This hotel is made up of three different buildings in close proximity to each other, and it’s located very close to the top of the hill / citadel of Ibiza Town. At first we had booked the smallest room as it was all that was available. However it seriously is only big enough for two tiny girls who only have bikinis to wear. No space for your luggage and very little storage for 2 people. We upgraded to a large room in one of the other buildings, and it was much better! The service at this hotel is wonderful! As the hotel is on a hill, it was great that the staff could run us up and down the hill into the center of town via a golf cart or car.
The pool area and pool bar is very relaxing, and the the breakfast was very nice.

Great views of the town from our room in the tower.

Really nice, boutique hotel at the top of the old town. Room was spacious and high quality luxury finishes. Pool area was small and had no atmosphere (silent with no music), wasn’t always staffed so couldn’t always get a drink / food. Breakfast was very hard to find, overpriced and poor value for money.

Amazing hotel in a beautiful location. The team at the hotel were wonderful and couldn’t have been more attentive and helpful. We’ll be back (hopefully)!
If I had to include a negative it would be that breakfast isn’t really worth the price in the hotel restaurant but the cafe is lovely for a light bite and coffee at breakfast.

Probably the best hotel in Dalt Villa. The pool area was great with good lounging options, bar service and great music - I don't think the photos do it justice. The rooms were a bit small (to be expected from an old building inside the city walls) and we did get the occasional neighbours having a pre-club party in their room at midnight, but reception sorted it out immediately. A great option for spending some time in Ibiza town.

Amazing staff, amazing hotel, delicious breakfast. Lovely toiletries in the beautiful bedroom. Great daily refill of the minibar. The rustic pool area was gorgeous.

Great hotel at the top of the old town. Staff very helpful and great shuttle service to the old town

The hotel is amazing and you have a great view of the city and the port. The service is truly amazing and all of the staff are nice, helpful and welcoming. I will definitely recommend you stay here.
They also have a free shuttle service to go up and down from the hotel if you don’t want to do the 5-7 minute walk to the main area of Ibiza city.

Stayed here for our 10 year wedding anniversary, we have visited Ibiza many times and this by far is the best hotel we have stayed in. All the staff were truly fabulous they couldn’t do enough for you to make your stay memorable! We took full advantage of the golf buggy taking you up and down into town and the walk up although is not too steep in the heat it was so much easier to grab the buggy! The pool was just perfect and the room we had was lovely.

Excellent service and superb location - close enough yet tucked away to enjoy quietness. Superb hotel

This might be the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in! Beautiful location, attentive staff and delicious food. The pool area was a relaxing oasis where we spent many hours. A very short walk from the cathedral and old town battlements, and a few mins away from a selection of restaurants including Michelin ⭐️ options.

Beautiful quiet chilled hotel with excellent service and delicious food

Superb hotel and wonderful staff. Contrary to others comments, walking to town is easy, although somewhat steep in some areas, but the venue more than makes due.

The hotel is a sheer delight and something to experience. Excellent views of Ibiza Town. An incredibly cute pool well positioned to get all the sun through the day. Really courteous staff attending to your every need. Don't worry about the long walks up the hill as they have a very clever WhatsApp system to come pick you and take you up or down whenever you need. I loved it!

What a wonderful find in the Old Town - walkable if you don't mind walking uphill and a few steps and the staff couldn't be friendlier - nothing was too much trouble. Good dining options very close by too without going all the way down to the main town. Such a gem, we will be back!

I hated to leave this hotel, It was so beautiful! It is literally nestled in the cliffs of antiquity and so close to the port. Although you are on a hillside they shuttle you down to town and back up. Little surprises are around every corner to thrill and create special memories, I cannot wait to return!!

