I’m very satisfied with this property, definitely my expectation were exceed, comfort, space, amenities, location, everything was impressive, availability during thanksgiving was a plus

The room and customer service were overall great, but for some reason when we walked in both the heater and fireplace were going full blast (the heat was set to about 85 and the fireplace was on max), it was like a sauna. Unfortunately the room did not have a/c. We thought opening the doors and windows would sufficiently cool it off since it was chilly out, but sadly did not realize it was still too warm to sleep comfortably until we went to bed. By then we didn’t want to pack it up and try moving rooms, so we just suffered through the warmth. If it weren’t for the weird temperature thing, this stay would have been nearly perfect. (The bed was a little stiff, but not sure if that would have kept us up, since we were up due to the temp.)

House was very cold and hard to heat. Every other cabinet had a lock and made us feel like we were intruding in someone’s home. I know the townhomes are separate from the resort and next time I will stay in the resort. Underground parking was very tight and cramped for our full sized SUV. Location is great and if you are there for the outdoors then it’s ok for the location and space.

The front desk gave us a room with a great view. The room was separated from the living area. It's clean, has good space, a nice kitchen, and a comfortable bed. The front desk was very nice to explain to us where to visit in town. Everything is satisfactory. We would reserve again.

Quiet time and Fall colors make's it a great time to visit Mammoth Lakes, and Juniper Springs was a very nice resort..

My family and I are repeat patrons to this fine resort for our annual Fall foliage viewing trip to the Eastern Sierras. This resort has never disappointed us. Their fully furnished rental condo units allows us to enjoy the comforts of home but in a mountaneous surroundings. Groceries, eateries, etc are just a short drive away or you can also opt for a free shuttle service that the resort offers. My family and I will definitely be back again in the future!

Our reservation was upgraded from a studio to a one bedroom. The condo was clean and cozy. The kitchen had all the amenities. We will definitely return.
Also, underground and secure parking was a plus.

Five star rating all around. Check-in was a breeze, our room was fabulous with a fully stocked kitchen for meal preparation. Comfortable bed and the place was spotlessly clean. Would stay here again.

Really nice hotel. Too early for snow , booo .
Hotel reminded us of “the shinning “. Not a bad thing . Here’s Johnny. 😁

Love the hotel, beautiful views, quiet neighborhood. Check in was a problem. They took $100 out for incidentals and then another $100 and when I tried to show them my bank transaction the guy didn’t seem to care. We brought mostly cash and try to keep our card for the places that don’t take cash. Taking an extra $100 out was not cool

Wonderful location! Condo was very comfortable and clean, although the furniture and appliances were pretty dated. View from the balcony was amazing!

I’ve stayed here the last three years and really enjoy it. We go in September and it is quiet and low-key. The rooms are nice and clean. The only downfall is that there is no air-conditioning. However, you can always open the window and use one of the provided fans to cool the room off. We will be back next year as well!

Excellent place to stay, quiet, safe, good parking, and the kitchen was great with all the needed it appliances ready to use it.

The one bedroom condo was laid out well with a balcony on the raised (parking garage beneath) first level with view of trees.
No AC. We thought that would not be an issue due to the temps being in the upper 60'd and low 30's at night. However it was!! Even with the window and door open all night the condo stayed very warm making it not comfortable most of the time.We also were told we had daily maid service but we never saw anyone.
The lodge also booked rooms right on top of each other when they were clearly not at full capacity . Loud people above us and next door....spread people out please!
No restaurant on site either.
Very pretty area and very convenient in the winter to get on slopes or around town....just won't stay here during warm months.

The room was clean and properly maintained. The surrounding area was serene and beautiful.

Clean, upscale, professional staff, quiet. Only complaint is cant put bike in room.

Instructions to our room were confusing, she had said it so often that she repeated to me similar to flight attendant giving safety instructions. The toilet didn’t work, called the desk and had to call back 30 minutes later to request that someone show. The room climate was uncomfortable
6.0
The television in the living area did not work, the telephone did not work. There is no air conditioning and the room was extremely hot. Average for a “resort”.

We loved the decor. Full kitchen and separate bedroom were a real treat. We had our bikes with us so being able to lock them up in a caged in area was a definite plus. The staff at the front desk were very helpful.

Loved our stay here. Our first room overlooked the ski lift. We asked to change room-no quibbles. New room had spectacular view over the town. Very well equipped for self catering-kitchen could do with an upgrade. All very clean. Lovely pool and hot tubs. Great trips around the area and up to Yosemite. Highly recommend.

Enjoyed a week at this property in early September. The location is excellent; more so in the winter as it is immediately adjacent to the Eagle ski lift. It was nice in non-snow season too as it's out at the end of a street and it was quiet. Walking into the business areas of town is not out of the question and there's a free shuttle bus to take you all around town if you don't want to walk that far or drive yourself. Our 1BR unit was a little more compact than some others I've stayed at but it was comfortable for the two of us, packing in a whole family might have been crowded. Our unit had a balcony which had a great sunrise view. My only real complaint was the hot tubs. They weren't hot. And the water jets were weak. So a star off for that. But overall I had a good experience and I would stay here again.

no much.
It was hot and did not have AC
4.0
I was disappointed with the quality of our stay for the price we paid. The room was old and uncomfortably hot with no AC, only ceiling fans, and poor air circulation even with the windows open. I had trouble sleeping because of this. The room was outdated compared to others I saw. The pool was clean, but the jacuzzi was not working. On the positive side, the location was convenient, with Vons nearby and just a few minutes' drive from The Village at Mammoth.
I will not stay here again as it was too expensive for what we got, not even free breakfast!
