Didn’t read the reviews before booking and what they say are true. place is falling apart, cockroaches, holes in sheets, but the size of the rooms is really nice and I do feel like we got what we paid for. In this economy, it’s understandable that businesses don’t have the funds for upgrading. Still happy with my stay but the place could use a few paint jobs\repairs and pest control. I think this would be great for a family on a budget, especially if you’re going up to the park and just need a place to stay. I think if the owners spent an hour or two a day fixing up the rooms it could make a difference.

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It looked nothing like the pictures and was absolutely disgusting. The room was filthy. The bed, couch, and walls were stained and dirty. I will never stay here again

We didn't get the option to choose a specific room like the ones that are shown on the web page where we booked. The room that we were sent to was really bad in condition.
The restroom was in really bad condition the faucets were really ugly dirty and loose there were roaches cockroaches behind the metals of the sink and the tub and the drain.
There were roaches coming out of the couch that is a sofa bed. Our arrival was at 3:45 a.m. and we instantly ran to give our complaint, the customer service that we received from then was absolutely astonishing. Respectfully we were heard and instructed on how to submit the complaint online through the hotels.com company that we booked through. And our family was offered the next morning before we were turning in our key to leave the hotel. A very kind gentleman helped us out to get a different room which was better in condition 90 times and there was only one roach found, the kitchen sink was a bit clogged, and the sofa bed was dirty but the mattress on the sofa bed was really clean and good condition. The inconvenience was saved by this kind gentleman for us to stay the full week at a better room. It was very satisfying that our complaint was Heard and they resolved our issues. Our family has agreed to come back to this place next year.
They have nice food spots near by.
We didn't go to any amusement park this time of year. I was unable to upload any pictures. If you don't like what you see in the room, just go and inform the front

It was the worst placed I’ve stayed at kind off expected for the low price but dirty bed sheets with yellow stains and cockroaches in the bathtub was something I got to experience for the first time and probably last time I stay here regardless of how much cheaper the rate is if you can’t have a clean bed and restroom it’s a definite pass for me.

Roaches..... was too tired to deal with it, and what the heck is up with the hotel with no ice? Didn't order food because of it? There were roaches in a shower - roaches when I walked in... they were like asking me if I was there baby daddy?

Don't let the outside fool you. The room was really nice. Clean and comfortable. The only issue was the location. We were there to go to Disneyland so this location is a little further away than we normally do.

This is a terrible place. We had the family apartment which is nice and large but old outdated and in bad need of upgrades and repairs. Bathroom vanities are broke. Old stained towels. Not enough towels. We asked 3 times for more towels and never got them. There are 3 TVs in this place and none of them worked. We asked several times for the manager to come get them working and after the first time when they broke again he never came back. It’s also in a seedy neighborhood. Found a big roach in the tub the 2nd day there. Blankets smelled musty. When I first booked this place had good reviews. Very disappointed in this place and I would’ve cancelled and booked elsewhere had I had the real facts And pictures ..

Do Not Book! I booked the 2 queen bedroom. When we checked into our room. It was dirty. The walls were dirty, couch was disgusting. There was broken, furniture even floor had broken title. Which I took pictures and videos of everything.

Room was amazing. Clean and very spacious. The staff was very accommodating. Everything u need minus the stove in a 2 bedroom apartment. You can fit 2/3 people in the king bed. 3 people in the bunk room wirh queen and twin bed
2 people in queen pull out couch 1 person in single twin bed. Bring a queen mattress and add 2 more people by the dining room. I will stay here again. Room 209.

It’s was dirty. There was a spider in the bathroom. The pullout couch was dirty and I asked him to change my sheets and they did it with some other dirty ones. It was just a horrible experience and the worst thing is we had to leave and get another hotel and I did not get my money back

First, I want to give the staff props for being nice, attentive, and responsive. The property itself, was old. This was a 3 night family trip and I should have gone with my first instinct when I saw the room, which was to find another hotel. But, I didn't want to go through the hassle of finding another hotel last mand most rooms were much more expensive. I also thought I've experienced worse.
I should have taken pictures, I didn't I would need then because I don't usually leave reviews. There were stains on the walls that looked like squished bugs. There were silverfish; they don't normally bite and they thrive in humidity and that really didn't bother me, at least they weren't roaches. But, it was the last night, there was a tiny roach, maybe it was a different bug, but it sure looked like a roach, eh.. stayed at worse. The final straw and why I've written this review is that the morning we left, I took a shower (drains slow and hottish water is a hit or miss), I found a bug bite on my arm. No biggie, I was out and about and it could have happened anywhere. Then, I discovered a couple of bug bites on my son's arm that looked similar to mine. Bumps were not there before. Then found 3 more bites on me, on my arm and shoulder areas. The bites don't really itch, but are red and raised.
I can't directly attribute it to staying at this hotel, but we've never experienced these kinds of non-itching bumps before and we've stayed at different hotels in the area.

