We had an emergency and the 911 dosent work from the hotel room. Pretty bad!

Close to Woodburry outlets
Very disappointing, old beds with creaking mattresses. Sheets look clean but are aged. People that seem to live there are very noisy. The atmosphere is completely lacking. On check-out the lady didn’t even ask how the stay was. Un professional and disappointing.

the staff were very nice and the location was very good too
It was very dirty the bed and on the towel it had hair and it smelled very bad in it. on the desk it had dead flys