We stayed for 4 nights in June. After reading reviews and as our flight arrived early evening, we booked a transfer through the hotel which was expensive but worth it as we were keen to reach the hotel quickly.
On our arrival we were informed that we had been upgraded to a suite. This was a delayed 30th wedding anniversary trip so was a wonderful surprise.
The suite was room T23 with views over the harbour from a terrace with sun loungers, chairs and a bath!
Breakfast was served until 12 noon, although we opted for an earlier start. There was a choice of of pastries, cold meats, ham & cooked breakfast to order. The omelette was divine.
We asked for recommendations for dinner out one evening and received a WhatsApp message with a good choice. After dinner, we walked back to the bar for a night cap, the view at night was stunning.
All too soon our trip came to an end.
We ordered a taxi through the hotel for our return to the airport which was also perfect.
A great hotel with wonderful staff.
The hotel is situated up a series of narrow cobbled roads near the cathedral. There is a shuttle available but we enjoyed the walk, taking in the scenery as we went.
We would definitely come back.

This is an amazing hotel. It's spread over 3 beautiful buildings. Nearly all staff are so friendly, professional and helpful. But there was one exception, the lady that who runs the breakfasts is incredibly grumpy and blunt with guests. She shouldn't be working in hospitality if she hates her job that much. It was really unfortunate and made breakfasts very unrelaxing every morning.

Our room was very clean and the beds, linen and towels beautiful.
It was quiet and in a characterful part of the old town.

Amazing really enjoyed the welcome and found all the staff very friendly and attentive. Lived up to my expectation and look forward to another stay! The views are worth the steps upto the too no doubt and the intimate bar outside with seating areas along the pathway is a nice touch.

So much attention to detail, service was incredible, complimentary bottles of water in the room, slippers and bath robes, exceptional bath products, comfortable beds, pick up and drop off from airport, friendly and helpful staff who were very attentive. Can not fault our experience!

The location in old town is amazing. The staff hospitality was not as we expected it would be. The condition of the rooms are in need of some minor upgrades like painting and deep cleaning.

Clean, quiet property with nice reception staff although I paid to stay in an old hotel and was put in a new annex. The hotel keeps interior parking for its own cars and guests have to park in the street. Access is horrendous, along narrow streets where many people’s cars have scraped along walls. Also, the hotel was too far a walk from the shops, bars and restaurants - there are better located hotels and apartments in Ibiza Town.

Great location but that's all you're paying for: it lacked fairly standard amenities like plug converters, my room was scruffy, and there was hair on the duvet.

it's an amazing hotel, just a bit challenging after clubbing (that's what everyone else do) all night long, because the Taxi cannot access the hotel directly. But everything else are just wonderful.

the hotel is amazing, the staff very helpful, the only one in our Europe journey helped us with luggages but we feel a bit guilty because the luggages are really heavy and they don't have a lift. the Hair Dryer is an extra mile gesture from the hotel , at the end of the day, it's a party island, people need to get prepared for the parties. But the surrounding is an issues if you are not that physically strong, because after a whole day partying, you probably can't handle that walk up from the Taxi drop off. That walking journey almost killed one of our travel companion.

The hotel is generally nice, but the room we were given was terrible, in the basement and accessed via the garage.

Beautiful room in a beautiful location. Only negative thing was it was quite difficult to find and very difficult to drive up to!

The hotel and its position are amazing. The position and views are second to none. Unfortunately, the staff were largely pretty unprofessional. Nobody seemed to know what they were doing and there were seemingly lots of them standing around doing very little. It was at odds with the calibration of the hotel itself.

We were mis sold our room. The hotel fails to advise about their annex rooms which are situated 2 blocks away from their hotel. Our room had only 1 source of access to open air which was via the door to the room. The door opened onto the air vent to the garages directly below the room. Access to the main hot is steep and dangerous and across a public road the door of which is open to the public. Non residents wander through the property and into the annex rooms area freely and at will. Not secure / private. If you visit this place check out the room in full. The hotel has no qualms to deceive you and complaints are not addressed by a decision maker / manager. A hall of smoke and mirrors should you raise an issue. Our room phone not working throughout so unable to order room service. Exposed electrical wires to the light in bathroom area, exhaust fumes entering room, the boastfully advertised restaurant was closed. In October the hotel seemed well into winter closure.

At the peak of the Old Town, this hotel is blessed with amazing views over the city and port, but you will need to get used to walking up some steep hills - which we were fine with, but it won't be to everyone's liking.
Very friendly and helpful staff, rustic and old-worldy decor, as you'd expect in the Old Town, and stepping out of the front door always feels like stepping into history.
Over all a very lovely hotel
