When I walked on the property it smelled of Marijuana. There was a shady guy outside doing nothing.
Went to the elevator and the carpet throughout the hotel is dirty and stained.
Our bathroom had mold in it. It was also missing tiles.

Checking in was a little hassle. They said they couldn’t find my reservation. However, I had my confirmation number, and after they made a phone call I was good to go. Despite this, I would still stay here again.

The room smelled like cat pee. They had a water leak and the water was turned off without any notification. When we called to see what was wrong were advised that it would be off for 7 hours. We moved to another hotel at midnight.

My stay was terrible, for breakfast there are not many options, we don't eat pork they only had sausages and the grevy has sausage too, eggs only one day and another. room cleaning service only Monday, Wednesday and Friday. We stayed four nights and they never cleaned our room or made our bed. The most terrible and scary thing is that all the doors around the hotel that should be emergency doors are closed, they cannot be opened from the outside, not from the inside. I do NOT recommend it please do not spend your 😤money in this place

This hotel is awful. I paid hefty non refundable pet deposit to stay at this hotel when the room smell like mildew and old mop water. We paid for a suite, but was told we can’t take breakfast to our room?! The lady stopped us as we were walking to our TABLE (not even towards the hallway to the rooms) just to tell us that we weren’t allowed to take food out of the dining area. There’s not supposed to be any food out in the pool area either but there were some people out there eating & nothing was said to them. The hallway smelt like cigarettes on top of the already dirty smell to it. It was so bad that we were trying to find another place to stay even though we couldn’t get a refund at this place. I only gave it 2 stars because they did give us a different room when I let them know that our first room was dirty still and smelt bad, but the second room smelt just as bad. You can just tell that the carpets throughout the whole building are not clean.

This place is really amazing and so is the manager. We rented two rooms for two days because of a storm that knocked the power out everywhere most of the entire city except for a few places like this place We knew the power would be off at least, we got into one room. The other room is not ready. We were in there for a few hours, watching the news. And then got word from my neighbor that the power actually had come back on even though one. 1.1 million people were without electricity, My elderly mother’s house all of a sudden had power. I offered to pay for just the one night if he would refund the other room entirely and the next night for the one we were in He said no He gave us an entire refund But I stayed here before the quality is always amazing If I could give the manager and the location more than five stars, I would

Sofa bed was made with dirty sock of previous guest. Upon asking for clean sheets and a blanket for the sofa bed was given a ratty and torn blanket. Upon asking for enough towels for the registered 5 guests of the room, was asked for our ‘dirty’ towels. The room smells horrible. I hate to think about the carpets ever being cleaned. If the hotels.com price had been refundable, we would’ve gone elsewhere. Considering this hotel is part of the Choice Hotel system, this has been a very disappointing stay.

DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL! It is just as nasty on the inside as it is on the outside! The rooms are damaged and musty. The restrooms are moldy and disgusting! This hotel honestly needs to be shut down! I also watched a lady fall and the maid and manager stood there laughing at the poor woman. Staff was extremely rude in general and the breakfast made me sick! If you can avoid it, stay far away from this roach motel!

There were bed bugs, roaches, mold, didn’t stay there. They took a deposit for my service dog non refundable, the worst experience. Went to The Laquita inn and suites in Cypress.

It took the staff member a very long time to register me in as if she had no idea what to do without any type of communication but after 25 minutes she asked for the room deposit

Hospitality sucked, as I waited for 15 minutes for someone to come to the front desk so I could check in to my room. The room itself was run down, rust all over light fixtures, chipped paint inside the bathtub (and why is there paint inside it anyway??), terrible patched up ceilings, and the room had a horrible smell. Best thing that I can say is that I didn’t see any bugs.

Lobby is nice, updated and clean but get to the rooms and they smell like cigarettes and we killed 2 roaches in our room. We were uneasy about sleeping in the bed but we only stayed one night so we didn’t see the need to throw a fit otherwise i would’ve asked for a refund.

It's a perfectly fine place. The public areas are mostly clean and updated. However, the fitness center - a main reason I booked - was closed "indefinitely". And the hallway carpets sport some very odd stains. The breakfast was fine - good waffles, biscuits & gravy, sausage, bagels, yogurt, etc. The room was comfortable, but the bathroom is just a few too many years past needing a rehab. The bath exhaust fan didn't work, and so the bathroom always seemed a bit steamy/funky, and it definitely needs some new paint and caulking, and a gasket to stop the constantly leaking tub faucet. But the room is very spacious; there's a good fridge and microwave, comfortable bed and pillows, sofa and chair, desk with good internet, so it suited me just fine. It's right near a freeway overpass so there's some traffic noise, but there's there's also lots of retail and fast food, and fast-casual type restaurants close by, so overall the location is in its favor.

The bed in the room I stayed in needs to be replaced entirely. There’s a large sink hole in the middle of the mattress which made for an extremely uncomfortable sleep. Since the middle is sunk in, the corners are perched up like desks. Very springy, very hard at the same time but mostly, was like a mattress that you’ll usually see on the side of the road for heavy trash haul. This mattress shouldn’t be on any hotel room bed. Attendants were super friendly and professional. Check in was a breeze and yeh area is convenient to major highway and dining. Love the remote checkout. Didn’t get to do breakfast but it was included.

Overall a clean hotel and close to all type of restaurants and stores. Someone was smoking and the hallways and elevator smelled like smoke which was horrible for me and our son due to breathing issues. Our room key kept messing up and the air conditioner made this ridiculously loud noise. It’s a nice place to stay if you don’t plan on being in your room long. Oh and the pool was cold and some strange man kept walking around the building trying to get us to tell him where our room was which was very weird (luckily my husband was never more then a few feet away)

The room sheets were clean but the floors. Stained. Look like blood. We saw. Roach coming out of fridge. The walls are dirty. I’m glad I have a purple light and self clean a bit before I sleep. Beds were comfort

No one was ever at the desk or answered the phone when called. The walls have splatters on them. Property is not maintained. Pillows are like pancakes. My son got sick and got very little vomit on the sheets and the hotel charged $100 extra because of it. The daily stay is cheaper than the damages fee. No plug for the bathroom drain. Hotel is not as advertised.

Worst hotel ever. The lobby smelled of pot. Our room was non smoking but it smelled like an ashtray and there were cigarette burns in the carpet. There also was many other stains in the carpet. The shower had mold, and the walls throughout the room were dirty and stained. The desk chair was peeling, and the lamp shade also had stains. Last but not least, the curtains had rips in them and the window had 2 huge cracks in them. Oh by the way, if you try calling the front desk, the phones don’t work. We left during our reservation and went to another hotel.

The staff was very polite when I checked in. The hotel room was just ok. The lamp plugs did not work to charge your phone or any other device. The telephone (land line) did not work in the. The door lock latch was broken. Room was by the emergency exit so I propped the desk chair under the door knob for the night.

Rooms were clean and it was a quite hotel. I slept well both nights. I would stay again.

Did not stay. Room looked liked there was a fight and things broken were not replaced (lampshades, glass on picture, damage to wall). A large section of ceiling is in need of repair and an area of the ceiling looked like mold. Bathtub dirty. Worth of all, it smelled. They had no other rooms do I left …hope to get a refund.

My family did not enjoy the stay, the floors were bleach stained, cracks all over the building. Only one ice machine worked n the building and doors would stick or not close all the way. Staff was nice but did not make up for the lack of quality services. Phone didn't work when we first got there. For breakfast the juice machine was broken and the alternative was to buy something from their snack shop. Overall was not a good stay.
