Checked in, walked into my room instantly told my kids to go back to the car. There was piss on the mattress, it was a non smoking room but i couldnt breathe past the cigarette smell, ceiling in the bathroom was collapsing, black mold all over the shower, didnt look like it had ever been cleaned. Went straight back to the front desk to check out and get refunded, and they said they cant refund me.

The bar was the only good thing about this hotel. Our room wasnt cleaned. Springs sticking out of the mattress. Out of three lamps, we had two light bulbs. Toliet in the lobby was half full of poop and smelled horrendous...

First room had been slept in and smelt like urine, moved to new room. Headboard was broken and on the floor, curtains pinned up. No hot water. Bed sheets didn’t fit bed and were discoloured and falling apart. Would not stay agian

From outside looks are deceiving. Inside in serious need of help. Hallways dirty, carpet gross, walls beat up. Room was ok, bathroom looked like shower never got good cleaning. Had I not booked ahead and could not get a refund, I would have stayed elsewhere. TV would not work right and we were moved to another room.

If you are considering staying at this hotel, I highly advise that you find another hotel. This place was DISGUSTING! 1st - the room walls/air vents had mold in them that you can smell and see immediately when entering the room, 2nd - the bathtub has more grim and dirt in it than a rundown house, 3rd - the hallway air vents also had mold that you can visibly see, 4th - the entire hotel smells as if it is a smoking hotel but stating that they are not, 5th - the bed sheets and towels are so old that you can see years worth of dingy stains on them, 6th - there so called "complimentary breakfast" was a coffee machine at the front desk with one smashed/package muffin next to it. I had paid for 3 nights stay and due to checking in late in the evening, we ended up staying the first night. My allergies went completely insane due to the mold and just being in that hotel for more than 30 minutes gives you a terrible headache, believed to be from the mold. I was not the only one effected, my husband and brother were effected as well. We ended up checking out early the next morning at moved to another hotel. I requested a refund for the 2 nights that we would not be staying at their hotel due to the conditions and was denied a refund. Stay far away from this hotel if you consider your health a priority and do not want to waste your money on a room that will make you sick.

It was a rundown Howard Johnson’s staff were not friendly, somewhat rude upon check-in. They did change my room when I realized that my door doesn’t shut and lock the new room do better Howard Johnson.

This is one of the worst hotels in North America. Dirty, noisy, unsafe, bad & rude staff lady. The premises have not been cleaned for years. Foul smell, dirty linen, dirty & stained carpet, stains on walls & grubby furniture. It’s a very run down & shabby hotel.

I don't even know where to start. Someone had smoked in the room they tried to check us into with a broken lock. The staff tried to be helpful but this property was broke down, dirty, and dated.

No remote for TV. When received remote from front desk TV still did not work so returned. Carpet visibly dirty. Elevator and floor stayed on smelled strongly of Canibus upon arrival. Bath towels were size of hand towels. All furniture has signs of wear and heavy use. Exterior security camera pointing at ground. Sign said Restaurant , only had bar and Casino. Blanket on bed had one inch hole in it. Cleanliness is questionable.
Would have not stayed after seeing room except purchased thru Hotels.com and figured refund was unlikely.

We were checked in a single queen room and it was not a room and it wasn’t even clean. supposably got a up grade to a king room and the bed was so worn out uncomfortable. There was holes in the walls , rust all over the curtain rod , yellow filth around the bottom of the toilet, carpet was torn up . Would never recommend this hotel.

Nothing the room was dirty’ the shower had a 2 to 3 foot crack in the wall. Sticky crud all over the floor the word sunken in bed I lhave ever had the displeasure to sleep on. Do not stay here it is aweful! I would rather sleep in my vehicle compared to this place!! The biggest waist of money I have ever spent.

The riims were dirty. Every thing was unplugged: Lamps, TV, Microwave. There was a rusting penny near the toilet. Dirty and I vacuumed carpets, included a used spoon and a fork prong. Stains on the carpet and chairs.

My reservation includes a paid breakfast. When I checked in yesterday evening, I was told that breakfast is served 6-9am. When I went down at 8:30am this morning, I was told that all food was gone and so breakfast was over. The staff (a lady) who told me so was also incredibly rude, she didn’t apologise at all, and felt that the whole situation was completely fine. She declined to refund anything for a breakfast that I paid for, but luckily I spoke to Expedia afterwards and was given a reasonable refund to buy a breakfast nearby.
Apart from this, the hotel room is also very dirty with stain marks on pillow and lots of mould at the extraction fan. I have never stayed at such an appalling hotel. Stay away.

Some of the linens were visibly dirty. Also the pictures show a breakfast sit down area, but breakfast was just microwaveable breakfast sandwiches and great value yogurt and granola bars on the front desk counter.

Smoke detector was removed (I doubt this is legal), same with the hair drier. A hole in the wall, drapes falling down, smelly room, ac doesn't work, a horrible old mattress that slants, a couple towels looked like rags, only one bug found though. Facility was outdated and unkempt. Washer and dryer was available which was welcomed on this long trip. There was a shady individual staring and wondering our hallway at checkout. The AC and a shower was the only good experience of the stay.

Our room had electrical issues which caused my 2 year old daughter to have burn marks from the outlet shocking her fingers quite a few times not including me using the microwave and hearing the outlet sparking over and over thinking that maybe a fire would start it was very unsafe especially where my daughter got burnt from getting shocked several times very unsafe and being told that everything was fine and that everything electrical was fine when really it wasn't because we had proof that my daughter got burnt and me hearing the electrical issues that was going on
