I was nicely surprised when I arrived. I didn’t expect much because of the price, after a long trip with expensive hotels I just booked a cheaper inn because we were just using this inn for a sleep on a way to home. But the place was very nice and room clean and the bathroom looked like it was renovated. The shower knob was broken but I was able to get the water out thought. Clean room, comfortable bedding bright interior and well working a/c. Also the lady at the front desk was very nice. I would definitely stay here again if I ever come around here and need a place for a night or two.

Upon arrival no one was at the front desk, I do have to say I arrived around 9pm, I heard laughter and talking behind the front desk counter, although I made a few attempts of calling them out no one heard, so I had to call them on the phone, and then someone came to the front lol. The room was average, dusty but somewhat clean, the bathroom had a musty smell and it was average clean. bed was comfortable, and it was a quiet night, no unruly or noisy people. In conclusion, the room was clean, but smelled a bit like curry, it was an average stay for the money. I have to emphasize that the beds were super comfortable

Good place to rest on a long road trip. Clean, comfortable, safe and very conveniently located near amenities including shopping at Woodbury Commons Premium Outlets. Good value for money for short one night stay. Front desk staff were polite and accommodating especially as we arrived quite late for check-in.

We had no power for half of the day, and they didn't try to compensate us for anything.

Easy access to room, updated bathroom and clean comfy bed. Only drawback was the party crew that came home at 3 am next door.

Positives: beds were comfy, floor is new and air conditioning was working fine. Negatives: walls were dirty, hair on the bathroom walls, the bath drain was clogged, the bath drape had mold at the bottom. There was dust everywhere, like it wasn't dusted in a month. Musty smell. We've been in many hotels and this one is the worse we've been in. An hotel can be old but clean, this one's old and dirty.

What I liked was the location. There are plenty of food options nearby. Do not depend on a breakfast here. There is none.The shower was nice with good water pressure and hot water. The AC worked well and made the room cool. What I didn’t like as some others wrote was there were a few bed bugs. Make sure you check the mattress and box spring areas and check yourself when you wake up. Try and keep the room very cool and wear long pajama pants. Also front desk is not 24/7 which is a safety issue being that the rooms lead outside, coffee is not available 24/7. I always like to have a cup of coffee when I check in but this coffee was ice cold. Overall it’s okay for the price

At first, we were not impressed by the cleanliness and the room. It looked way better on the pics but that happens. Things got worst when we saw a MOUSE just beside the TV!! They gave us another room which was worst than the first one. The sheets had stains and the mattress were clearly worned out. The next morning we asked for a discount and they offered us only 10% because we used 2 rooms! ?! Worst customer service. Run away from this place!

Upon checking in and getting into the room, you would think you’re getting a clean room. This was not the case. There were stains in the toilet and the tub which I will let you imagine what stains I am referring to. Also in the middle of the night when I went to use the restroom I noticed an army of cockroaches and ants. When I called the office the next day at my wits end about this, because why would there be cockroaches to begin with, the manager was questioning me. I had to send videos and photographs to their email for them to believe me. I read reviews of prior guests and should have stayed away.

The bed has bedbug, and the towel is not clean. Overall this is a very bad experience.

Covers had smoke holes. Bathroom needs to be more sanitary, to many mosquitoes, ants, other bugs etc…

Rooms were not clean. Trash cans outside over flowing and stunk. Trash in the parking lot. Broken furniture. Towels very thin and dingy.
