Cozy stay in a beautiful room with a bubble jet bath every night while watching the fireplace. The area around the hotel is quiet and next to the water. I stayed with my dog and had an amazing time just relaxing and taking in the sights. Very comfortable bed with warm fireplace and an amazing jet tub.

Love this Hotel. Great friendly staff. Delicious food in Pub and Arbutus dining room. Grab a Latte at the coffee shop in the morning and sip while you have a hot tub or dip in the heated pool. We will be back again!

Top notch resort from the get go. Checked in easily, offered a local cider at the front desk, poured into a nice glass, escorted with drink in hand to my room where the she gave me an overview of the ammenities. Room cozy, beautiful furnishings, fireplace and a really nice view of the marina. Happy hour in the pub. Food was truly delicious, especially the cauliflower wings. Quiet grounds, very friendly and accomodating staff. Definitely will be visiting again.

We arrived kind of late so it was dark. We rushed to Butchart Gardens first so our check in was late. The staff was super knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. We loved the experience! The hot tub was the nicest we've ever been in. The security was great! The pool and hot tub area was securely locked which added to the sense that the management took visitor safety seriously. We especially loved the nice Nespresso in-room coffee where I could look out over the romantic bay and fishing boats. To top it off, we loved the luxurious velour lined bathrobes. I wanted to buy one for my husband as a surprise for Christmas, but we were late for our ferry. We will be back to visit Victoria, and Butchart Gardens again. We will definitely stay at the romantic Brentwood Bay Resort.

I had stayed one night back in May while travelling for work and decided then I needed to return with my wife and spend a few days. We just got back from 3 nights at Brentwood Bay Resort and enjoyed every moment. It’s quiet, relaxing and has everything you need to enjoy a break from day to day activities. Our favourite part was of course the spa!

Attempted to order room service and no one answered the phone multiple times. Tried to call the front desk a few times and no one answered. Ended up having to go to the PUB for food which was not what we wanted to do. Staff were friendly , no issues. Fireplace in the room did not work as well. Room was beautiful and clean.

Was very excited to come here as 2 years ago we were here and it was one of our favourite places we had ever been. This time we found the pool to be overcrowded with boaters and members. Also the food has gone down in quality and up significantly in price. It felt like they were way understaffed as everything took 45 min or more to come. When it got to us things were missing and we had to wait for them again to bring things like utensils and ketchup. We also could smell smoke and weed in our room at night. Anyway very sad to say that this is no longer a place worth our hard earned money.

Wasn’t provided any room upgrades, extra perks of ammenities as a gold member. Only received a late check-out option of 30 minutes past the original time. The toilet in our room had a pressure issue so we would have to flush it multiple times to get the water to stop running. There was no signage for where the single ice machine was on the property (3rd floor). We stayed on the first floor close to the pool but the suites were not numbered (on the side close to the pool) so we were always confused at which room to return to. No children on the property was nice and plenty of free parking in the parking lot.

I have this hotel all five stars the grounds staff and rooms were all beautiful. But parking is definitely an issue. When paying that much for a room I feel like parking should have designated spots for guests. We had no area to park and the front desk resolution was to park up the street. With bags etc. not really what I wanted to hear. But overall everything else was awesome!

Everyone was great except the mean lady at the front desk! We getting our last Spa treatment and she locked us out of our room. Would not budge on later check out. We Spent a lot of money on the Spa. I would not want this person representing my Properties 🙌

Check in and check out was a breeze. The room on the 3rd floor had incredible vaulted ceilings making the already spacious room seem even larger. Our view was so pretty! Loved the cozy robes.
