Passable

The instructions for how to enter the lobby were wrong. We arrived on a Sunday, and the lobby was locked. Absolutely no where in the instructions provided were we given a code to the door. We spent an hour with our two small children trying to get in, finally someone staying at the hotel let us in. We finally got someone on the phone who gave us the code. We were extremely disappointed in the check in process.

Vacation stay

The location was great.

Master bedroom needs room, darkening curtains bad. Inless you like getting up at 4:30 in the morning when the sun is rising and coming through blinds. The ceiling fans need new blades and are coming unscrewed from the motor and are very dirty. You can smell sewer gas coming from the front toilet. In desperate need of new pillows.

Great location with poor instructions and not clean.

We were given directions to find a key in a lock box that would let us into the lobby so we could get to the room. There was not a lock box and fortunetly a kind person gave us the code to get into the lobby (they said the keys had not been used in years). The condo is in a great location but it is not very clean and could use some repairs. There were clothes from the last renter under the bed(tells you how well they clean)

Checking in and out was awful however once in the apartment things were general ok.

Location was fine but facilities were dated and in need of modernisation.

Check in was a complete shambles! Not having representatives at the accommodation caused confusion. At check in we didn't even have an apartment number; just a code. We ended up playing a Weird version of the "Crystal Maze" to get our key number. We had to try the code given to us for every padlocked key until we found one that opened. The key inside was no use whatsoever but it had a fob on it that advised us we were in apartment 302. Given there were around 60 apartments in the block this took some time especially after 16 hours of travel. On check out there was nowhere to leave luggage despite our flight being at 21:00 and check out was 10:00. Fortunately, We contacted the office and agreed to leave our luggage there albeit it was a 15 minutes taxi ride away.

the bed in the second bedroom was terrible it feet like you were sleeping on a box spring . The hot tub was not working during our stay

The condo was roomy

nice view

never gave us instructions on the key that was left. We thought it went to the pool, but it was for the outdoor gate that actually locked at a certain time and we got locked out.

Great place to stay

It is a spacious condo with a nice balcony overlooking the marina. About a 5 minute walk to the beach across the road.

Good

The is a beautiful view of the canal area. We saw two dolphins and at least four manatees! The property was gorgeous and very well maintained! We loved the pool area. The area is very nice and ideally located! Overall we had a wonderful time there!

We were never initially given the key code. They lady that was working at the resort had to send out an emergency call out to get the code. The code did not work. The lady even tried herself and witnessed this. We were sent a second code. This code did not work as well. This too was tried and witnessed by employee. The lady gave us a third code which end up being the one that worked. Inside the apartment there were dirty towels hanging on the door in the front bathroom and the washer had mildew on the door.

The location was fantastic. It was close to most places we wanted to see. The pool and hot tub were very nice and the grounds were very well kept.

A bit of constructive criticism. We thought there were excessive amounts of plates and utensils in the cabinets taking up space. Perhaps minimize to allow space for guest groceries. We did not have any dish towels and there was no cookie sheets to make biscuits or rolls on. We would suggest some plastic drinking glasses to take by the pool. The biggest complaint in our unit was the carpet. It was dirty and old. Walking around the unit, our sock and feet were getting dirty and the vacuum cleaner did not work. Also maybe leave any foil, plastic wrap and storage bags for the next guest from the previous one if applicable.

Booked pay at property, PISSED they demanded payment 10 days prior. "Were the new managers and owner wants to be paid up front in case you want to cancel. Paid the 1300 early n incurred 5 overdraft fees from bank because of not having the extra cash almost 2weeks early

Furniture, carpet and master room shower curtain did not look too clean; shower curtain had a little of mold. These three stuff could be better for the price.

Very good

Loved the location and the layout of the property. Having two bathrooms was so nice for our group. The pool was decent and the parking was easy. We would stay again.

The toilet was very finicky, the blinds were broken, there were ant traps around.

Dirty room

Room layout was nice .

Showed up to a filthy room , was never vacuumed, missing coffee pot , had to buy one for 3 times normal price , had to wait around for housekeeping to come back and clean the room correctly. Had a 3 inch cockroach in living room , scared the heck out of my 9 year old

Great clean condo

I think the property was listed as a 2 bed/1 bath so the highlight of my trip was finding it had two bathrooms (party of 6 here). It was well stocked with extras (pool floats, chairs, board games, books, movies) that made our stay comfortable. Loved the layout of the condo and property and not having to walk forever to get to our vehicle or to the pool, etc. The view of the bay was nice. It was also not too far from the beach.

I wouldn’t say there was anything I didn’t like. I would suggest maybe downsizing some in the kitchen to make an extra cabinet for food. There was an over abundance of plates, cups, etc. but nowhere to put food. We usually do breakfast and lunch in our condo so that was a bit crowded.

Great place to stay

The bay from the balcony was awesome, the manatees were swimming close for use to see them every day just beautiful, an the beach was just across the street , you could walk to a lot of shopping places an restaurants

The only bad thing was the beds the mattresses were not comfortable but everything else was great

Exceptional

The condo itself was very clean I really enjoyed walking in and knowing I didn't have to clean the whole place myself before I got comfy. The beach being right across the street was amazing. The heated pool made great for after dinner swims.

Nice place.

The pool is nice and quiet, love the hot tub! This resort is generally very peaceful. Really nice bbq area and love how there were beach toys and chairs in the closet. Plenty of towels, trash bags, etc. love the back porch and front porch! Beds were comfortable, plenty of dishes and kitchen stuff!

I thought it was closer to the beach. Maybe I misread. The beach is across the street and is within walking distance.
