Up all night as it sounded like they were dragging heavy items across the floor all night into the morning. When I said as such to the front staff they said- oh they were just opening their sliding door”.:-( Not helpful… and they are really out in the middle of nowhere.

Wow! What an incredible place. We were hiking the TMB and couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. I only wish we could have stayed more than one night. Everyone was so friendly, the place was so clean and the beds were so comfortable! You won’t be disappointed!

Wonderful spa hotel perfect for a stop during the TMB. The jacuzzi was excellent! If doing the TMB, be sure to take variant 9C. Breakfast was amazing too!

It was the ideal spot for a fantastic ski vacation. Literally in the shadow of Grand Montets perhaps the best skiing in the world! Very close to village with some nice restaurants and a quick walk to train or bus we will be back for sure.

Beautiful Property in one of the most beautiful places in the world. Staff goes above and beyond. Special shout out to Elodie and Susanna. Ski lift 2 minute walk away, ski equipment rental around the corner, small village of Argentiere within 5 minute walk. Would highly recommend.

One of the larger rooms I've had in a ski resort. Room felt newly decorated and smelled of pine, huge bathroom and a nice balcony (albeit with a view of the car park as well as the mountains). Excellent proximity to Lognan ski lift. Staff friendly and helpful. Comfortable bar area. Nice spa. Area outside the hotel is the car park for the ski lift. You can't see it from the hotel however. Not much walkable other than the ski lift and ski shopfor winte but an easy drive to Les Praz or Chamonix

Lovely hotel with really helpful staff. Buffet breakfasts had great variety and the spa was very relaxing. We loved the outdoor hot tub in the snow! Room was great - much bigger than we’d expected. We were on a short skiing break so the location was fantastic as it’s right next to a ski hire shop and the ski lifts. Easy walk into Argentiere for restaurants, bars etc. Also right by the bus stops to get up to Le Tour or down to Chamonix. We loved it! It snowed heavily whilst we were there so photos are before and after.

This property is right next to the Grand Montets mountain which makes it extremely convenient for those who are doing activities on the mountain. The hotel staff were all very lovely and friendly. The bar had great prices which is a big plus. The breakfast was on the more expensive side but definitely worth its price. I wish the wellness center would stay open until 10pm versus the 9pm but thats not a deal breaker. If you are going to be traveling to Chamonix, it would be better to have a car. It didnt seem like there were taxis readily available to get back and forth. I heard it costs $40 each way to Chamonix. There was a bus option which i did not take but I did hear it was convenient. Pros: location, wellness center, bar pricing, staff Cons: extra charge for breakfast

Location cannot be beat. Rooms are small but comfy. Staff lovely and extremely nice and helpful with whatever you need. Breakfast: excellent and local. Only minor nitpicky things: WIFI only works downstairs (might not be a bad thing). Gym could use an upgrade.

Great hotel about as close to the gondola lift to the Grand Montets ski area as you can get! The hotel doesn't have a restaurant but will give excellent recommendations and have the menus of the town restaurants in the lobby for your convenience. The level of service was outstanding, helping with buses to other ski areas and other useful information. The spa area was fantastic! I would definitely come back to stay.

In July, we were hiking the Tour du Mont Blanc with a group of friends. We had not built any rest days into our schedule. After a rainy and stormy 5th day of hiking, we arrive at Grand Montets. The hotel and staff were so warm and inviting, we decided to make Day 6 an impromptu rest day. And, what a treat it was. The quaint town, hotel pool, hot tub and wine on the hotel deck were just what we needed. If in Argentiere, I would definitely stay at Grand Montets again.

Such a great place to stay... close to the center of Argentiere, close to the Grands Montets tram, close to everything yet quiet, gorgeous views, welcoming and multi-lingual staff, great indoor pool and outdoor jacuzzi, just perfect. Only gripe at all is that our bed was actually two smaller mattresses pushed together. Also the bedding was combined twin sized bedding so overall the bed could have been more comfortable if it was a traditional queen sized mattress and bedding. Otherwise our stay was perfect. Highly recommended.

Grands Montets is a cozy and nicely situated place. Rooms need a bit of renovation but are clean. Spa facilities are nice. Functional and a bargain for mid luxixry.
