Really nice staff, really good private beach so you don’t have to pay for sun beds.
Restaurant and bar is a little expensive compared to restaurants in the area

It was great to have access to a private beach and also the pool was great. The rooms are a bit rundown and the area of the hotel is not the nicest.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The pool and beach area are perfect for a relaxing day. We enjoyed the variety and quality of the breakfast buffet. The room was large and comfortable. We would definitely stay again..

The hotel is very nice but older. The one big complaint is AC is controlled by front desk and set way too high. It was very hot in our room. The girl adjusted it down as low as she could but our night was very uncomfortable.

Our stay at this hotel was unfortunately marred by several significant issues. Despite booking specifically for the pool and beach, both were closed due to alleged "bad weather"—even though conditions by the pool were calm they kept it closed all afternoon and evening.
The air conditioning in our room was initially non-functional and only fixed after multiple complaints.
The lunch we were served was shockingly low quality—what appeared to be a frozen pizza and a dry, pale toast with just cheese. This was far below what one would expect in Italy.
Additionally, the rooms felt dated and poorly maintained. We noticed dirty baseboards, and there was trash left in the closet from previous guests. To top it off, a light on the smoke detector blinked intensely all night, making it difficult to sleep.
The hotel is also poorly located, far from the city, surrounded by abandoned facilities and littered beaches, right next to a busy road in a very rundown and neglected area. This made our stay even more disappointing, as the surroundings were far from the relaxing environment we had hoped for.
When we raised these concerns with management, they were dismissive and unwilling to offer any reasonable compensation. Given the high price point, the lack of access to key amenities, and the poor handling of our complaints, I cannot recommend this hotel. It’s overpriced and fails to deliver on its promises.

The staff was amazing. Valentina is incredibly talented and helpful. My only suggestion would be to have some dining offered indoors in an air conditioned space. Had two meals and both were only served outdoors.

I arrived late and slept most of the time I was here, but I was happy with this experience because the staff were very nice and helpful

My wife and I returned to Catania after traveling around Sicily. We had an early return flight to Rome and wanted a room close to the airport. We were very happy with our stay at the NH.
Stephano greeted us graciously and checked us in. David made us delicious mixed drinks and Valentina also helped us as well. The staff did us a favor and made us a generous ‘grab & go” breakfast the morning we had to run to the airport.
We had a very nice dinner at the hotel, which was great, as there are not many restaurant options nearby.
Our room was very well appointed compared to other hotels we had stayed at on Sicily.

Great facilities and service, location near the airport, we chose it since last day we had to take an early flight. It would be great if breakfast could be served before 7am.

Hotel needs to improve the rooms/bathroom cleaning. Mildew in your bath... is just disgusting. Issue was addressed, but any action was not taken to fix the problem.
Room entrance has a hole in the ceiling, nice house for mice.
Hotel is suffering the lack of maintenance.
Overall is a standard hotel.
Make sure to have a car to move around, otherwise you will not enjoy the area.

The hotel is close to the airport, the beach is across the road and many restaurants are walkable to. The hotel itself is very roomy and first class staff. Highly recommend this hotel.

Very helpful staff. We appreciated the (free) luggage storage facility offered (we left some packages at the hotel while touring Sicily by bicycles (3 weeks)). They assisted us in arranging a 4AM taxi transfer to the airport.

The place looked nice, but the beds were uncomfortable and the shower leaked alot. Mosquitos infiltrated our room because the AC wasn't working. Breakfast was good.

Well kept hotel, friendly staff.
Good place to stay near the airport, but not much to do in the area (walking distance to a Lidl however)

The staff at hotel were amazing
Particularly Lucrezia who went above and beyond to help us the our next destination and taking care of the details. Then making sure we had a room ready when we returned. She was absolutely delightful and so kind to us made our stay a very pleasant experience

A pleasant property. However, there was no bus service into town, so going anywhere meant a 20+Euro cab trip.
Front desk would not order cabs in advance, only once I was standing in front of them

Best gym in Italy. Wish they had boxing gloves wraps available to use with the boxing bag! Therabands/loops would also be nice at the gym as well as a larger selection of kettlebells but all in all the gym was wonderful. Large space, high quality machines, plenty of dumbells.