Really wanted to like this.. got a good deal on a family suite.. came with two queens, and a pull out double bed.. had a fridge and microwave and two tvs.. location was very scary.. lots of homeless and drug users.. roaches all in the bathroom.. sink barely worked.. and the shower never turned warm.. was very freezing.. house cleaning will clean rooms of the people who checked out but would disappear and leave their cart in the middle and leave the room door open for hours..and our room key quit working half way through our trip.. would’ve gotten a refund but we were there just three nights and ended up sucking it up..

A little dicey neighborhood, the overall condition of the building was not great, however the room itself was clean and upgraded. Probably because of the general clientel, there was nothing to carry off: no phone, no lamps, no coffee maker, few towels. The TV has to be scanned to find channels. Theres a kitchenette, but nothing in it. No carpet to stain.

We didn’t make it to the first day of our reservation, house keeper would only allow us tw towel for a family of four, when it rained I woke up to nasty yellow rain water dripping from the ceiling and we were on the second floor 😡 we had the 1 bed suite and the pull out bed in the couch, the sheets were dirty and stained with who knows what. Looked like blood, poop or ???? Looked like it hadn’t been changed. I will never stay there again. Couldn’t even get a credit back, not even for the first night

This hotel is terrible. If i could give less than 1 star, I would. My family and I arrived to the hotel and when we were given a key to the room we immediately noticed how filthy the room was. It had clearly not been cleaned, the baseboards were black, dead bolt on the door was broken, dead roaches on the floor. We approached the man in the office who had given us the room. He asked if we wanted to see another room, at this point we already knew we would be leaving due to the obvious cockroach issue. We looked at the other room anyways, it was just as filthy. The pictures this hotel shows are nothing like what you see when you arrive. The Manager refused to give us a full refund because of their nonsense policy. "We would have had to ha e cancelled the day prior tk the reservation to recieve a full refund" My question to him was how are we supposed to know to cancel under these circumstances. Upon arrival to LA we had every intention of staying at this hotel until we saw the disgusting conditions of this hotel. Which is the only reason we cancelled. This place is the true Definition of ROACH MOTEL. I highly suggest you do not fall for these pictures. Save your money go somewhere else!!!

Brutal hotel. Hard to know where to start. Dirty walls, dirty towel (single), no hand towel, filthy shower curtain, sheets that look like your buddy’s spare room in the 90’s, unsafe location after dark.

I do like that the the apartment has sweet rooms meaning they got rooms that's like an apartment a small apartment and like a studio so you feel like you sort of got your own apartment for a few days

I checked in and did not stay . Room had roaches absolutely disgusting. And the most disappointing part is that hotels.com is not refunding me or giving me say a one stay credit . ABSOLUTELY INAPPROPRIATE WAY TO HANDLE! I even emailed the photos while I was in the room

I was able to check in and received the keys at 4pm but the room were still dirty and bed were not made. The check in time was at 3pm but everything was not ready. The look of the room was not the one in the photo that was posted online. I refused to stay and the staff offered me a full refund. Still working on getting my refund back. There were other customers that experienced same issue too.

I got to the hotel late but they had this kid that they didn't even trained good he wouldn't look at my reservation i had the website send me another confirmation and still he wouldn't look at my phone for nothing I asked him to call his supervisor and he said no he got me to leave the property knowing that I was on foot I wasn't familiar with the place it was really awful lot of homeless people and I was so scared for my wife we stayed at a bus stop in the corner where there was some light but cops kept passing by we were so tired that we fell asleep and one of her luggages got stolen I can't believe I had proof of that I had paid the night and still had to go through all this

The room was crawling with pest avoid this place unless you want have them crawling over your children. The staff refused to refund me when I spoke to them about how unsanitary the rooms were I took pictures of the condition of the room
