a night to park. We were not warned. Went to the room and it was a dump. Old and dirty. We got the room because your description and pictures showed a beautiful room with kitchen, balcony, bunk beds and two queen beds. It was a queen bed with bunk beds in a closet. No kitchen. Balcony was six inches wide. Had to call room service numerous times to get toilet paper and towels. Went two days without toilet paper and towels. Complained again and they finally showed up with toilet paper and towels. After that they came daily (except they never changed the sheets on the bunk beds or made the beds). Cigarettes all over the place. Shame on hotels.com for the misleading advertising. Big disappointment. Will never come here again.
The pool was nice and the staff.
We have been members of hotes.com for decades. Very disappointed.
